In Unison Central, Nikolas Haas has found a nice building to finally settle down. Along a semi-busy street, Nikolas has opened a store with large windows and displays of his items. The shop is open whenever Nikolas is in the area but often stays shut up and empty as he goes on trips and adventures. Come on in, shop around, and maybe even visit a trip to the forge!

In the tabs above, you'll notice categories for Mats, Weapons, Armor, and Misc. Each of these tabs will have different items based on the category's title. Nikolas main focus of the store is to sell these items. There are two other main focuses of the store, Mystery Boxes and the Forge. Both of these can be utilized with a fee structure. You may find that information here on the main page. Simply, look over to the right! You'll see how Nikolas bases his fees. Nikolas does tag a 'Luck Fee' to both of these services. If you have questions on the final amounts, please ask Raya via Discord and he can give you a quick estimate.

All sales in the shop, for items or services, must be paid in full before those items or services are started. Nikolas will not process orders until points have settled into his account! All sales are final. He does not do returns or store credit. He will potentially buy back items or by unwanted items from you. Nikolas cannot determine the results from the Forge or Mystery Chest, you go into this transaction knowing that and accepting whatever comes your way.

The main purpose of Nikolas' shop is to sell items that he has came across on his journies. Items can be reserved for up to two weeks before they will be placed back on the floor. While the prices are listed, if you wish to haggle or barter, Nikolas is more than willing to talk.

Mystery Boxes
[break] Nikolas is putting his luck to work for you! You can pay Nikolas sixty (60) points per Mystery Box + Nikolas' standard Luck Fee. You must buy a minimum of three (3) mystery boxes per request.

Forge Use
[break]That's what the people want right? The Forge. Nikolas is able to open up a gate to the Forge for his clients to use. You are able to pay 200-points, plus a luck-based fee, to gain access to the forge and utilize it. The fee covers the first set of items used in the Forge, all others after that first use will cost 150 points plus luck fee to cover the cost of the Forgemaster.

Nikolas gives the option for him to utilize his sub-class for an additional 50-point fee per use. This utilization will allow you to combine three items instead of the standard two!

Nikolas charges all Forge and Mystery Box customers a 'Luck Fee. Due to Nikolas' luck, he produces typically higher-quality gear. Each point of luck Nikolas currently has will add ten (10) point fees to your final total.

Additionally, for those brave few, we may flip Nikolas' Coin of Fickled Fate and potentially add +1 luck for the final results! This boost would add an additional or subtract a ten-point fee depending on the results. To utilize the Coin, please alert Nikolas before we enter the Forge. Transmutation Crystal The crystal itself is made of a shimmering, translucent material that seems to glow from within. It is about the size of a fist and has intricate etchings and runes inscribed on its surface. When activated, the crystal emits a bright, pulsating light and a faint humming sound. Three times per thread this crystal allows you to transmute any non-living object into another non-living object of equal or lesser mass. For example, you could transmute a rock into a pile of gold coins or a wooden stick into a sharp blade. It adds no true effectiveness to the item besides giving it a boost of +1 [DEF], this can be used on "flavor items" to create a +1 [DEF] shield in durability for 2 posts.

There was a bit of silence in the air as Nikolas fluttered around the apartment trying to get ready. Did he have time to brush his teeth? Did it matter if they were drinking? He stopped what he was doing when Emir made the comment "First I should ask you something." With his interest piqued Nikolas turned to face the man. Was Emir really a guild leader now? This was news to Nikolas. He knew the man had mentioned joining one recently. He didn't know much about the guilds or the process for a guild but there had been talks of them popping up over the world.

Nikolas followed the small shop icon on his map down the various streets between his shop and Kitty's Novel Idea. The shop that a Ms. Jeanne had told him about. While Nikolas was mainly headed this way to see the small girl again, he thought it would be a smart move to see what sort of wares Ms. Kitty might have laying around. He was always in the market for more goods to sell or use. Plus, Emir had asked for something special from him. He needed to get some proper things together for the new guild. He arrived at the shop and walked through the door. "Hello". He gave a friendly smile before perusing the shop. He saw that there was a small area for books and magazines. Perhaps he could find something cool or collectible here? The sign about the Library Nooks offer was more than enough for him to make up his mind. He would go over to the shopkeep and request their services. "Hello, are you Ms. Kitty? A Ms. Jeanne told me about this shop, I thought I would stop by and see who the new face on the street was." He gave her a smile. "I'm interested in buying three uses of your Library Nook, please. Maybe if I get an accounting book I can give it to Jeanne. something tells me she would rather have that than some children's book. He tried to make light conversation with the woman.

Nikolas watched as the young girl duplicated the muffin before his eyes. His eyebrow lifted. That was an interesting ability. Was that her class or from an item she was wearing? He had not gotten a prompt to copy the skill yet but she had not been here long. It could very well be simply that the two of them haven’t spent enough time together. He had noticed his ability activated after prolonged exposure to a person.

“Opp! Nikolas made an awkward sound as Enigma wrapped his arms around him and lifted Nik. “Oh, my.” His face flushed with red for a moment as he was lifted. Only Emir had lifted him like this. Well, that was more of joy and fun this was more rushed and for business. Nikolas totally understood. As the pair reached the area where the golem was, Nikolas tossed both daggers at the creature. While they were not strong enough to totally destroy its armor but enough to crack it halfway. It was fine, with Soul Judge striking the monster, its [PWR] and [MAGI] stat both were lowered by 20%. At this point, Enigma was setting Nikolas down and using his own abilities. Nikolas received the notification on Razzle Dazzle, copying that ability for the moment. He added it to his holding slots as he was reading his next move

As Enigma went forward, Nikolas being the only visible enemy became its target but only for a moment. Soon, another creature appeared and seemed to distract the golem. “Okay, well let’s do a damn thing then.” Nikolas held his book tightly and a small orb of light appeared before him. A faint light covered the monster and peeled away toward the orb. That’s when Nikolas got the status notification [Harden] has been added to a temporary holding slot. The ability itself wasn’t too important to Nikolas, he just needed it to fuel this next attack. “Mr. Enigma, I’m sorry this will target you as well.” His eyes shifted as a symbol appeared. The space around Nikolas slowed down as the magical powers in him swelled. A magic circle appeared before him. The golem turned his attention towards the mage now, moving towards him at a pace Nikolas wasn’t expecting. The tendrils of light poured out and started to whip at the monster as he advanced. Nikolas had to use his ability now or never. “Mr. Enigma, please watch out!” The orb of light raced out and smashed right into the golem causing a dazzling blast of light. The blast would go past the golem and smash right into the wall behind the creature. The force of the light was…well quite powerful. The room shook and cracks formed in the wall.

Dust filled the space, his gold whips’ light became distorted but still went on striking the beast. This was as most he could do for now. He had to hope that Enigma can finish things off.

Nikolas blinked blankly. “Me? You’re looking for me?” How did a kid come to be looking for him? The shop had only been open a month or so, not very long at all. Still, there seemed to be a reputation about it. It excited him but made him nervous. Nikolas didn’t enjoy this kind of attention. It’s one of the reason he was hesitant to tell people his classes’ real abilities. He moved from behind the counter to the middle of the shop. Lucky for him, it was just the two of them there. “A merchant guild? Well, that’s pretty neat thing for you to do.” He patted her on the head and walked over to a small table near the entrance and plucked a small basket with muffins. He motioned for her to pick one while he would opt to grab a blueberry muffin of his own. “Beaumonth Trading Company? That’s that French company correct? I’m from Germany so its a familiar name to me. Couldn’t tell you what they did though.”

He sat down on his stool and began to unwrap his muffin, plucking a blueberry as it crumbled away. “That’s pretty interesting. A merchant class. Not too many of us around. Thank goodness for Mrs. Prens. She owns the bakery a few blocks away. Has a baking based class. You’ve never had a muffin like her’s, I can guarantee that.” He smiled and took a bite. While he was listening to the girl’s words, he was trying to still keep in mind it was just a child before him. She sounded so sure of herself and her purpose. He couldn’t be that grumpy adult that popped her poor sweet bubble. “It’s a good thing you got a merchant class, kid’s don’t have any business being out there. “ Her enthusiasm for the idea of building connections and even founding a guild were amusing to Nikolas. Yes, the world has changed but it was nice to see kids still having faith in themselves and the future. Maybe, this was the start of the new world’s lemonade stand concept for kids. Nikolas held out his hand. “Sure, I’ll trade with you.” He would wait until she shook his hand before he would grip it tightly, not giving her a chance to break free but not tight enough to harm. “I do have a condition though. You have to swear not to go out there without proper supervision. Outside of the Safe Zones, kids should not be. “ His whole demeanor changed in that moment. His smile had faded and a look of seriousness took its place. Once it was said he released her hand and the pleasant merchant face returned. He picked at his muffin again. “So, how does this work? Do you have delivery dates in mind? I travel a bit for work so I’m not here consistently.”

Nikolas had his back to the door as he was trying to hang up a new painting he had just bought for the shop. A small old woman a few blocks over had an artist-based class and he thought her work was simply divine. He was an artist himself and thought he was decent but her uses of bold colors and abstract shapes just really forced the mind to work. While he had heard the small bell chime to signal a customer, his hands were full at the moment. "Hello, welcome come on in. I'm just finishing some stuff up here." He mounted the frame and turned around to see a small pink-haired child inquiring if he was Nikolas. He leaned over the counter and lowered himself slightly to match her level. "Oh! My passive ability should be live now for you. I’ll be placing my boost towards my MAGI stat. Not sure what would benefit you the best but just remember you have to stay somewhat nearby or it will fade and its a short duration. Don’t rely too much on it or you’ll be sorry. I can try to do some heavy damage from the jump to keep its attention while you can find an opening?” He suggested it to the man.

The pair pushed open door and multiple warning screens appeared. Nikolas ignored them all and readied himself. He was slow, but he had some abilities that might just help him out. Two daggers of light manifested in his hand, one his Soul Judge the other his basic ability. He wasn’t sure either would do anything but he had to be ready. His eyes slowly adjusted to the dim light of the room. The pulsating red light from the distance started to move. It slowly grew taller and wider. It was then that Nikolas realized that this titan like figure was the boss. He moved forward with his daggers. His magic stat was pumping overtime but just for a moment, he needed to use it for all it was worth. As he ran the golem smacked the ceiling and rocks began to fall. Nikolas raised his arm and his shield of light activated, creating an umbrella to avoid the incoming damage. “Well, this is going to make flying out of the question.” He muttered to himself, not entirely sure Enigma was even around to hear him.

Oh? He had been to Enders as well. That was an interesting piece of information. Nikolas had been bouncing between the island and the shop lately. He had nabbed a few worthwhile items while there. In fact, he’ll probably head that way here in the next week or so to go push further into the island. He had better gear and higher stats than the last time he did with Emir. The two turned the corner and opted for another path. The light slowly floats by them. So far, they had not encountered any monsters or even other parties. It was odd. He didn’t find monsters down here with Ollie either but he and Enigma had been walking for a while now.

We could do some decent business.” He’s thoughts wandered off to the idea that he had with Ollie just a few months ago. Now, he was tied to Emir. The Night Walker had started his own guild and Nikolas would do anything in his power to make it thrive.

As they turned the corner once more, the pair came across a large door. “We haven’t came across anything like this before…” Nikolas said with a bit of a worried tone. “Maybe this is the boss room? Should we prepare anything?” He asked Enigma. Nikolas was generally already ready but wanted to make sure his partner was. If this was the boss room, the two of them would have to learn how to work together in a fight and fast. They didn’t even get the opportunity to fight any weaker mobs to learn their individual flows. Oh well, best time to learn was now!

Her excitement prompted him to rise from his chair and walk on over to her. "This is one of a kind item. It's a beauty ain't it? One of the first I ever made. She's got a wicked ability, great for group fights. Sadly, I'm not much of a swordsman and I don't want her to be sitting here useless. It looks like you might know a thing or two about the blade. I'm sure, X-Calibur will be in good care with you." He took the blade out of the case and handed it to her. "500 points and it is all yours!" He smiled as the points were transferred.
