Enchanting:
Charming The [Charmed] tag allows the object to receive its own Anchor typing from all available types (besides Fragment), allowing for synergistic effects detailed below. Choose the Anchor type during your purchase or it will be randomized. The item also gains a slight mystical shimmer as a cosmetic effect. [120 Points per Item][break][break]
The [Charmed] tag will grant the any item an anchor of its own, providing synergistic effects. Items with an Anchor type that matches their user's Anchor will have the item's cooldowns lowered by [1] and duration raised by [1], when applicable. Armor and other protective items will have +1 rank when defending against the Anchor typing it is strong against, while weapons and other damaging equipment will similarly do +1 rank damage when attacking against the Anchor type weak to it. Advanced Charming Vanilla's next breakthrough in improving items will take any item she's [Charm]'d to the next level! One of the following tags is added to the item. [120 Points] Requires Item with a [Charm] Tag[break][break]
[Sanctified] - Items are blessed to protect and defend their users. Three times per thread, if the item's Anchor typing matches your own, you may substitute a stat of your choice when calculating your defense against one instance of incoming damage you defend against with it. This may only occur once within a single post. Additionally, once per thread you may choose to instantly end the effects of any single debuff that has been placed on you for a specific number of posts.[break][break]
[Hexed] - Items are filled with malevolent, cursed energy meant to debilitate their targets. Three times per thread, if the item's Anchor typing matches your own, you may add [piercing] to one instance of damage it applies, bypassing 25% of the target's DEF to strike VIT. This may only occur once within a single post. Additionally, once per thread you may choose to double the duration of any single debuff or continuing damage effect on a target.[break][break]
[Spellbound] - Items are overflowing with mystical power, allowing you to reduce the cooldown of its abilities and effects by one more turn in addition to the [Charmed] bonus, if the item's Anchor typing matches your own. This cannot reduce cooldowns below one turn. This ability can only be used three times per thread, and may only be used once within a single post. Additionally, once per thread you may choose to double the duration of any single buff currently affecting you.[break][break][break]
When [Charmed] items are Forged or Enchanted, the tag and Anchor type is transferred to the resulting item. If they were further upgraded with one of the three additional tags, that tag disappears, but the resulting item is guaranteed to be empowered in a similar manner. Forged or Enchanted items may be [Charmed], but not further upgraded.

Vanilla stood in the fully renovated one room building, tucked neatly in the streets of Unison Center. The once derelict building had been found by the girl had seen far better days when she had found it, dusty, broken and somewhat in need of a deep cleaning. All it took was a week straight of moving boxes, breaking down rusted metal, running away from spiders and pulling cobwebs away from the corners of buildings, but this little hole in the wall was ready to go and serve as her little shop. While not explicitly experienced in running a store by herself as much as Ollie would be, it did excite her that this was her first step into realizing her dream of opening a business to help people. Sure it wasn't baking, but weapons and magic were certainly better than confectionary goods.
The quiet little shop was in need of things here and there, the bricks old and worn but still holding up strong, but Vanilla would sit and await the happy public to finally notice her. "It's not much so far, but it's a start." she said to herself, pushing a broom around the floor in an attempt to keep the floor clean. "I wonder if Ollie would have stuff in his store to furnish this place. Maybe a weapon rack or something might help."

Nikolas walked down the street of Unison Central. While he had been around the city for some time now, he had not gone shopping like he had wanted to. He was too busy setting up his own shop and making sure Emir was safe. The weather was rather lovely today and Nikolas found a small shop that caught his eye. He meandered inside and saw a small girl there all alone. It seemed that the shop was still new in its inception. Nikolas gave her a soft smile and perused the store. He noticed that she had an offer for being able to pull certain types of items from the mystery boxes. This piqued his interest. "Excuse me, I'd like to buy two of your customer mystery boxes. I've been searching for some interesting grimoire-like items. Is that something you could pull?"

The door to the shop opened as Vanilla had been busy cleaning as the small woman looked up at the blonde man who had walked inside of her business. "Hello!" she said, offering a wave as she carefully set the broom down and hurried behind the counter by climbing over it. Said movement was easier described than done as the man was then subject to watch as this four foot woman flailed around trying to climb over a table. After landing (somewhat) on her two feet, Vanilla brushed herself off and smiled at the potential customer. "Ah, Welcome to the Spell Counter! I'm Nilla, the owner of the store. You're actually my first customer here, although I wish I could give something to you for it." She puffed her cheeks out in a frustrated pout for a few moments but exhaled and then went to motion to the small sign above her head. "Maybe in the future...Are you looking for anything specific?"He spoke about a pretty simple thing, just needing a couple of mystery box pulls. She nodded her head as her thick rimmed glasses slid down her nose. Dainty fingers fumbled to place them back onto their proper place as Vanilla looked back up at the customer. "That's something I can do, yes. 2 Mystery Box pulls should be simple enough." Her phone was pulled out and scrolling through the site store and looking to order Mystery Boxes as a proxy of the man. While neither appeared to be something he'd merge with his tome, they did have a particular feel about them. Something told him that him and Ms. Vanilla would cross paths frequently. Jeanne-Marie had finished hitting one store today for business, now it was time to hit up the second! A glorious success it would be! After Nikolas had left, Vanilla gazed at his business card in envy. Somebody had stuff like this even after the world was kind of loaded in limbo? She needed to get a few of her own made. Still, maybe maintaining a good connection with a fellow shopkeeper would be beneficial for the both of them. She flicked his business card between her fingers for a moment before getting back to work on cleaning this place up. She dropped the business card in her pocket and then moved onto sweeping the floor and moving a few more boxes. It wasn't but another half an hour when the door had opened again. The woman had been busy behind the counter and didn't even notice when somebody had entered the business until a shrill voice would ring out in the interior of her store. She began to quickly stand up back while cleaning the gunk out of the corner of the counter. "Sorry, I was just busy fixing up a few..." Her eyes fell over the literal child in front of her, an expression of surprise. "...little things." Was there a kid in front of her? Somebody who looked like she hadn't even started high school yet? What kind of cruel game was Earth-chan trying to pull here? Vanilla furrowed her brows in thought, puffing out a cheek in confusion for a moment but eventually would smile at the girl. "How can I help you, sweetie?" she asked with a beaming smile. "You're a bit young to be on your own out in the world. Did you just load in?"

Vanilla's head perked up at the other customer in her store who had entered. Thankfully, this one was more akin to somebody that she expected to find inside of the game. Although she was taking care of the kid first, she'd pop her attention back to the man that had wanted some in particular. "Well, you've come to the right place. I work with mystery boxes, yes." So this child was a merchant as well? Vanilla was conflicted about this. She wanted nothing more than the child to stay in a protected zone. Why would Earth-chan just push them out into the game world? Were they some sort of deranged artificial intelligence? Probably. But even so, Vanilla would frown at the sight of her being all alone. Maybe nobody was around to keep an eye on her and she was just trying to start a business with nothing like she had done. Well, except for the part that Vanilla was an adult (a short one) and Jeanne was a literal child. "It's nice to meet you as well, Jeanne. Are you, ah, here alone?" Jeanne was seemingly confused by what Vanilla was asking. Are you here alone? No, there were two other completely grown adults she very much was not alone. She was a completely different sort in that regard. She also had Kitty and Mr. Nikolas who would watch after her. No use in not collecting more adults to her toolbelt of resources! People were the most valuable resource in business according to Papa. She could definitely see why after having been around long enough.

At the very least, somebody was looking after Jeanne. Vanilla could feel her worry start to let up as she smiled a little at her youthful fervor. She was a bit intrigued by the name of another business that was close by. Kitty's Novel Idea. She'd have to visit that sooner or later, maybe see what kind of books that this "Kitty" might have had. Focusing back on the child, Vanilla pursed her lips in thought. While she didn't really know a whole lot about what this girl might have been on about, it did sound enticing business wise. “ Wow, you really are convenient!” He glowered down at the young girl, before snuffing his nose up at her. He wasn’t trying to be dramatic or childish, at least not to be hurtful, no, he simply meant it in all clean fun. Granted he was rude. He knew it, but it was too late to turn back now. [break][break]
“ well I… can’t be a supplier but I can be a frequent shopper,” Valentine said with enthusiasm. He lifted a thumb to his chest. His face full of glee and his body practically jolting with energy. Perhaps he could finally get what he wanted. [break][break]

Then he turned to the younger girl curious as to her merchant dealings as well. Middleman sounded like an interesting class, though its dependency on others made Valentine now see clearly why the young girl had been upset with him. Which means there was only one thing so, make amends, and the best way to do such was what every merchant would love; money! Thus he asked, “do you sell stuff to players too?” He asked inquisitively to the young girl.[break][break]
