[attr="class","susame-post"]A brief flurry of notifications had come as soon as the door was opened. The first being that their party was formulated as well as a bonus to something 'statwise'. It takes Susame a moment to register what that was again until another more ominous warning of the principal expecting them. Susame shook his head lightly, moving the pop up away and disposing of it. The room that had been revealed to them by him moving the door had a jet of a disgusting smell harass his nostrils immediately. He knew that smell, the odor of decomposition fast at work and for enough of a time where the gasses were escaping or about to. Susame himself had witnessed many stages in his life, from the freshly deceased to the bloated and rotten. His mind, quick at work to decipher details, swiftly assumed they might've been the same as them but met a grisly fate.

Shame, but the dead need no weapons where they are going. After the initial shock had worn off, Susame turns his head in time to see Min-su volunteer to grab the items out of their dead hands. Surprised actually, that he softest of the group would willingly volunteer with little hesitation. He returned with a bounty of weapons that could be used. Ryuko, surprisingly, went for the ornate shield which later made sense for bashing heads with. That left Susame to choose which weapon to go with next. "I have done some Archery in High School." He replied, but Archery was a skill that couldn't be mastered or utilized well in the span of a few measly moments. Hopefully, despite the challenges, Min-su was a quick learner.

Susame takes the half-broken spear and trades it with replacing it with the knife he had divested from the downed teacher he had dealt with earlier. His golden eyes narrowed following with his smile: "If the archery becomes too much, use this instead Min-chan." With the spear tucked away in one of his pockets that was easy to grab at a moment's notice, he turns and leaves the room. The flashlight illuminates the hallway once more, and he continues finding the stairs for the second level only to see two 'classmates' with knives in their hands shambling up the stairs. As soon as their glazed eyes saw the three their expressions became that much more animated.

The closest leaps on to the railing and straight towards Susame and while the pointed end of his spear is pierced from the underside of their chin into her mouth, the attack by the undead still connects. A sharp knife digs and stabs into his shoulder. Susame grunts, not only by the fresh new wound, but also the weight of his enemy on him from lunging at him. Hurriedly, he throws it off of him, hunched forward, grunting at the pain that was forming. Thankfully, the other two would have the other to deal with, the staggered and wounded undead gets back to its feet, grumbling, blood mixing in with any noises it might have been making.

Something was forming around him, a bloody red text.

CORE ACTIVATED: RED MANA

The knife is beginning to shift in his wound, something beginning to press against it from beneath his skin. The metal trembles, it rattles until eventually it pops out. Blood dances from the wound and forms sinister shapes, visages of flowers and gritting gnarled thorns and teeth. The flashlight drops from his hand to the floor, with the light flickering on and off to show an incomplete scene of Susame approaching his enemy methodically and silently. The light eventually cuts out, with the gargled noises of a foe in the throes of an unspeakable frenzy. squelching noises, auditory nightmares given life. Something snaps multiple times, and then wet plops until all was silent until footsteps cleared the darkness and a lone hand picks up the fallen flashlight.

When it turns back on, blood is freely peeling from his skin and clothes, and he's sheathing his spear back into his pocket. "I might need something to bandage this wound, but for right now, shall we head down stairs?" Pleasant, if not...off putting after all this, figuring that the other two had disposed of their second foe already.

[attr="class","susame-post"]Neo-Tokyo, what became of the seat of power his family had over this place. Some things didn't change, the traditionalist values remained though he would miss the social interactions of buying something. Settling into a small bakery, Susame ordered one of his favorites and seated himself at a table. Susame wasn't an avid sugar craving eater, but he did like it every now and then.

Being in Japan meant many foods were organically made and he treasured that process more than anything. With his cheesecake on a plate in front of him and the utensils, Susame took a piece of that cheesecake on to his fork. The strawberry sauce on top created a rich contrast of the milky off white with the red.

Had people been made aware of his class at first glance, they'd find it appropriate. Sweet confection makes its way into his open waiting mouth. Some red sauce clings fruitlessly to his lips and the corners of his mouth, swiped away by an appreciative tongue. It tastes good, closing his eyes and quietly appreciating along with his barley tea that hit the spot as a finisher.

If he closed his eyes and drowned in himself a little he'd swore nothing had changed but when he opens them again everything has. Ah, well, at least he can find time to take a much needed break and get back to figuring his next course of action.

[attr="class","susame-post"]The pop up was readily accepted by Susame, more along the lines of getting it out of his field of vision and figuring it was the best option to go with. Weren't they kind of already a 'party' to begin with? Ah well, it wasn't too important. Ryuko, back to her senses, starts answering the question Min-su had proposed and he was in agreement. While the knife he had in his hand was better than his bare hands, it still was pretty 'wanting'. Can't expect too much from a school environment though.

"If it's anything like that woman, it won't be anything pleasant. It's fair to assume the principal is in a similar state." Figuring that with him having the flashlight he'd need to lead so they all can see, Susame moves in front of  a door with a small sign at the top stating it is C-3 and slides it open cautiously. He lets the flashlight reveal what is within and hopes it isn't a classroom filled with horrors.

[attr="class","susame-post"]"Just to be polite, since you came to me." He'd lead as she wished, passing a few stores and waypoints to different locations as he went. Her question about satiating ones curiosity was met with a nod of confirmation. "At one point, we lived very normal lives and then suddenly it changes with no warning." If there was one thing that Susame did not enjoy it was the feeling of losing control in some way. Relationships, choices, the way things were going, this was all dashed and had to be rebuilt again when he opened his eyes in that damned school for his tutorial.

"Getting the lay of the land is important, so while I'm aimless it's not unwanted." Because eventually, he'll memorize and become familiar. Then, once he becomes familiar he can master things. Such was how things were and how they worked in his mind.

"I've already heard some hearsay of a few people meeting their ends already." Yet, he smiles, enough that the tips of his fangs are visible. "We must be smart here, take our time, plan accordingly."
