The small girl with all the pets was another Guild Leader? She quirked an eyebrow at that. Jeanne-Marie would probably want to negotiate all sorts of things with her, if that was true. This unique form of communication the tomato girl used was honestly beginning to grow on her. She could read the messages far faster than she could listen to someone speak. Kitty remained quiet and indulged her in all her introductions, summoning the creatures she'd seen her with in Paris. Along with one more, that made her scowl for a moment before regaining her normally neutral expression.

And the cat would be guarding them. Wonderful. For now she simply held Jeanne-Marie to her side and dutifully moved behind the blue tiger and giant ant. "What a world this is..." Kitty sighed and shook her head. And then everyone began...transforming? She covered the child's eyes with one hand, seeming concerned. "Things are getting violent, Jeanne-Marie. You shouldn't be seeing this."

After a moment a simple wooden bat appeared in her other hand. And...there wasn't much else she could do. She had a giant ball of wool in her inventory, but besides that and her trusty cudgel she didn't have much of a way to defend herself. Or the child.

As the Forsaken came out of the water Dee Dee looked them over, they were all rather low leveled, then again she didn't know everyone's level in the group so she should assume this would be an issue There was also fifteen of the things, they always liked to attack with a three to one advantage, but it seemed her ability that made her just randomly appear here threw off their strategy a little as there was three less, though looking them over they clearly made up for that by having two of those Summoner ones that she had fought before.

And those two got to work Immediately both summoning those flying starfish creatures, and one summoned a giant crab, while the other summoned a large one that looked like a mix of a shrimp and a lobster like creature, and as the two starfish took to the air to engage Kramer on their masters orders, the Shrobster opened a claw and fired a blast of high pressure water at Dee Dee while the summoners stayed back and fired off jets of water at her and BombDee as well.

Dee Dee dodged the blasts being FAR faster then before thanks to the buff from the one named Lowell, and the party buff, and the beams got nowhere near Kitty or Jeanne so that was good, but she wanted to make sure that none of the enemy targeted them and that meant drawing attention. Thankfully Dee Dee had a skill for that and so she activated it and three Phantasms appeared each wielding a sword and they would dance between enemies attacking them with the blades, doing no damage but causing them to try to attack the Phantasms in return, which the Phantoms would evade.

With the Distraction made Dee Dee nodded to BombDee and the little guy nodded and rushed forward, using the distraction caused by the phantoms to attack one of the summoners, Though Dee Dee knew that unlike with her, if they got defeated their summons wouldn't disappear well she assumed hers would but then again they didn't just poof when she fell asleep...thoughts for later. Regardless BombDee managed to get to one and attacked him with a Power Punch knocking him over which Dee Dee followed up with a blast of Magic from her staff defeating that summoner Forsaken.

In the Air Kramer wasn't to bothered by the flying starfish firing beams of water at him, he was faster and stronger then he was when he first fought their kind, he was only a baby back then, and he quickly swooped between them and swatted one with his tail sending it hurtling towards the beach below where it impacted defeating it and leaving a crater in the sand and the second one quickly make distance with Kramer causing the Dragon to give a amused huff as he chased after it.

Ton and Jimmy were staying near Kitty and Jeanne, two of the Forsaken actually making a beeline for the two non-combatants, but Jimmy quickly rushed forward and pit one, while Ton Pounced on the other and they both Utilized their different elemental bite attacks Quickly as the one bitten by Jimmy was engulfed in flames defeating it immediately and the other which was bitten by Ton was slightly Frozen slowing it down quite considerably as it managed to Wrestle free of the mauling but was now on the back foot as it had both a Giant ant and a Tiger in it's way to deal with.

Dee Dee then took the time to throw two sunflower daggers and one of her energy balls at the Shrobster and did... far more damage then she expected as the two daggers actually sunk into it's shell and then the energy orb smashed into it's face dealing with that threat. All the While BombDee was now preoccupied dealing with the Giant Crab as it was rushing him, trying to catch the waddle in it's giant crushing claw.

Jeanne had already been looking away as much as possible, sending a peek over at Jonas for a moment. That was almost too much though as Lowell began to scream followed my sounds of Jonas' scream. The girl suddenly felt the world spin a bit as her lack of comprehension for the situation took hold. For the most part being guided more by Kitty then doing anything herself. She was far from helpless completely, thanks to the hoodie she had gotten really early on, but that hadn't stopped her at all from sticking to Kitty like the tutorial all over again.

For her age Jeanne-Marie was incredibly small, to a point were she was behind most her age in height. This may have been the system's doing to some degree, but she was just short, which came in handy when it came to staying behind the dragon that was bodyguarding for herself and Kitty. Maybe this was why Kitty hadn't wanted to come? Jeanne wasn't really able to think over all the noise that was being made outside of her head.

Another person who was able to do the same thing that he did, a kindred spirit who shared a connection with animals enough to transform into one. Even better yet, the opportunity to fight alongside one made Idir fight even harder than usual. The speed increase was also a massive help, with Idir feeling even lighter than usual. "Hey! " Idir would call out to the bipedal werewolf and make a wager. "Let's have a contest! How many enemies do you think you can defeat before all of this is over? The one with the most wins!"Competition, was natural when another apex predator entered the fray. For now, Idir wanted to not only protect the noncombatants, but he wanted to see what Lowel had in the tank. Flicking the side of his driver, Idir used the fortune fever, moving at a blinding speed to completly destroy one enemy by hitting it three times and then hitting the next one for the final hit. core You are able to store the information of past slain monsters within your USB flash drive. Once you've stored this information, inject the USB directly into your body. Doesn't matter where you inject it but you have to do that act. Once it is in place, your body will have a partial transformation take place allowing you to take on aspects of that monster. The monsters that this can be applied to are those that are created by the staff. Monsters you store will naturally grant you a passive boost in flat ##s towards certain stats as well as typically an active and passive skill. You are only able to utilize one monster at a time. Once you activate the monster, you'll have three posts to be in that state without suffering any negative downsides. After that three posts, you'll take a -10% towards your [WIL] stat each round of posting past. This is a reflection of that monster's DNA trying to take over your body and take control. Once you reach -50% [WIL], you'll gain the status condition [Enraged] this causes your [PWR] and [SPD] to spike by 15% each but also causes you to attack whatever is closest to you regardless if they're friend or foe. If you wish to swap to a new monster, you'll have to first cancel the form you're currently in and wait for three rounds of posting before your body is able to handle the shift. Once per post, you're able to use your full [PWR] stat to cause melee damage instead of the normal basic damage!

Idir wasn't the only one who was fired up as Lowell continued to claw and bite his way through the fishmen. In all honesty, their flesh and scales tasted horrible for him. Yet it didn't matter since he was too focused on dealing with a few monsters while aiding his pack of wolves simultaneously. Even if he has the ability to transform, it still has a time limit of it. If he wasn't careful, he would end right back in his human form. Despite this, he couldn't help but to gain interest in Idir's challenge.

"Haha! Interesting!" He growled with excitement. "I'll take up your challenge, bud! But I hate to say I won't go easy on you! We're going to get all of the monsters, right everyone?!" His pack howled in agreement as one bit through one of the Forsakens' shoulders. "Alright! Let's go!"

Lowell let out a howl enough to startle some of the monsters. When he did, another wolf emerged from the shadows as it joined him in attacking the remaining Forsaken the other two were biting in. As the new Howling Shade scratched its face with its claws, Lowell bared his fangs and bit its neck down to decapitate it. "How's that?!" He howled again.

It only seemed to enhance it. Typical men. Why'd he have to get paired up with these two of all people? He was loud when he fought, but it had a purpose and sounded nice to listen to, unlike their screaming. [break][break] At least Dee Dee seemed to be doing their job quietly. Not that they had much of a choice. Jonas wasn't sure if she couldn't speak or didn't want to, but he was glad nonetheless. She even took care of the creatures that pulled themselves back out of the water and were heading toward Jeanne-Marie and Kitty once again. Maybe they weren't so bad after all. [break][break] With the others covered that just left three of the fishmen charging at Jonas. Well two of them ran forward while a third in the back started flinging starfish at him like shuriken. “Aloha ē, aloha ē. 'Ano'ai ke aloha ē.” He stomped his foot on the ground causing another burst of sand to fly into the air in front of him. Instead of falling back down to be absorbed back into the beach the sand swirled together and condensed into two large balls. The bottoms of them continuously dripped sand down that floated back to the top of the ball to rejoin it again like some sort of lava lamp. [break][break] The starfish that flew at him impacted the structures and slowly made their way through. They didn't make it much farther though as they poked out the back and harmlessly fell to the ground in front of him. Meanwhile, the other two gradually drew closer as the sound of drums and string instruments played to drown out the two fools symbolically fighting for dominance. The fishmen only made it halfway before a multi-colored construct in the shape of a roller coaster car ran over the pair and left them as a pile on the ground. Two weaklings down. [break][break] It didn't stop there and continued to fly until it impacted the starfish-flinging creature. The thing was plastered on the front of the car until it abruptly disappeared when it was a certain range from Jonas. His final fishmen went flying over toward the competing party members. Oh well. Not his problem anymore and it would give the two of them a tiebreaker. He wasn't sure which he'd like to hear less. Them complaining about a tie or complaining that they lost. [break][break] Jonas took a moment to scan the rest of the battlefield until he saw Jeanne-Marie and Kitty in their positions. They were being protected by Dee Dee's menagerie, but that didn't make the child any less scared of the situation. Or at least that's what it looked like to him. The others could deal with the last of the enemies. He had something else in mind: securing his meal ticket. The girl had supplied him with some interesting items thus far and he'd like that to continue. [break][break] With that in mind, he made his way over to the non-combatants of the group. For his plan, Jonas would have liked one of Dee Dee's creatures to join him, but they were too busy protecting the girls to worry about his antics. He made sure to give a wide berth to the pets as he ran to Jeanne-Marie. Once he arrived he would lean down to meet her eye level before speaking. “Don't worry Jeanne-Marie. Just focus on me and Kitty and everything will be alright.” He stood up before spinning around and performing various silly dance moves that he thought would entertain her or make her laugh. Kitty awkwardly shuffled back a few steps as some of the monstrous fishmen began approaching their position, hugging Jeanne-Marie's head to her leg while covering her eyes with one hand, the other raising up her simple bat as if warning off their opponents. Thankfully the girl's menagerie did their job properly, rushing forward to protect the two rather defenseless merchants.

She was able to relax just slightly after that, although the situation was still rather tense. "So noisy..." Kitty grumbled to herself, looking back and forth between Idir and Lowell. Wincing at all the brutality on display.

When Jonas approached, she looked wary for a moment...before it became clear he was there to ensure the child's safety as well. She relaxed her grip on Jeanne-Marie, patting her head instead of covering her eyes as the strange young man did his best to cheer her up. Kitty actually let slip a small smile, at least for a moment.

Dee Dee looked around and it seemed everything was going well Idir and the guy Named Lowell were having a competition and so Dee Dee backed away from the fight to give them room to have their contest, but also to keep an eye on the two shopkeepers moving so that she was joined to her other summons and forming a wall between the shopkeepers and the Forsaken and she kept her eyes open for any that tried to close in, though she noticed that some were going around the two having a contest and so Dee Dee raised her wand and fired off a bolt of magic taking one off his feet from the magical impact.

Her Summons then moved in on the others two and while it tried to attack one of them BombDee got in the way and let his armor take the hit absorbing the attack as they group of summons attacked the two standing forsaken Ton and Jimmy attacking one taking it to the ground then jumped back, while BombDee attacked the other one power punching it back to land near the other two, Finally Kramer swooped down and blasted them with his dragonsbreath finishing the three off.

Things were looking okay now and Dee Dee nodded to herself she could hold the line here if any moved away from Idir or Lowell to attack Kitty or Jeanne so she would let the two have the rest of the enemies, she knew Idir was strong already, and the Lowell guy seemed to want to test himself so she simply waited with her weapons at the ready though she did realize there was one flying starfish left, so she pulled her arm back and formed a aura ball and threw it at the diving Starfish, the Aura ball struck it easily bringing the creature down as she overwhelmed it's defenses. before finishing it off with two Sunflower daggers.

With Idir finishing up on his end, the last of his enemies had finally fallen. Doing a bit of a stretch, Idir wiped his hands clean of the guts from the merfolk that he defeated, turning to the rest of the group. There was quite a bit of figures, and the strongest among them was Dee Dee. With her army of allies, losing was more or less a funny thing to think about when considering the likelihood of that happening. "How is everyone? Good? Safe?" With the last of the enemies defeated, Lowell growled as his body slowly transformed back into his human form. He smiled as he watched the party relax after a grueling fight. His wolves even howled victoriously before running to greet their summoner. "Other than a few scratches and bruises, me and my pack are doing fine." His wolves also responded with several barks to everyone else. "Still, I never expect our welcome party to be very fitting with the island we're in."

He then looked around to check on the other members. Idir seemed unscathed after his transformation, the girl with the Waddle-Dees and other summons was also safe, and the singer along with the non-combatants was also in the same state. Either way, they managed to avoid the worst outcome. "What now? Should we move forward or take a break for tonight?" He asked. "I don't know what other monsters we'll be facing next if we continue without any rest from our boat trip."

As expected Idir finished up the monster that landed near them due to Jonas' attack. The claws of their transformation ripped through the fishman just as they did the others. Looks like they won with four to Lowell's three.

Not that Jonas saw it happen. He was much too focused on cheering up the non-combatants of the group. His plan to bring up the spirits of the woman and the girl at her side worked too. At least he thought so. He didn't manage to catch Kitty's smile, but he hoped that he was able to get through to her.

With the battle now over the vibrations of Jonas' song condensed into colorful magic notes that danced around him for a moment. They floated over to each of his teammates and their summons before delving into their chests. The vibrations coursing through their bodies felt and sounded similar to a cat's purr as the ability healed their wounds.

Dee Dee was glad to see the enemy was dealt with and so her Summons returned to her side and stayed near her, Kitty, and Jean, she gave a little nod as she gave everyone a Celebratory Tomato scooting rapidly between all the scattered members of the group handing them out before returning to Kitty's side. She was glad everyone was okay and that they could continue on, and so she gave a little nod and was ready to proceed when Kitty asked her a question and the small girl looked up at her as she nibbled on a tomato.

Her friends were also enjoying their tomatoes clearly they quite enjoyed the treat as they were happily digging in as Dee Dee listened to Kitty's question, she then nodded rapidly as she gestured for everyone to follow her "This way to the outpost it will be a bit of a walk but the path is rather well made by this point, just mind the mud" the word bubble popped up to alert them as she stepped over a patch of mud and was apparently to light to even sink into it, as she walked though she looked over to Lowell and Jonas "Are ether of you in a guild? If Not Utopia is recruiting you know?" the word bubble filled in again as she scooted along leading the group towards the outpost it would take some walking of course so they had time to talk.

And although the danger was over her summons continued to stay around the group staying mainly around Jeanne and Kitty since they were non-combatants to act as a line of defense for them if they got attacked, BombDee waving to both Kitty and Jeanne and bouncing happily at meeting them again as he nibble on the tomato he had been given quite clearly a pleased little waddle-dee, and likely Lowell and Jonas would notice the odd similarities between the Waddle-dee and Dee Dee.
