Noelle inhaled and exhaled deeply as she finished her transport into the mists. The foggy terrain that surrounding her feeling closer to her home of Seattle then she had imagined it would despite the slight nip in the air and her conflict over the fact that it was perpetually darkened in the sky above. The lack of clouds a good sign though that they wouldn't need to seek shelter as soon as they started to travel in an unknown morphed version of Russia.

What ever god of misery was out there that had left their sadistic love on the loam of the nation that had stood here. Truly a love letter to the grey scale, even the light and subtle dark blues and purples were muted by the general lack of shade where she arrived. Pulling out her umbrella the impromptu expedition leader would step up and face her small group.

”GYAHAHAHAH! TAKE THAT! AND THIS! AND THAT TOO! HAVE SOME MORE!” Rory had been pressing the little button on his wooden tower over and over, causing many little D6’s to shoot out and slam into a zombie’s face. It was a cartoonish creature, one that moved slowly enough to not be a threat. It must’ve only been level one, making it the perfect test target for his new “weapon”. It wasn’t the strongest thing, sure, but at least it served its purpose. Suddenly, Rory felt a chill up his back. His eyes widened as an aura of something nearby got his attention. Putting his tower away, Rory held a hand up to the monster. ”Alright, thanks Frank, but something else needs me now…” The zombie shrugged and burrowed back into the ground as Rory turned with his nose in the air, sniffing his way through the mists. It wasn’t the rust of machinery nor rot of the undead that caught his attention, no. This scent was… ”I SMELL AN OPPORTUNITY FOR TREASURE!” Following his intuition through the mists, Rory found himself on the other side of an old wall. There was a boarded up door here, and he could hear some faint sounds coming from within. His wicked grin covered his face as he kicked in the door and burst into the room. ”ALRIGHT! COME TO PA- oh.” Instead of a chest, pile of loot, or group of monsters, Rory found… ”Hi Noelle! Funny seeing you here!” The white-haired, umbrella toting woman was someone who Rory had met a few times already, and it was always nice to see a familiar face in this world. He was disappointed that he didn’t find any treasure, but he knew that by working together with a group, he could find something much more valuable than he ever could alone. ”Ooh, going on a little expedition, huh? Don’t mind if I tag along, I’m sure!” Sending a party invite to the woman, Rory’s excitement was starting to build again at the thoughts of what they might find hidden in the mists. Natalya once again stepped through the teleportation circle, being surrounded by the decrypted buildings and mist that had become Russia. It was still as silent as it had been when she had last visited though she saw neither the undead nor the automatons but she knew that they were somewhere out there, roaming the empty streets.[break][break]
She let Noelle take the role of leader; merely because the girl was of a higher level than her and it was easier to deal with. "That works fine for me though I do ask that you keep your voice down please Mr. Perkins." Natalya said, giving the man a pointed look. "I'd rather you not call the attention of every monster in our general vicinity. Just because we're all defensive doesn't mean we should test how much we can take."[break][break]

Dante stepped into the teleportation circle he once again found himself in a new area. The mist that surrounded him made it difficult to recognize that he was in Russia. Mostly due to his lack of culture with still being new to changing locations so quickly. The first few attempts at travel this way resulted in a small bout of nausea that he was glad finally disappeared from his body.

He looked at the three around him, each of them seemed to be ready for this endeavor. Dante was still unsure of what was going on until Noelle spoke up and explained a little bit. He smiled, this little adventure could lead in death? He would make sure that he would slow down anyone who would try and kill one of his team members. His orb was a great option to debuff his opponents and he was excited to get to use it. "Works for me. Guess I was the last one?" Dante said, with a smirk.

"I second what Ms. Natalya said, please keep your voice lowered. Preferably closed if you cant keep it hushed," Noelle would state somewhat sharply in Rory's direction. For the astute her clothes, or rather the drab cloth and her umbrella looked intensely different then what they once had. A sign she had visited the forge somehow. Something she was actually excited to show off even if it was kind of petty in a monetary way.

Taking a deep breath she would sigh, "Alright though, since we don't have much choice I'm going to suggest we head north west. Though I am sure heading too deep west may be a bad idea. I think we can stay within a few miles of this location and be relatively safe while drawing enemies to us. So, again, stay somewhat close and lets head out. We'll be looking for a warehouse or other such location first, so keep peeled for a building with an open inside that looks easy enough to clear out and fortify."

Shifting through and starting to blend to the mist the sound of rain falling would begin to invade the air even as the feeling or sight of rain simply did not exist. An oddity.
