ANTHEM was founded by Hana Sakuyuki with the goal of returning Neo-Tokyo to its state before the world changing event. Tokyo was safe and prosperous, having a massive cultural impact upon the world, especially in comparison to its size. She wants to reclaim the city and make it safe for people to return. Not only its original population, but refugees from around the world as well.

In addition to transforming the High Risk zone of Neo-Tokyo into a Safe Zone, Hana hopes to revitalize the currently almost non-existent entertainment industry. Not only recruiting people with combat skills, she's also searching for other performers, artists and fans, along with those with technical skills - natural or system granted - to help her broadcast music and live performances.

ANTHEM is currently based out of an abandoned apartment building on the outskirts of Neo-Tokyo. The compact living space can support more than a dozen occupants at the moment, as the building gained extra floors when the Guild upgraded to Stage Three. Thankfully the structure and furnishings were repaired and utilities fully reconnected when it was chosen as their base, so life here is fairly comfortable.

After retaking the ancestral home of Hikari with the help of her brother kurai, ANTHEM has refurbished the sprawling estate on the far side of Tokyo, using this traditional style home as a forward base. Larger and more comfortable than the modest apartment building used as a main base, many Guild members choose to live here instead. Although this Guild Branch only maintains a small Safe Zone, it can still be used as an alternative point of entry to the city in their attemps to retake control of Tokyo.
