Having desired to keep the agreement that he had made with Nikolas, Olliver had decided to come back out to the Forgotten Mists. There was supposedly business to be had out here and that was something that Olliver could get behind. The only issue that he might have faced when it came to physically being out here..?? Well it was going to be a bit difficult to navigate his way to the appropriate flying island. "Let's see how this all pans out, I suppose..."

After a bit of traveling around, Olliver would find his way to where Nikolas had been. He had had to make use of his Movin' Shop ability to get up here, especially considering the fact that he had had to do so with Dendar draped over his shoulders, but he had managed to more or less do it. Albeit it must have looked a bit horrifying for a drooping snake to be soaring through the air.. "I've finally found you... Fuckin' hell, that was a lot of moving around." Even though it had required no actual energy from Olliver aside from making use of his mana, he had felt the desire to complain about it. "So what's up?? Why did you call me out here?" Gesturing towards the notebook that Nikolas had been lugging around, Olliver would continue. "Does it have to do with those sketches we took early on?"

The fact that this Hard Mode was being presented to them wasn't all that surprising. The two of them had superseded the average level of most player's, as unfortunate as that was. If anything, it would make less sense if such a prompt wasn't being offered to them. What was surprising to the man though was the fact that it had been prompting him to make use of his dungeon key. "Well shit.. I figured that we'd be able to slide in without me having to make use of this thing. I guess your anchor isn't as useful for such things as I had hoped." Figuring that he might as well make use of the key now, as opposed to turning back, Olliver would sigh and agree to it. "Let's just get in there and do what we came for. Hard Mode will likely present even better rewards so.. It works for me." Olliver would then proceed to remove the key from his inventory and would press it against the final notification window that had been barring them from moving forward. 'Dungeon Key Accepted.' Hopefully this wouldn't turn out to be a waste of a key.

As he had waited for Nikolas to press the acceptance button, Olliver would remove two lavacakes from his inventory. He would then down them, enjoying the deliciousness of it all, before opting to throw the points that they would provide into his [VIT] stat. Once that was finished, the pair would descend down into the cavern. 'Outer Maze: Hard Mode Activated.' Traversing through the narrow cavern tunnels was admittedly a bit exhausting... It was just walking, walking, and more walking. But eventually they would come upon something, right?? Either that or they would encounter what they are looking for.

"From the looks of things, it likely won't be too difficult for the two of us to make it through here. We're decently leveled and I can see most of what we need to know... I mean, hell, this Discerning Eye helps out more often than I'd like to admit." Olliver couldn't help but laugh to himself as he had imagined how things were going to go down here. "Depending on how well we do with clearing this place out, it's even possible that we could have people pay us to escort them through here."

As the fight had continued to rage on, another notification window would appear before the portly merchant. For some reason or another, an additional effect from Nikolas's passive was being activated. While Olliver hadn't quite understood what exactly was happening, he had understood that he was now capable of boosting a stat of his by another rank. It was with this knowledge that Olliver would simultaneously choose [MAGI] alongside Nikolas, boosting his own [MAGI] stat to that of A+. He was now capable of doling out A-Ranked damage... Something that he would have to keep in mind for as long as the buff was active.

Having selected that particular moment to accept the stat, Olliver would freeze up just as he had been ordered to do. There was no sense in moving when doing so might put himself in danger. "Dendar, you stop as well!!" Much like his owner, Dendar would freeze on the spot. It wasn't long after this that Nikolas would unleash some kind of overwhelming magic circle overhead. Precisely thirteen streams of light would flow forth from this magic circle and would proceed to bombard the statues, leaving Olliver and his horned serpent in a state of awe. This much alone was enough to be amazed by... That was at least until Nikolas had chosen to throw a dagger at Olliver's pet.

Unsure of just what was happening, Olliver would immediately throw himself towards Dendar. He had wished to take the blow from him, so as to ensure that he didn't lose the one true companion that he had in this place. Even with his boosted speed though, he simply wasn't fast enough and would have to watch as the dagger had soared directly into Dendar's form. To both Dendar and Olliver's surprise though, the dagger would melt upon impact, healing the horned serpent's wounds. "I..."

In the moment that he had been rushing towards his horned serpent, Olliver had felt an intense rage. His unfiltered bloodlust had showed itself for a ghost of a moment but it was evident either way. Knowing that this was something meant to heal Dendar though, now anyways, that bloodlust would quickly subside. His [WIL] would regulate his emotions in a way that it would seem as though the rage was never there.

For a moment, Olliver could do nothing more than stare at Nikolas. He had truly felt as though he was going to have to strike the man down.. Even if the possibility of him being unable to do so was quite real, he would have flipped the ever living fuck out if this man had struck down his ally. "...yes. We are quite alright. Moving forward though, if you intend to use a skill on my creatures, be sure to let me know of it's effects beforehand." Olliver would proceed to rub his face for a moment as he had taken the time to compose himself. "And sure, we can definitely do some business once we are out of here. I'll.. focus on advancing my levels for the time being as well." He would then proceed to throw a few stat points into their respective chosen stats, boosting his level to thirty five.

Even when things didn't work out for him, he could at least appreciate the things that had chosen to work for him. And as for the things that had failed?? Well he could always attempt them again at another time!!! There had been something else to help him remove his mind from those failed items as well though and that was the excess of items that he could continue to attempt. [break][break] This time around, Olliver had decided to focus on appraising four items. The first item would be the Spear Syringe that he was appraising for one of his customers, Valentine. "Let's hope that this one works out... A repeat customer is perhaps my favorite thing and as long as I continue to provide him with optimal service, then I am sure that he will continue to come back. Olliver would be lying if he said that he hadn't had doubts about how things were going to pan out with this situation. With her relatively low level and his decently higher level, it was quite likely that the two would run into a complicated creature... It had happened previously, when he had fought alongside Hana against those goblins, but he could only imagine how it would work out when facing a dragon. "Ahaha..." The name of his class and subclass would be noted: Space Trader & Omni-Assessor. That being said, Olliver would likely have access to the same information about Ryuko. If she had so permitted it anyways. Either way, it wasn't something that Olliver would pay all that much attention to at the moment.

It wouldn't take all that much longer for Emir to wipe the bear out from this world. This was both a fortunate and yet unfortunate thing for Olliver. On the bright side, they no longer had to worry about possibly getting wiped out by the bear. On the other hand though, Olliver's ability was now activated for no real reason. This much would become even more noticeable as various stars would burst into being around his lower body and he would start to hover over the ground. "Well.. I can't say that I was expecting this."

Much like Nilla, Olliver would proceed to dig into his meal as well. It was exceedingly delicious in his opinion, which would likely go to show their vast experience in the field. Either that or this mans class had been advanced enough in this regard. After a few more bits of his food, and having washed that food down with the wine, Olliver would speak up to answer her questions. "Erm.. Well if you are hoping to advance your class than it is best to level up. I would personally recommend throwing your stat points into your magic and willpower stats but it's ultimately up to you. That's the route that I ended up going down and things worked out well enough for me. And even for yourself, I am sure that those are what will come most in handy for your enchantments."

"Especially if you consider the fact that your enchantments are likely to be based off of how much magic you are outputting to the items that you are essentially creating. Honestly, I'm tempted to request an item from you here and now. Both to allow you to test out these abilities of yours and of course to acquire a new item for myself." The thought was tempting but not something that he could quite afford at the moment. Perhaps in the future.

All of this would ultimately depend on how comfortable Nilla was with Olliver though. Hopefully he could earn her trust over the course of time and convince her to come with him during that specific outing. All that Olliver could really do in response to the statement of things being too difficult was shrug. No matter how hard things had managed to get at this point, it was practically vital for people to give this world their all. If they hadn't?? Well then they would die. Even in this game like world, death was a huge motivating factor. There were no respawns here.

Once the pair had managed to get everything gathered, Olliver would begin to head out towards the mission handler. "All I can offer is protection and assistance. It may not be much but it's better than nothing. The decisions that people opt to make moving forward.. Well they'll have to deal with the consequences of their actions. Even me. So we'll see how things go. And yeah. We can walk." With that last bit having been said, the duo would make their way back. From what he could see thus far, Nikolas had been a decently capable individual. He had managed to protect himself in a few instances and had even managed to lob off one of the marble statues arms, effectively dis-arming it. Something that Olliver had realized was likely a pun in and of itself. "Not bad, Nik, not bad." From the looks of things, the trio had been in a rather tough spot. If they couldn't mitigate some of the incoming damage and lower the enemy count then they were screwed. Even with that being the case though, Olliver didn't feel all that worried. Perhaps it was the stats that he had accumulated showing their effects or perhaps it was just his faith in the three of them. Either way, it wasn't something that he had felt all that anxious about.

Deciding to take the initiative in bringing down at least one of these creatures, Olliver would slice through the air once more. As he had done so, the orbs of fire that had once been consumed would now come exiting from the tear in space that Olliver would recreate. Each of these orbs of fire would essentially be redirected to sender as they had begun to pelt the stone magician from before. From the looks of things, the magician wasn't in the best of states after having received it's own blast. "This enough to reassure you, Nikolas?" The merchant would proceed to take the life of the stone magician by sending forth yet another of those glowing coins. Paired with the damage of the balls of fire and the coin from before, the stone magician would have no choice but to crumble.

With one of the statues out of the way, the remaining four would find themselves enabled with a fury that had caught Olliver off guard. They would attempt to harry the trio by bellowing down upon them where they could. Two heavy blows would attempt to take out Olliver but he had just barely managed to escape from their attacks. If it wasn't for the buff that Nikolas had applied to Olliver than Olliver likely would have been crushed in that moment. "I'll have to be sure to thank him after all of this." That was all that would run through the merchants mind as he had begun to focus on evasion. As for Dendar, the horned serpent that had been attempting to bring down a statue all on it's own?? Well it had continued to batter the statue with it's horns whilst taking a heavy blow from the statue. Honestly, things weren't looking great for the serpent.

With little more than a thought, Olliver would accept the party invite. At the same time, he would be sure to accept TryHard's hand and to shake it whilst speaking up a bit. "A golem sure sounds like something that'll take some pretty decent party coordination. Then again, I don't suppose that you have to worry about it all that much with Hana here. She's a real monster on the battlefield, you know??" A soft laugh would escape from the man's lips as he had sulked a bit over the fact that there were only three of them. If they had acquired a fourth, they could have nabbed the [healthy amount] buff through the party synergy function.

Figuring that he should focus on the group as a whole, Olliver would turn his gaze towards Hana and smile brightly at her. "Yeah, I suppose that you could say that. Your friend here is a prospective customer of mine. They wished for me to throw an item down on hold for them. The appraised version of my focus sash." At this point, Olliver had still been waiting for TryHard to purchase the goods. Surely it was only a matter of time before then. "As always, Hana, I have a few items around my shop incase you are ever interested~"

With Hana partaking in the free level candies that had been going around, Olliver couldn't help but smirk a bit to himself. This was something that he had sent out to a few individuals as well. Perhaps he should have sent her one of those instead of an item. But then again, who was there to complain?? Anything is better to receive then nothing. "Those are pretty yummy, yeah. Good thing too!! The system could have pulled a prank on us by having it taste disgusting, like most medicine."

While he had understood that asking these questions might be annoying, he had truly felt as though it would be best for him to get any and all information out of the way now. The more that he knew about this thing, the easier of a time he would have in thinking up ways to take the golem down. "Depending on what we know, I might even be able to ensure that we get out of there with less trouble. Ensure that I won't have to make use of my star ship, you know?"

It would be nice if people had wanted him for much of anything, honestly, but most people weren't aware of what he was capable of. And even if they were, it wasn't as though he was about to give out items without having people pay for them. "You would think as much, right?? As for his offer of assistance to her?? Well he quite frankly didn't care who she was in the past. Who someone was back before the light had touched this world and who they were now were vastly different things. Even in the sake of murder, who was he to judge?? Everyone had varying circumstances that changed the course of their lives. If they were ever to be pushed to the point of committing such an act?? Well it was quite likely that there were things that led up to it. That's nothing he can hold against them. The more that he would read about this Enchanter class of hers, the more interested in her he would find himself. If the two of them had teamed up.. They would very easily corner the entirety of the market. Especially if they added Nikolas in the mix. "I must admit that you have far exceeded my expectations. This class is absolutely wonderful. The fact that you can even go as far as creating items from mundane objects is astounding. Just thinking about it is giving me all kinds of ideas for items that I could sell." It wouldn't take all that much longer for their waitress to come back and hand them their food and drinks. A curt nod would be offered to the teen as Olliver had begun to pick up some of the trinkets that the goblins had taken, assisting Hana in doing so. "Yeah, I suppose that you could say that. If this is what you would refer to as a win anyways. We've managed to not only protect this storage unit full of goods but also retrieved the trinkets that the goblins had stolen." This much was evident to the man as he had been picking up the goods. Each and every one of these shiny goods had been trinkets that were stolen from their client.

The thought that Hana had on his guild had certainly been a reasonable one but it wasn't exactly what he had been planned. If anything, that was solely a part of it. "While I wouldn't mind having a ton of crafters alongside me, I am hoping to remain as the sole merchant classed individual. That said though, no, that isn't exactly what I want. My ideal guild is one that assists others. Rather than exploiting the economy on a large scale, we would assist those that need us. New players that aren't quite sure what they are getting into. Guilds, whether they be large or small, that are in need of a variety of items. I suppose.. The easiest way to explain it is that I wish to act as the government in those light novels and the like. With our very own government having collapsed after everything happened, I believe it best to establish a faction that can ensure the safety of the players."

Olliver could understand if Hana had found that to be a reckless idea. Honestly, he was hoping that she could see where it was that he was coming from. If not though, then there was nothing that he could do. Still.. Perhaps he could get a bit of insight into what it is that she thought on the situation?? Discerning Eye, Activating. Attempting to access target's thoughts... Mind Palace bypassed. With those notifications ringing solely within his own mind, Olliver would attempt to pry into the surface thoughts that Hana had been having in this moment. A major invasion of privacy for sure but one that he had felt would warrant the risk. Hopefully.

Regardless of what information he had managed to gather from that moment, Olliver would start to look around for a car. They weren't all that far from the client, so it would have been easy enough to drive there, but he simply hadn't felt like walking around at this moment. It was all to no avail however. From the looks of things, there wasn't any sort of car nearby. They were going to have to hoof it. And hoof it he would, so long as Hana was okay with it. There are different ways of measurement and progression thus these blurb bubbles could be pure gibberish of one’s mind and emotions or coherent thoughts.
