It had been a blurry three minutes, but a battered and slightly cut up Morgana had stood around the campsite, with the scent of roasting goblin coming off of the charred corpse nearby. He had been thrown in after another mounting attempt and stayed put there while his friends were killed by the witch. But she was much too busy focusing on more important issues."Ha…Holy shit. You little runts. Fuckin’ ruined my clothes. There's not an affordable shop for miles." Her see through robes were tattered and hair was a catastrophic failure. Black strands going in every direction without any way to save it. Even her entire body felt…greasy?! She'd need to spend half a day cleaning up after herself. Morgana mumbled foul obscenities To herself as she plucked the box from its resting place and opened the top to see the contents inside. Useless junk nobody would want? Yep, this was Trinket Guy's box. She left the site in a bloody mess and made her way back to the man in hopes of being paid, and hopefully a spa being nearby…[break][break]

A blast of magic knocked the goblin carrying a warband back across the wall behind them. Morgana’s hands coated themselves in crackling, dark magic as she sauntered forward towards the goblins. "Alright, you little green shits. Give me back that box or end up in the ground. Your choice." The group of goblins appeared furious and either didn't understand the command, or seemed rather more willing to lash out against her. Morgana took a step back as a spiked club aimed at her skull was swung at her, followed by a couple of crude daggers drawn out of loincloths. "I was hoping you'd pick the better option." She smirked and brought both hands in front of her again. Another few blasts of magic smashed into the front two goblins, while the others took the time to rush towards her. Morgana was treated to one trying to climb on top of her while another took advantage of her wrestling with the other to take the time and aim a strike at her left hip. "You'll regret that!" She snapped at the attacking goblin, managing to grab the one on top of her and smash him against the wall, followed by another spell to take care of him. His limp body fell down while the rest would growl at out her. The goth beckoned them forward, her pale middle finger showcasing her challenge as the fight began.[break][break]

A little while after her initial discovery, the tracks led to an outcropping that was just above the beach. The goblins all were present, and Morgana slowly rose high enough on the proceeding road to discover their base here. The little camp had quite a few goblins in it, five in total. Her hands traced along the edge of her hiding spot as she thought out a plan on how to approach this problem. The last thing she wanted was to end up a prisoner of monsters like them. There were horror stories about what people had dreamed about goblins doing to them online, and Morgana would rather not live out some sicko’s wet dream. It seemed like a pretty good idea to take out the leader first before he could bolster up the others for some kind of coordinated attack.[break][break]

Upon touchdown with the beachside (which was an understatement given how she tended to float everywhere thanks to her power), Morgana found exactly what she had been looking for: two smaller goblins with a box between them, skittering off all the way towards a smaller encampment located farther away from her current position. She didn't chase after them in a dead sprint, and instead, opted to allow them to show her where their base was. Simple rats, unaware of the total doom that awaited them. The goth continued to hover off the ground and move in the direction of the goblins’ home. The ocean water brushed across the sand that their heavy feet had stomped into the ground. While she had worried that it would make following the path all impossible, Morgana was at least happy that it was still a fairly visible track to follow.[break][break]

Morgana flailed in the air as she attempted to still herself, floating through the air while wondering how to control it. Thankfully Faith was around to lend her support in the form of a hand offered, which the goth took graciously. It had helped, at the very least, to keep her from flipping around in the air. "Thanks." It was then that a base filled, ghastly voice erupted from the lands around them, enraged at the trespassers into its lair as skeletons were summoned to deal with them. Their celebration of rubbing the birds face into the ground over their bad luck to come across a trump card such as her was short lived, as the gym brat birds all appeared fuming over the fact that they were thoroughly outmatched by their squad of players in this game. So much so that the three birds would suddenly fuse together into an amalgamation of gym bros and seagulls. A singular, imposing figure stood over everybody present, with their party looking like toy figurines in comparison. [break][break]
"I don't think they took losing a point very well." Morgana said while staring up at the freakish, muscular bird man in front of them, the referee giving the signal that their transformation was allowed on the field. Xibalba shared her annoyance at the permission given, though she really couldn't speak much on fairness given her previous actions. "Whatever, let's beat these things in volleyball so I can get my drink." Weird ass pirate man was back up to serve and he didn't really disappoint them any with a serve like that. Morgana couldn't exactly help given her location on the field. She was just chilling up front, doing her best not to appear too ghastly pale. Tali, on the other hand, showcase his own unique class, although Morgana could really guess as to what it was about. Something with weapons? [break][break]
This left Morgana with some decision to make with how she could help the team out. Sure the telekinesis thing could help, but would they have an answer for that? Those four arms probably could take care of that on their own, which meant she had to do something that wasn't built around spicing up the ball. "Now this is my kind of town." Morgana said to herself, walking through the streets of the area known as Gothica. She hadn't heard of any town in the US looking like this Edgar Allen Poe wet dream, but god, it was perfect! The only thing keeping her from looking into the real estate here was the high risk zone and the lake of a smoke shop. The goth continued to make her way towards the meet up spot, flipping her phone through her fingers as she gazed upon the writing inside. Whoever had sent this really did want to make the best first impression with this type of thing. [break][break]
Would it be worth her time investing resources and energy into seeing about whether or not they could kill Earth-chan? That little nuisance didn't exactly seem like it had a weak point to exploit or anything to really interact with. Yet here she was, eager and ready to throw up the black flag and rebel against the system, now quite literally. But it wasn't like she had anything else better to do with her time now, so why not? Ugh, the muscle bound hunks were busy putting on a display of manhood and testosterone that was eno8gh to make a bodybuilder convention jealous. She crossed her arms at the display, leaning back while hovering above the air and doing a flip before laying down in mid air, as if she were on a bed. "Are we in a locker room with a ruler or on a volleyball court? Hurry up, you future chicken nuggets." SHe groaned, through began to wonder if there was any good food around the docks. The area around them, was sectioned off and the red outline meant that nobody was leaving anytime soon. [break][break]
Once everybody was all set, the game began. Morgana took her place in front of the net. She continued to lounge in the air and awaited for the first pitch. The creepy old pirate guy was first to serve everybody up, launching the ball back in the air. The blonde guy went to hit the ball over, causing the other birds to scramble and hit it over. With the ball at the apex of its height, the goth rose a hand in the direction of the ball at play.[break][break]
"Yoink." she said playfully, bringing the projectile near her as it began to spin around her. Raising into the air, she aim at a gap in the birds and pantomimed throwing the ball. The ball was thrown at fast speeds into the area below before their opponents could do anything. [break][break]
"Yawn." Morgana faked a yawn, shooting the enemy team a cocky smirk. "That's one point for the top of the food chain. Your serve, peckheads." [break][break]

Morgana stood in place, starting to charge up whatever magic that she could do. It was pretty weird just trying to power up like in all of those cartoons she saw when she was older, although it was pretty fun to pose. Both hands reeled together, clawing at the air as she gathered as much magic as her poison riddled mind could allow. Her eyes watched as Cordelia got to work in protecting her while charging. A part of her did think about just turning tail and running, leaving the red knight here to deal with this huge ass spider. But she was cool, as far as things went. [break][break]
For her, she'd stay. [break][break]
"I'm trying to hurry! You try being poisoned!" The goth huffed, feeling her hands bathe themselves in darkness as such foul magicks continued to swirl around her as the other woman defended her. It was tough focusing on this, as her balance gave way, sending Morgana onto one knee. The power of her spell was cut off as she cursed loudly, starting again. All she had to do was fight off this poison. Keep her eye on the prize. The spider was nearing as she poured every last ounce of effort into her magic, only for Cordelia to take the focus off of her. [break][break]
Focus, Morg. You can do this. [break][break]
Seeing the woman get a bite for her trouble was the push she needed, as Morgana brought both hands together. "Hey eight eyes!" The broodmother turned to face Morgana just in time to catch sight of this gothic girl holding a sphere of dark energy behind her, the woman's entire form burning a stark black color. "Fuck off my tank!" With her magic all built up, Morgana put both hands in front of her and aimed the blast of energy... [break][break]
"EAT THIS!" [break][break]
The resulting beam of magic tore through the spider, and some of the landscape behind it. Spider giblets and chitin burst from atop Cordelia, the legs separated into two parts that fell across from them. The treeline above would be fully cleared out, destroyed partially as for a moment, the area was bathed in darkness, before the daylight resumed. Once the magic had dissipated, Morgana felt the effects of her. She gasped for air, breathing heavily. Her feet slowly made their way to Cordelia as a sly smile cross her lips. [break][break]
They had done it. Her first mission victory. [break][break]
The goth let out an dark, evil cackling laugh while making her way over to the crimson haired woman across from her. For a brief moment, it was as if she had lost her mind. A maddened woman ready to strike the final blow onto her companion in a time where she was unable to defend herself. Just laughing more and more. Once Morgana was over on top of Cordelia, she ceased her laugh and looked down at her. Then...promptly fell on top of her.[break][break]
Out of energy, the goth exhaled and closed her eyes, the back of her head resting on Cordelia's stomach. "We did it..." she groaned weakly, severely depleting her mana for the time being. The pale skin was almost snow white, though she closed her eyes and just enjoyed the brief moment of rest they had earned. "Hey, Cordelia?" she asked without opening her eyes as the exhaustion was palpable, even in her voice. "You're hot as fuck when you're making a noble sacrifice like that. Also, I need a shower and food after this. But for now, I'm using you as a pillow."[break][break]

It was nice to see that Cordelia was faring better than she was, the goth girl stuck on the back of a rampaging spider as it tried to shake her off. The other spiders had tired of the show and went to attack Morgana holding on for dear life. They bit and pulled at the spider she rode, opting to sacrifice one of their own for the greater potential for a succulent meal. While the arachnids were busy tackling their own kin, Morgana tried to thin out the herd between her and the little pests. [break][break]
"Alright, spider shits! Who wants first dibs?!" Morgana asked with both hands basked in a black color as she launched a wave of magic at the gang of spiders. The attack had blasted through the front direction, with bits of spider giblets and blood splattering all around the vicinity. They continued to advance forward and more blasts of magic fired into the slowly thinning crowd. It took about six rounds before Cordelia shouted out for her to come closer. She obeyed and pointed the spider in the direction of the sword wielding woman. "It's all yours!" Once close enough, she pushed off to roll to the side, followed by another super attack by the woman to take care of most of the others. [break][break]
The two woman stood by one another, exhausted and covered with ichor. The goth groaned, listening to the guttural noises coming from the corpses of the spiders they had slain. "Ugh, not done yet, and I'm running low on energy. Feels like I ran a marathon in heels." A larger, bulkier spider would crawl over to the pair, letting out a furious hiss as it walked along the bodies of its children? Kin? Brethren? Whatever it was, and it was going to have to go down. [break][break]
"If you protect me for a bit, I can cast something to weaken it. But it's going to keep me in place. Think you can do that?" Morgana inhaled and began to gather magic through her hands, waving her hands around slowly as she began to cast a hex most foul. Her eyes were closed, focused on gathering enough energy to cast her debuff. [break][break]

With a hazy mind and her thoughts swimming in enough sedation to numb even the most stinging of painful wounds, Morgana was stuck on the ground and trying to not fall all over herself in terms of just getting back to her feet. The entire process was taking all of her neurons firing off in every direction to make happen. But without feeling in her body, everything felt like it was made out of freshly waxed rubber. Cordelia snapped at her to get up, to which the goth would grumble beneath her breath and make it back to her feet just in time to see more spiders being sliced in half with the sword. Unfortunately, Cordelia would appear to have the same luck as her and get flanked by another spider. [break][break]
Then it exploded in front of her, with Morgana's magic blasting a hole into the side of it's head. Spider brains scattered across the ground while the body went limp. "Don't be too happy. My brain's pounding." Morgana put simply, then turned her attention back at the army of hisses as more and more spiders rose up from the bushes. The extra umph that Morgana had been pushing herself towards would likely be more than enough to create some space for Cordelia and herself. After that, it was up in the air. "Cool sword swings, Cor...Cord-Dell-Leah." She squinted, trying to focus her ailing brain to focus on saying such a complex name. "Got a plan? Or do we keep attacking until they stop?" [break][break]
Either plan would work in this way, as Morgana really could use the exercise of blasting people away. Whatever worked best for the woman in red. "I've got an idea to split the workload." Morgana managed to "hop" over one spider coming to bite her again. It was probably a very loose usage of that word, but the sudden weight on its back had caused it to trying and swing her off by shaking its abdomen around. The display, while funny, had resulted in her ride smashing through the crowd of spiders. The goth held onto the body with all her might, trying to steer her impromptu ride while the other spiders trailed behind her. [break][break]
While she was attempting to tangle with the spider, Morgana began to slowly whittle down the crowd trailing around her. Blasts of channeled magic firing off in sporadic bursts. "How are you holding up?" She shouted out. [break][break]

Morgana turned her head over to the sound of a voice coming from nearby. From afar, some weird ass looking man with a surfer bod and some nice tattoos would be calling out for her. That same visage of apathy greeted him in return, as the goth rolled her tongue around the stud embedded inside of it in thought. Pretty weird dude all around, but who was she to complain? [break][break]
"Nice ink, homeless guy." Morgana said, crossing her arms against one another while making her way up to him. "What's with the getup? You some kind of buddhist monk or something?"[break][break]
Just as he could answer, the alien that Morgana had seen before would appear again, this time busy selling another bag of that weird, funky ass glowing green dust to people again. AT least this one was of age or something. She motioned in the direction of the alien to her companion before starting to walk towards their seller of illicit, intergalactic space weed. [break][break]
"Hey, Greenie!" Morgana called out to him with a less than thrilled look to see him. "C'mere. We want to talk to you." [break][break]
Instead of doing just that, he began to shout something in an alien (heh) language and flee the scene. Morgana scoffed and hovered off of the ground before flying after their running criminal. Maybe this was what it was like after the countless times Lucy and her had been running away from the law. No wonder the police officers were always seething with anger. The alien continued to run away while she closed in. He dove into his fanny pack and started throwing bags of the stuff over his shoulder as he went. [break][break]
"Heads up, watch out for-" [break][break]
She turned her head to shout back to Jin, only to be smacked in the head with one of the bags of dust right as she turned around. The impact had made her focus falter, sending her back down to the ground. The goth groaned and wiped her face of the space dust and growled in a silent fury. It was enough to make her fly after their alien runner all the more faster. [break][break]
Her country accent slipped out as her rage continued to rise. "Imma shove that tye dye where the sun dun shine, you lil' unidentified green freak!" [break][break]
