Targets hit by any of Rai Mei's attacks, including when under the effects of Infuse Weapon, take additional lightning damage equal to her [MAGI] -2 ranks. This can only occur once every three posts. Ride the Lightning [Forged]: Once per thread Rai Mei increases her [SPD] by +1 rank for three posts and dashes about, dealing her [MAGI] -1 rank in lightning damage to any enemy she moves past. Each enemy can only take damage this way once per post. Enemies damaged by this attack ignore the restriction on Thunder Archon's Presence. [break][break]
Upgraded Abilities [break]
Zappy Zap!: Once per post Rai Mei fires off a blast of lightning at one target within 20 meters, dealing her [MAGI] rank in lightning damage. Any enemies within 3 meters of the target also take her [MAGI] -1 rank in lightning damage. All targets dealt damage by this attack gain the [Lightning Rod] debuff for three posts. [break][break]
Thunderstruck: Rai Mei flies into the air, generating a large amount of magic and unleashing it on her enemies. All enemies within 20 meters of Rai Mei take her [MAGI] -1 rank in lightning damage. Any enemy with the [Lightning Rod] debuff instead takes her [MAGI] +1 rank in lightning damage, and if their [WIL] is lower than Rai Mei's [MAGI] they are [stunned] for one post. If their [WIL] is the same rank or higher, they are instead [paralyzed] for one post. Either way, the [Lightning Rod] debuff is removed, and they are unable to regain it for three posts. Spectral Doppelgänger [Forged]: Me Me becomes a clone of one target within 10 meters. It gains one Passive and two Abilities of that target. If your [MAGI] is higher rank than the target's [WIL], Me Me also adds 50% of each of the target's stats to its own equivalent stats. Once during each post of this transformation Me Me can briefly become intangible and take no damage from a single attack. This transformation lasts three posts and has a three post cooldown. First the shouting, then the rock that harmlessly bounced off its side. It let out a snarling growl of annoyance, the sound unlike anything they'd ever heard a real animal make. It sounded like something from a monster movie, artificially composited from a mix of natural and unnatural sources. [break][break] Deciding to ignore the potential threat after a moment, the creature readied itself to pounce. Torashiki had that brief moment of distraction to finally begin moving away with more purpose. And then something both more and less substantial than the flung stone hit home. Another unnatural howl of pain as the phantom skull bit firmly into the beast's thick hide, blood and gore spraying and splattering on the battered road. [break][break] While Elara felt a wave of contentment wash over her, the target of her attack was not nearly as pleased. After briefly writhing in pain, it slowly righted itself, before taking off towards the source of the damage, leaving behind a trail of ichor as it once more picked up speed. Torashiki and Gleeford were forgotten, for now, although the layer of hindering thickness still slowed its approach towards Elara considerably. It wouldn't take long to reach her, though, unless she put the others between her and it again. [break][break] Meanwhile, Ingrid was having a relatively peaceful time, safely inside her summoned vehicle. It didn't seem quite as fast as it should be, but it was definitely faster than she or any of the others could move on their own. She'd be at the potential site of the next beacon in no time. The others seemed to be handling this one measly monster just fine on their own. Sakura + Golden Apple [break]
Leaves of the Hesperides [Forged] An ornate hairpin shaped like a golden leaf, sparkling in the sun, with its surface rippling and churning. Those who get close would feel the power humming through its surface. Just having this in your possession buffs your [WIL] and [MAGI] by 25%. [break][break]
While not using any abilities, skills, or items, the wearer of this hairpin is obscured by golden leaves constantly falling around them, obscuring them from view if they so wish. They are considered [hidden], and leave no trace, nor can they be seen nor detected by those whose [WIL] is the same or less than the user's own [WIL]. Once the wearer uses any of their abilities, skills, or items, this effect becomes inactive until they refrain from utilizing any ability, skill or other items for one post. [break][break]
The leaves falling around them can be very deadly. With a wave of the wearer’s hand, they can have the golden leaves swirl around them in a 10m radius, hitting everything for two posts. Those caught in this area are damage for MAGI -1 of the user, and will feel their skin and clothes being torn by the razor-sharp golden leaves. The user may end this effect early if they so wish. This has a four post cooldown and immediately ends the obscuring effect of the item. [break][break]
The golden leaves that slowly fall around the user also act as a defensive shield. It can take the user's [DEF] +1 rank in damage before needing a three post cooldown to restore its defensive capabilities. [break][break][break]

Cobweb Cannon + Giant Stop Watch [break]
Time Bomb Cannon A wrist piece reminiscent to a watch, this item attached to the user and fits perfectly without flaw! Once a post, you may launched a luminescent ball the size of a tennis ball towards a target of your choice. This bomb travels at your [SPD], and will attach itself to the target once hit. The user may then have the bomb immediately detonate, causing a small explosion which deals your [MAGI] in damage to the target. [break][break]
Consequently, you may have the bomb not detonate, keeping it inactive. You can have a maximum of three bombs planted at an point. These can act as traps, which the user may detonate whenever they so wish. If this attaches to a person or a creature, if their [PWR] is the same rank or higher than your [PWR], then they are able to pry it off from themselves. [break][break]
Those hit by the explosion of the bombs will have their [SPD] debuffed by 10% unless they are able to overpower the sticky residue of the bomb by having [PWR] the same in rank or more than the user’s [MAGI]. This effect does not stack, and lasts for two posts. [break][break]
Feather Fan + Spectral Bauble [break]
Fan of the Dead Ripples of ghostly visages can be seen on the surface of this fan. When it is quiet enough, you might even hear the howls and screams of agony by the souls trapped within. Possessing this fan provides a 20% buff to your [WIL]. [break][break]
Once per post, you can use the fan as a weapon, lashing out with it and dealing your [PWR] in damage to one target. The edges of the fan might look nimble, but it is the grasping claws of the dead that shoot out from it, scratching at your target in melee range. [break][break]
With a flick of the fan, you are able to summon a strong gale of wind, accompanied by the shrieks and howls of the dead! This gale travels at your [SPD], and reaches up to 10m in front of you, in a 5m width. Those caught in immediately take your [MAGI] -1 in damage. If their [WIL] is lower in rank than the user’s they also take are struck with [Fear], and will not be able to approach the user for one post. This can be used every three posts. [break][break]
Once a thread, you can summon a spectral fog cloud that envelops the area around you with a total diameter of 20m. Those within are unable to see anything if your [WIL] is higher in rank than theirs. Those unable to see through the fog cloud will be assaulted by images of phantoms constantly trying to attack them. You, however, are able to see clearly. This lasts for three posts, and can be ended early by the user. [break][break][break]
