The USB drive, which now features a glowing red LED triangle, can be used as normal to access your main class core and other abilities, whether directly inserted into your body or installed in the Fortune Driver. You may take cover behind this shield once every three posts, increasing your [DEF] by 20%.
In addition, when a party member is attacked by any means, you may opt to use this shield's power to intercept and defend against said blow. Doing this will lock you into taking the full attack, meaning dodging or evading is impossible. Your [DEF] is buffed by +1 rank
You cannot intercept attacks that you are unable to see, meaning opponents in the [Stealth] or [Hidden] status that you can't detect are unable to be redirected to you.[break][break]
Anathema A ornate golden colored long sword with a blade that is contently on fire. While wielding the blade your [MAGI] is increased by 20%. You also gain a flaming halo that every 2 post admits a healing aura that heals your allies for 5% of their [VIT]. Ths heal does not healing you. Once per post you can attack with the blade dealing your [MAGI] in damage. This also leaves behind a burn that deals your [MAGI] -1 in burn damage. Additionally three times per thread you can use the blade to send out a wave of flames in the shape of a cone dealing your [MAGI] +1 in damage to everything 10 meters in front of you. It will also leave behind a burn that does your [MAGI] in damage for 1 additional post.
Any evil, unholy, or demonic targets damaged by Anathema become [lightscorched] and take 25% increased damage from further attacks from this weapon until the end of the thread. All [lightscorched] targets are unable to enter [stealth] or become [hidden] or [invisible]. Once per thread you can removed the [lightscorched] tag from all currently afflicted targets, dealing your MAGI +1 rank to all such targets. Guidebook This book has a very clearly hand made look to it. Written on the front is the title, "Waddle-Dee Dee's Beginner’s Guide to the System!" There’s also an illustration of a Waddle Dee version of Dee Dee waving, along with a word bubble overhead that says, "Let's Learn Together!" On the back cover are the words "Don't Panic!" written in big friendly letters. Inside is a description of the system interface and the system itself, including functions like the messaging system, shop, guilds, area map, forum access, and a host of other things that any beginner might need to know. It’s all explained without jargon and as clearly as possible, making it easy to understand. Towards the back was a glossary of terms that the owner of the book might overhear other people use. Beast Within There is a fire in your soul, and the beast that is beating within can now be fully unleashed. Once per thread, you are able to imbue yourself with the power of this unknown beast. Your strength grows, giving you a buff of 25% to your [PWR] during this duration. When attacking, you may add your [PWR] to the already existing damage output. This beast, however, can be fickle. You are able to sustain this form for five posts, after the third post, however, you start receiving a debuff to your [SPD] at 5% per post, totaling to 10% at your fifth post, before this skill and the debuff is summarily taken away for the rest of the thread. On a 1, you deploy boosters that increase your SPD by +1 rank for one post. On a 2, you extend hidden blades that grant you an attack this post that deals your PWR +1 rank in slashing damage. On a 3, you gain both bonuses, but this ability goes on cooldown for four posts. [break][break]

Once per thread you are able to fuse together two of your USB Stored Monsters, gaining both their Passives, but only one of their Active Abilities of your choice when you activate this ability. USB: Light's Armor! [Forged] [Enchanted] This USB that was once unusable now contains data on a piece of armor that was lost to time. You can slot this at any point in time, and therefore gain the buff it provides, as well summoning an ethereal armor that surrounds your body. While slotted and wearing this armor, you gain a 15% buff to your [DEF].[break][break]
While the USB is slotted, your armor defends you by taking your [DEF] +1 in damage before losing its defensive capabilities for three posts. It can only regenerate its defensive capabilities once per thread. [break][break]
Lightwave! Twice per thread, you are able to exude a burning light around you, searing those 3 meters around you in vicinity, dealing your [MAGI] -1 in damage. [break][break]
Mystical Hero's Shield [Forged] A glowing shield that still retains it's pixelated form, but now emanates a soothing aura! Those around it would feel safe just by being close. While wearing this shield and having it equipped, you gain a 20% buff to your [VIT].[break][break]
It can take your [DEF] +1 rank in damage before breaking. Upon breaking it will repair itself after 2 post. You may take cover behind this shield once every three posts, increasing your [DEF] by 20% while you are taking cover. This does not affect that passive [VIT] buff you gain while having this equipped.[break][break]
In addition, when a party member is attacked by any means, you may opt to use this shield's power to intercept and defend against said blow. Doing this will lock you into taking the full attack, meaning dodging or evading is impossible. Your [DEF] is buffed by +1 rank. You cannot intercept attacks that you are unable to see, meaning opponents in the [Stealth] or [Hidden] status that you can't detect are unable to be redirected to you.[break][break]
Once per thread, when an ally is dangerously close to losing their life, you may use this shield to sustain them, healing them for 30% of their VIT immediately. Once you use this ability of the shield, this shield becomes useless, and cannot be used for anything within the thread. Note that you cannot revive dead allies.[break][break]
