That was all Lowell could hear from Shadow and the other shadow wolves as he came back carrying 10 pounds of meat not far from the civilization in Los Angeles. Lately, he was going out to hunt with his [Howling Shades] for food and materials and while it helped him and [Utopia] from the changes they endured lately, he was aware of how much he neglected his level due to his using his points to aid the guild instead of himself. And while he was relieved to see his pack happy as he distributed the meat to them in chunks, he knew they weren't enough to satisfy their shared desire to become stronger. Sure, he could try to find a party and mission to get some points. But he wasn't sure if there were willing parties to accept him with his class that allowed him to summon wolves and transform into one.

Sighing, he gently stroked Shadow's head with a melancholic smile. "Yeah, I know you want to head out so soon. But right now, I need to decide what to do from here. I can't stay here and help out the guild all of my life after all." He then hummed as he opened his menu. "I wonder if there are missions made specifically for us..."

As he said this, two of his [Howling Shades] were playing at the side with a wooden disk Lowell made for them. They stopped to see someone coming in their direction and like any good puppy, they ran to them, offering them the disk in a game of fetch.

It was always easy to find Lowell. All you needed to do was follow the sound of his wolves howling. After their last mission together Kurai joined the Utopia Guild after their recommendation, but they hadn't seen much of each other since then. It was unfortunate that he was now going to them to announce his departure. Still, that didn't mean they wouldn't see each other again. If anything they may see each other more now than when they were guildmates. It took some time to narrow down Lowell's location. When Kurai got close he waved at the man and their pack of wolves. “Yo Lowell! Been a while huh?!” He smiled as he pulled a bag of meat scraps he'd been saving for them. He didn't have any use for them himself and since the inventory preserved whatever was held inside of it why not keep them? Utopia was full of beasts after all. “Time for a snack pups!” After opening the bag he swung it as hard as he could sending the snacks raining over the area for the pack to catch. Lowell |

Well, this was a surprise for Lowell. Of all the people he encountered today, he found Kurai after a long time ever since the Utopia party. He didn't know what happened to the guild afterward. But lately, he was busy with finding a home that accommodated him and his wolves. So seeing a familiar face was enough to bring them smiles outside of their little game.

"Hey, Kurai! It's been too long." He let his friend feed his wolves some snacks he brought. Suffice it to say, they were ecstatic to see something other than meat raining down on their mouths, much to Lowell's amusement. He then turned to Kurai with a smile. "So how've you been lately? I've been off the grid lately, so I haven't heard much about Utopia lately."

Thankfully Lowell and their wolves were glad to see Kurai after so long. He didn't expect anything less from the golden retriever of a man and their pets. If anything the wolves seemed to be more excited to see him than their summoner... Or maybe they just wanted some snacks. Regardless things were off to a good start. “Yeah it's been a while huh? Sounds like you've been pretty busy! What have you been up to?” With how many missions he's been doing lately and everything else he's been up to Kurai was out of the loop. For the most part, Utopia let everyone do whatever they wanted which suited him well. Unfortunately, the system only allowed you to be in one guild at a time. If not for that he'd likely stay in Utopia as a cover. Too bad that wasn't in the cards. “I've been preparing for some stuff lately so I haven't been around much either. That's sort of why I'm here actually. I'm gonna go off and do my own thing now. I'll still see you guys in Utopia, but I won't be around as much as I was before.”Lowell |

To the wolves, it's both. A friend of Lowell is a friend of the pack. Even Lowell knew how much they liked anyone he befriended as long they didn't have any dubious motives. "Not much. I was planning to get back on hunting and do some missions on the side," he answered while petting Shadow's head. "I've been out of the leveling game lately, so I need to get back into it soon."

Once he heard Kurai's plans, he nodded in response, knowing the state of the guild at the moment. "In Utopia, you're always welcome. It would be a waste if it got dissolved if the acting guild leader did not act soon. It's a peaceful place where we can get along and bond with benevolent monsters in the area." Lowell then hummed in thought. "I wish I could do something to get the guild back in shape."
