One of Kurai's many acts of rebellion was turning away from the religion of his family. While his sister prayed to Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto he began to study works of magic and witchcraft from around the world. He collected each of The Lemegeton, also known as the Lesser Key of Solomon, and read them endlessly among other texts. In particular, he poured over the pages of the Ars Goetia that detailed the 72 demons.
[break][break]
It was his favorite way to rebel against his father. Finding miscellaneous spells that he thought would help him in his crusade against his father. Voodoo dolls, binding spells, summoning a demon. Hell, he even considered selling his soul at one point. Not that his effects ever did any good. All he did was anger his father. But not enough...

The Hand starts with 1 summon, at 2 Star. They have 4 slots for summons at any one time and may have 2 summons out on the field at any one time. Once a demon is summoned it cannot be recalled until it dies and when it dies the summon is unavailable until the end of the topic. While any number of demons are summoned to the field, the Hand can choose one of their abilities and gain that ability himself. He may also choose one basic attack from a demon and gain that, these do not both need to be from the same demon. Once per topic he can also change what ability and attack he has chosen. When gaining an ability or basic attack, he can swap the primary stat for either DEF or MAGI of the Hand's choice, though if swapping the stat, their DEF or MAGI(whichever is chosen as replacement) is considered one rank lower for that basic attack or ability.[break][break]
Although they go by normal star levels, the Demons use a different naming scheme for their Rank, starting as Counts, then Marquis, then Dukes, then Princes and lastly Kings.[break][break]
In order to gain and enhance the demons under his command, the Red Right Hand must gain [Demonic Favor]. This is gained by destroying particularly powerful foes and also completing dangerous tasks, the more powerful the enemy or greater the task, the more Favor is gained. They may spend [Demonic Favor] on a variety of things.[break][break]

Every three posts, you can summon a swarm of poorly drawn hands that reaches 10 meters around the target location. These hands deal your [MAGI] -2 ranks around it and apply the [Paralyzed] status to any that is inside of the area, even after casting. This effect lasts for 2 posts but opponents can break out early if their [PWR] outranks your [MAGI].[break][break]
Twice per thread, you can use the wonderous power of a rejected art graduate to "scribble" over any attack targeting the user. This artistic abomination negates any effects the attack has, including damage. If your [MAGI] is the same or higher than the rank of damage of the attack, all damage is blocked. 50% of the damage is reflected back at the attacker if your [MAGI] is a higher rank than the damage.[break][break]
When opened and unsealed, it boosts your MAGI by an additional +10%, and deals F rank unholy damage directly to your VIT once per post. Along with its standard effects, once per post you can fire a blast of dark energy from the book at one target within 20 meters, dealing your MAGI rank in unholy damage. This target gains the status effect [Pactbound], and takes +1 rank of damage from the attacks of your active summons as long as the Tome is unchained. Only one target may be [Pactbound], with new applications replacing the old. [break][break]

Gathering himself and an adjacent ally he can summon a majestic winged horse to allow them to travel 20 meters in a straight line at +1 Rank in speed. Sleight of Steel Valefor is a patron of thieves and rogues and believes it's a worthy endeavour to steal, if they aren't vigilant enough to stop you then its their own fault. Honing these powers, Valefor is capable of snatching something from someone, even something a bit more metaphysical than normal. When this ability is activated Valefor deals unholy damage equal to their MAGI to one target within five meters (if targeting an ally they may choose to do no damage) and then steal one debuff or buff from that target and grant it to another target within five meters. If stealing from or giving to an enemy, Valefor must have MAGI equal to or greater than the opponent's DEF. The swapped buff or debuff has its duration set to two rounds even if it was shorter or longer when switched and the stolen buff/debuff cannot be reapplied to its original target during these two rounds. Once used this goes on a 4 round cooldown.[break][break]

Duty Eternal:
Drawing forth an ancient evil, the Red Right Hand can reach out and drag back even the most spread out and weakened of demonic essences. If this is used on a living Demon then it infuses them with incredible might, increasing the damage they deal by 20% for two rounds and decreasing the damage they take by 10% for the same duration. If used on a dead Demon it brings them back to life though only at 30% of their VIT. A Demon can only be targeted by this ability once per topic per demon and this ability has a 4 round cooldown once used.[break]Upgrades at B Rank [SPD] or [MAGI], only one may be chosen[break][break]
Deathgrip:
You firmly grasp one target within melee range with your right hand and drain its life force, dealing your [MAGI] rank of darkness damage and healing your [VIT] by 25% of the damage dealt. Targets damaged in this way are [enervated] and suffer a -10% debuff to their [PWR] and [SPD] that lasts until cleansed. This can stack up to twice. After use this ability has a four post cooldown. [break]Upgrades at B rank [VIT] [break][break]
Entropic Blast:
A black beam crackling with red energy is launched from your right hand, dealing your [MAGI] -1 rank in darkness damage to one target within 10 meters. Targets damaged in this way are [enervated] and suffer a -10% debuff to their [PWR] and [SPD] that lasts until cleansed. This can stack up to twice. Goblin Mace
This crude bludgeoning weapon can be used once per post to melee attack one target, dealing your PWR -1 rank in damage, up to B rank. Three times per thread it can instead let you charge forward at your SPD to clobber one target for your PWR rank in melee damage, up to A rank. [break][break]Chilled Slime
Keeps your drinks cold, as long as you don't mind the taste of slime. Or your drink moving. Also used as a crafting material for the Forge. [break][break]Utopian Bandanna
This simple bandanna comes in any combination of the Guild's blue and gold color scheme you choose, and adjusts in size to fit its owner. Once worn in whatever manner you prefer, it will remain secure until you choose to remove it. Wearing this gives you a permanent +20% buff to VIT and WIL, as well as resistance to Slashing, Piercing, Bludgeoning, and Fire damage equal to your VIT + WIL. For some reason, pets and animals of all types seem to love playing with this thing, and those belonging to Guild members can often be spotted wearing their own mundane versions. [break][break]Guild Ration
Probably the best meal you've ever had as a ration, nice. While not in combat you can spend one post consuming this item to recover 10% of your VIT, leaving behind only an accessory packet and gusseted pouch. You may only bring one Guild Ration into any mission/dungeon/etc. with item limitations, but it does not count against any item limits. [break][break]Miniature Sphinx
This toy sphinx fits in the palm of your hand, and asks a different riddle every time you pull its string. The eyes even light up, green for correct answers and red for incorrect! It can also be used as a crafting material in the Forge. [break][break]Half Forge Key (Motor City)
Combine this with the Half Forge Key (Devil's Triangle) to access the Forge on Ender Island! [break][break]Cursed Lash
A whip made of dubious material, it can be used to deal your [MAGI] -1 in damage once per post capped at A rank. This whip has a maximum distance of 5 meters.[break][break]Black Dust
A pouch of black dust that is seemingly inconspicuous, once per post, you may use it to cast a glamour upon yourself and one other ally. This glamour can be anything as long as it is within the same size as the target. This glamour will last for three posts. Those whose [WIL] are the same rank or higher than yours can see through this glamour.[break][break]Cloak of the Damned
A tattered cloak that is seemingly still wearable, faded runes can be seen inlaid within its seams. While wearing this item, it acts as a piece of armor, taking your [DEF] -1 in damage per thread before breaking. [break][break]Tattered Book
Seemingly once a book of devilish nature, this once tome of horrid wisdom is now unreadable and useless…at least to those who do not know how to use it. This is a forge crafting material.[break][break]Lava Shard
A piece of lava, now cooled, that looks too inconspicuous. And yet, those who know better can see its magical properties, though muted. This is a forge crafting material.[break][break]Runic Powerstone
A piece of stone with a sigil in the middle. It is the size of a large pebble, but very smooth and humming with energy. This is a crafting material for the forge.[break][break]Fashionable Labcoat
This long white coat is fashionably cut, perfect for the discerning mad scientist or last action hero. When worn it acts as armor, absorbing damage up to your DEF rank, up to A rank. If too much damage is taken the coat is tattered and sleeves torn, useless for five posts until it repairs itself. Three times per thread you can use a suspicious, futuristic device full of green goo you found in a pocket to heal yourself for 5% of your VIT. This can only be used once per post. [break][break]Guidebook
This book has a very clearly hand made look to it. Written on the front is the title, "Waddle-Dee Dee's Beginner’s Guide to the System!" There’s also an illustration of a Waddle Dee version of Dee Dee waving, along with a word bubble overhead that says, "Let's Learn Together!" On the back cover are the words "Don't Panic!" written in big friendly letters. Inside is a description of the system interface and the system itself, including functions like the messaging system, shop, guilds, area map, forum access, and a host of other things that any beginner might need to know. It’s all explained without jargon and as clearly as possible, making it easy to understand. Towards the back was a glossary of terms that the owner of the book might overhear other people use. In the very back was a bestiary describing enemies and simple tactics to beat them, accompanied by hand made drawings, including some depicting Dee Dee and others battling the beasts. [break][break]Escape Rope
Escape out of a dungeon/event/pvp invasion with minimal to no loss. Only 1 can be owned at a time. [break][break]Misfotunauto Comic
A small comic book from another world, in this street, racing-based comic the main character has the main ability to cause misfortune upon others by causing others to crash through psionic-based sabotage. Twice per thread, you can have this MC's ability to become your own in a minor sense sending out a 2-inch psionic bolt at your [SPD] that can debuff a target [WIL] and [SPD] stat by 10% for one post. [break][break]Scroll of Myriad Paths
A scroll of maze paths. This scroll is most useful in the Forbidden City. Using this item in an A-Rank mission in the city will lock the user and their allies in the thread to six items collectively and help guide them to the end of the maze, a Staff-Made Boss WILL SPAWN and must be defeated on top of the mission objective before they can complete the thread. An additional small reward will be given upon completion. [This item may be used once, after which this scroll is destroyed.] [break][break]How 2 Draw Manga
Ever want to learn how to draw like the greats? This manual will have you drawing like some of the greatest mangakas to ever walk this Earth! Who needs anatomy anyway?[break][break]Every three posts, you can summon a swarm of poorly drawn hands that reaches 10 meters around the target location.
Glasses of Seeing
Stylish, and sleek, these pair of glasses are to die for! While wearing these glasses, you can manually adjust the frame and turn the lenses into binoculars, giving you the vision of a hawk! See things far away as though they were close, though be careful not to move while using these. The world might just spin and make you tumble![break][break]Sensible Golden Shoes
For being so comfortable and otherwise boring, these shoes sure do look flashy. Three times per thread you can dash for one post at your movement SPD +1 rank, up to A rank, taking half damage from damaging terrain. [break][break]Pactkeeper's Tome
This book of leatherbound parchment has been stained a red so dark it is almost black, and is traditionally kept closed by several thick silver chains. When closed, it boosts your MAGI by +10%, and allows you to walk on air up to a height of 2 meters per MAGI rank, moving at your SPD, for two posts, three times per thread. Additionally, once per thread you may use it to instantly recall an active summon to your side. [break][break]When opened and unsealed, it boosts your MAGI by an additional +10%, and deals F rank unholy damage directly to your VIT once per post.
Cybernetic Canine Cranium
The best part about defeating a robotic cerberus is there was one mechanical head for each participant in the battle! This can be used as a crafting material in the Forge. [break][break]Uesugi Clan Emblem
This family kamon is reproduced as a golden crest, suitable to adorn armor or clothing. When proudly worn it acts as armor itself, absorbing damage equal to your [DEF] -1 rank, up to A rank, before shattering for the remainder of the thread. [break][break]Daggertail
A dagger that is shaped like a dragon's razor-sharp tail, this weapon is a pet item to be utilized for combat! Once per post, the summon that has this equipped is able to deal their [PWR] in melee damage capped at A Rank. As well, this dagger is throwable. When thrown, it travels at the summon's [SPD], dealing their [PWR] in ranged damage capped at A Rank. After one post, the dagger returns back to the summon's hands. This counts as an item for you for events and dungeons.[break][break]Cracked Horns of the Salamander
A pair of the field boss Volcanic Salamander's horns. These horns are quite rough and sharp plus tend to stay warm. This is crafting material for the forge! [break][break]
SKILLS
system awarded skills
Demon Horns
You are considered the [Demon] species for all relevant skills/missions/dungeons/etc. and may manifest physical traits of this species at will. Three times per thread, for one post, you may travel short distances at your SPD +1 while ignoring height or hindering terrain as these traits briefly empower you. This skill ignores all limits and restrictions, and cannot be traded or sold. [break][break]Vampire Fangs
You are considered the [Vampire] species for all relevant skills/missions/dungeons/etc. and may manifest physical traits of this species at will. This skill ignores all limits and restrictions, and cannot be traded or sold. [break][break]Demonic Tithe
The demons were never kind nor generous. You sacrifice a rank of your [VIT] to gain a rank of [MAGI] in return. In doing so, your body starts to resemble one of the heralds of hell. You gain claws, horns, and wings, all of which serve a purpose. For three posts, you gain flying up to your [SPD]. You may also decide to damage an enemy with either your horns or your claws, dealing your [MAGI] in damage. This skill has a five-post cooldown.[break][break]Hellish Defense
Grasping your roots with your hellish patrons, you manifest an armor made of hellish materials. You gain a 10% buff to your [DEF] stat and become immune to fear or charm status effects for three posts. This has a cooldown of five posts.[break][break]Hand of the Devil
Thrice per thread, you may lay your hands on an enemy, branding them with the sigil of the devil, dealing your [MAGI] in damage.[break][break]Corrupted Aegis
