The chat window with Earth-chan opened up to display the avatar of this world talking to her. While the threat was taken with the utmost seriousness given her host's penchant for ruining days, this time appeared to be far more sinister. Windows of her inventory and status screens opened themselves in front of her. Her phone didn't register her tapping the exit buttons to try and stop whatever it was doing. Another window opened that was a reflection of herself looking annoyed at the events that were starting to unfold.

"This isn't funny. Get out of my phone and my system." Lafey said as she was still trying to close windows in a fruitless errand. Just as her attention was drawn to the status window, a chine let her know that new things had been deposited into her inventory. The selection moved by itself as the name and icon made themselves known to her. Just by the preview and names, she knew that this was something far past cruel and inhumane. It could be…

"No." Lafey said at the name popping up. "No, we are not going there. I refuse to be dressed up for some perverted little AI." Her finger hammered on the close button on the inventory, but the selection window popped up. Her heart sank into her chest at what it went to next. Equip and Replace. Her anger was fleeting, becoming more frantic "Nononono, you fucking piece of trash!" A click to accept the transfer of the items became known to her.

Her comfortable and flowing dress was replaced with a cheerleader's top. One that exposed more of her toned tummy and lower torso. It was humiliating to be seen with this one, the side causing her to remain in awe at what this was doing to her. Worse yet, her dress that had been placed back in her inventory was now locked behind a gray bar with a padlock icon. This covered her from the waist down with a matching skirt. By some luck, it was her size but just humiliating to be caught in.

"Just spawn a boss or something! Throw me in a jail cell! Anything but this!"

Her hands wrapped themselves around a set of colorful pom poms and didn't want to let go no matter how much Lafey wanted to crush them under her heel turned sneaker. Even her hair wasn't spared from the change. It twisted up and lightened from a drab black into a bright blonde color. It even styled itself to part some of the woman's bangs. Once the makeover had completed, Lafey looked to the window acting as a way to check over her appearance. What she was greeted by horrified her.

She looked like some bubbly little bimbo that was on her way to a high school homecoming game! The Cheerleader uniform was form fitting and exposed her stomach to the elements. It was toned but lacked the visible muscle that many people had gained from the physical exercise that required it. Every part of this get up pissed her off the more little details she discovered. The pink and blue manicure, the pastel face paint, nothing was free from her ire. Lafey gasped at her reflection as her hands pulled at both cheeks to see if this was some sort of magic.

"O.M.G.! You made me into a total floozie!!!"

Her mouth hung agape at what had come out while a soft chirping came from the chat window. Earth-chan laughed at her plight in his chat window that infuriated her. "What the fucksies?! Why am I, like, talking like some boy obsessed teenager?" Her painted nails slammed against the equipment screen to put her original attire back on. The attempt was met by an error window alongside a lockout period that lasted…until the end of the month?!

"Whaddya mean I'm stuck like this for a month?! You expect me to just walk around like this? Gimme a reroll or something, this lowkey fucking suuuuucks!"

The window closed out and all that was left for Lafey to see was her costumed reflection. It was like every worst fear of hers rolled up into one package and opened in front of her. Another frustrated stomping session in front of her later, Lafey groaned and looked down at her phone. Ugh, this was going to be a worse month than the time she had a bounty on her head. "…I'm really gunna be like this for a whole fucking month. Imma beef with Earth-chan after I get back to normal, no cap. I gotta get this drip off me." Lafey couldn’t understand half of what she said. Every additional bit of slang confused her more and more. She pulled at the costume and went to try and select any option on her menu to remove this suit.

Panya had been walking around the park while reading from a manilla folder about another location around Seoul that had caught her eye. Some long hidden shrine that was said to be a gateway into the world of the dokkabei, nature spirits that were said to hold extraordinary powers, often to torment humans that lived nearby. The pull of the paranormal had always been something that drew Panya's eye, so this was more than some kind of treat for her. In her other hand was a cup of coffee, dark roasted and brewed to perfection. Her tongue was already swimming in the bitter tasting delight when a woman caught her eye from afar. She was dressed in a sort of elegant dress and jacket, looking like she was the mean stepmother pulled out of a children's story. But she was frantic and almost shouting.

"Peculiar." Panya said as she watched on. Those terminals up did mean that she was in her inventory for some reason, but it didn't seem too concerning for her. The archeologist just continued on her way and walked on. More important things to keep her attention focused on, after all! Those mysteries of the world weren't going to just solve themselves, after all! Panya looked back down towards the folder in her hand while flipping through some of the brochures and things that had been tossed away, all of them showcasing the area of the shrine that interested her most: the gateway to the other world. If Earth-chan had mainly been able to pull some mythology so willy nilly for its encounters, then this would be a fantastic way to venture into their world and search for something that could change the lives of the people here. If only if-

The sudden shrill voice caught her ears as she looked over back to the woman from before. She was expecting to see her doing...something, but not what greeted her sight. Instead of a woman dressed in wealthy clothing, she was now wearing the garb of a cheerleader, with entirely way too much pink plastered on her for her own good. But more importantly, her speech had changed as well. It was filled with the slang and lingo of somebody who clearly hadn't finished highschool, and the shrill volume was a pain to her. Yet Panya couldn't help but stare in confusion, her attention from her case ripped from her.

Lafey seemed to be taking this rather hard, and Dee Dee then noticed Panya on the opposite side of the now Cheerleader looking girl, and she waved to her before resuming taking notes while BombDee took pictures and Geist was making Sketches of the situation, and Dee Dee wondered what caused all this in the first place, She then noticed that She seemed to start posing and seemingly feeling better about the situation and Dee Dee made sure to have BombDee take a picture with each different pose Lafey took, with Geist drawing rapidly to make sure to capture everything in his own right while Dee Dee took notes on the situation.

Then Lefay seemed to notice Panya, which means she didn't notice Dee Dee at all as her position meant when Lefay ran towards Panya Dee Dee was now behind Lefay. But not wanting to miss out on any information Dee Dee and her summons Scooted after Lefay, making sure to continue to take notes, pictures, and make Sketches as they followed along.

Dee Dee even noticed the change in Mannerisms' Lefay was exhibiting on top of the change of Vocabulary, she was talking a lot like some of the girls Dee Dee heard when she was in highschool, far different from how she talked normally and Dee Dee made sure to note just that.

She managed to stop the woman! Lafey was already on a roll like this! Once Panya was finally willing to give her the time of day, she stopped before going ahead and blabbing her big fat mouth and possibly scaring her off. If she was going to speak in the worst language ever uttered, there had to be something she could do to be direct as possible. "Sure can, bestie! Ya know that Halloween roulette thingy? The one you get cool swag from? If you spun it yet, what did you get from it?" Lafey leaned in with her eyes looking in on Panya's soul. She really was interested in what other possible prizes there were from this thing. Even if it was kind of a fickle thing. Being called to Panya smelled good though. Something was making her really want to run to the nearest coffee store for something pumpkiny!

Panya's request to pretend like it never happened was met with pushback from her. "No way! Look, I need your help. I spun that roulette thing and won a makeover and now I'm deadass extra. Like, seriously! I can't get any of this off and I'm stuck talking like this! I gotta keep it 100, I'm about to have a menty b if I can't figure out how to take this...fucking shit off!"

The last portion had broken free of whatever filter had been placed on her. Lafey felt a little better, like "smashing a window out of teenage angst" better, but she wasn't do anything productive. Her hand went to Panya's arm as she gave her the puppy eyes, quivering lips. The works. "Sorry. I'm, like, heated AF. Trying to talk all basic is, like, just making me wanna yeet my phone across this country. I reeeeeeally don't want to be like for the rest of this month. You'd be my fucking GOAT if you found me a way out of this. I'll do whatever you want. I'm supposed to be boujee, not some ditzy ah CEO of Cringe!"

In her madness, Lafey had gotten close enough to Panya to spy around the folder in her other hand. Her eyes recognized some of the notes present. She had been a big proponent of the supernatural, especially eastern demons and folklore. Grabby hands pulled the folder to her to get a better view. "Are those, like, torii? You some kind of tourist to put stuff on the Insta?" She said but squinted. "These look kinda sus though. Where'd you cap these at, oomfie?"

It was nothing short of pure agony listening to this woman go on and on. Panya wasn't exactly savy with what lingo most youths had these days, if this woman was indeed some misguided teenager, but she looked incredibly uncomfortable with being forced to experience this absolute brain rot. Her brain ached, if it could even do that, at every second syllable. Her mouth soon shot up against the cheerleader's mouth while the joy of silence would finally bless her.

"Please...I can feel my brain cells dying like this. To answer your question, though, I did spin it." A tanned hand dug brought out her phone and display the weapon she got from the roulette wheel: a pumpkin shaped knife that did damage to plants and gave the owner an aroma of pumpkin spice. "I won this weapon from it. I take it that your current look was a prize as well?" She let go of the woman's mouth and she rambled on again.

Pain.

The information gathered was of interest. Panya couldn't not say that it was all worthless. So one of the prizes was a makeover that would make you into something akin to this? She made a mental note to never roll whatever result that would result in this. "Ah-I wish i could help, but I should really be somewhere el-"

The woman grabbed her arm and begged her to try and help take this off of her. The archeologist tried to shake her off but only resulted in her getting closer and closer. Panya looked over at the strange creature behind her and considered her options. She could maybe out run this girl or threaten to smash her into a pulp with her sarcophagus. Maybe whatever would help her escape. The bookworm's brain was kicking into overdrive up until the girl had seemed to recognize one of the pictures of the Shinto Shrine from the brochures. Even in this ditzy state, she could recall the name of this?

"Torii?" Panya asked. "You mean the red structural gates on this path?" she pointed to it inquisitively, fully showing the folder to this pastel colored nightmare her next goal. "I...er, "capped" these at one of the old information centers around the capital. I'm an archeologist, traveling around the world to uncover whatever secrets there may be that Earth-chan has uncovered as a result of the game starting. This was just one of my next stops I was reading on. Are you...familiar with the area?"

Her opinion of this woman had begun to change. If she was familiar with some of the culture and such of the area, perhaps she could be useful...

At being spotted by Lafey Dee Dee waved to her then scooted over with her summons, all of them were actually out, all eight of them, just to have a good day and have fun after all, thankfully they seemed to be enjoying the time out though BombDee was still taking pictures of Lefay and now Panya, and Geist was still making sketches while Dee Dee continued to note down what was doing on.

The word bubble popped up as she drew closer "Hello Lafey and Panya! how are you two doing!" the word bubble read as she looked up the at two taller women, It was a good thing Dee Dee Had heard people talking like Lafey currently was so she was actually able to understand her, she stood there blinking up at them as the two talked about Torii gates, Thinking about it Dee Dee looked over her guidebook and then up to Panya and Lafey as they spoke.

She waited for a bit for them to finish speaking and then her Word Bubble popped up "Actually there are no Torii in this area specifically, however there are something Like Torii in the London area, likely placed by earth-chan, they look more like the stones of Stonehenge though, big and made of stones, rather then red and made of mostly wood, there are also a few old Castles out in the country side as well as ruins of other things, though to be fair I might be missing information, as for traveling around I do that a lot to! maybe I can help?" she asked looking up at them hope sparkling in the smol girls eyes.
