Hikari held her new sword aloft, but before she could connect, she found herself needing to dodge. She quickly engaged one of her skills, [Kamigatamai], immediately having herself dodge to the side as whatever this creature seemed to be trying to wrap itself around her. As though it was trying to restrain her. No, she wouldn't have that.

Using the momentum of her dodge, she quickly thrust her sword, Murakumo, through the creature that had just tried to attach itself to her, dealing damage. And yet, just as she thought she was done, her second sword, Daitsuren, unsheathed itself. It seems that her attacking twice had registered with her own core.

She didn't waste time, just as she safely landed away from the creature, Daitsuren was already shearing its way to her target. Hikari didn't stop there, however. Clenching her hand, she cleansed the two stacks of [Delirium] on the creature, dealing even more damage as nightmarish claws would grasp the creature, slashing and tearing at it.

Hikari took a few quick backsteps, surveying the result of her engagement, all the while her [Terror Field] having grown in its radius.

"These are certainly...interesting creatures. I am sure that one of them tried to restrain me with its body." She stared at the one she had been focusing on, eyes glinting as she planned her next assault.

Jonas hadn't meant to cause the girl any sort of harm, but it seemed his words had some sort of effect on her. Or at least that's what he assumed was happening as she curled into the fetal position. The shield he created followed her of course. He didn't know the idea of potentially losing some of the items that were donated would affect her this much. Maybe he'd apologize later if he remembered when this was over.

Out of nowhere the floor of the warehouse turned into a bounce house likely due to the abilities of one of the Stonks. He doubt that Hana or Hikari would have such an ability much less use it to hamper themselves like this. Thankfully Jonas hadn't so much as took a step forward after he attacked. The others weren't so lucky.

His teammates handled themselves so well that he wondered if he even needed to be here. At least he was useful in protecting Jeanne-Marie, but was that necessary when the other two could take care of the Stonks by themselves? They hadn't even been injured yet so he couldn't heal them. The only thing Jonas could do was conjure another ball of vibrations before launching it at the Fuzzy Stonk that was attacking Hikari.

Any movement skill used will send the user far beyond where they wanted to stop in a 50 meter radius of the STONK. Colliding with anyone in this range causes you to deal your [PWR] or [MAGI], whichever is higher, in damage to each other.[break][break] Cuff STONK:[break][break] Fuzzy Cuffs [PWR]. This Stonk can attempt to latch to a target, if successful it transforms into a full-body cuff that will bind the target's limbs in a hogtie fashion. Its incredibly comfortable for some weird reason. While like this the effected is [captured] and will have no access to any skills, items, abilities, core, or passive effects until they are free. This can be done by killing the STONK, or by waiting three rotations for it to return back to normal. The other one, from what they could see, was keeping themselves at the back end of things. Well, she was with another girl, so that makes two non-combatants at this point. They were many, though most of them hid themselves when they realized people were entering. Of the group, two of them went down, while three more were tasked with taking care of these intruders. Hana let herself bounce into the air a final time before sound waves began to pulse from the boots of her armor, letting her float and ignore the rubbery state of the floor. It looked like they had the two creatures handled...which meant it was time for three more to appear. Of course.

She could see foes approaching her and Hikari, as well as trying to slip past them to go after the two less melee-ready members of the party. Hana couldn't be everywhere at once to help, though. Or could she? The beat she was creating suddenly began to speed up as she rushed to rejoin the others.

Unfortunately, the musician rushed right into the grasp of one of the cuff monsters! And then...another Hana was grabbed by another one of them? After a moment both copies of Hana disappeared in a shower of sparkles, making it clear they were only distractions, just like the many other duplicates flying around the room, all seemingly dancing along in time to the music.

The strange creatures now all thankfully seemed more intent on bouncing at or grabbing for Hana's clones than attacking the rest of them. She simply repositioned, not interfering with Hikari's dance or Jonas' song.

There was a moment when Hikari was thinking about rushing forwards, meeting these creatures head on in a fight. However, before she could do anything, her guild leader made the decision to act. She had not noticed it immediately, but as the first copy was taken in and seemingly disappearing, she quickly realized that there were multiple copies of Hana all around them.

Hikari nodded to herself. This would prove to be the best distraction. As the terrain around her became a bouncy castle of sorts, she leveraged it by bouncing as high as possible, and then started gliding. She would be unnoticed in the air, her sword, Murakumo, providing as much. She poised herself, before landing with severe force on top of one of the creature, pinning it to the floor with Murakumo. With a flick of her hand, Shotsuren and Daitsuren followed through, cutting through the creature from both sides. The creature squirmed, before shattering into nothingness.

Hikari looked up, only to see that there were two more of these creatures. "Heads up, Miss Jeanne!" She announced, before sending Kenmyoren, finally unsheathed, towards the girl. One of the creatures had eyed her, having quickly realized that the various Hana's were less appealing than a standing target. Her sword barely nicked the creature, but it did its job of redirecting its ire towards her instead.

Readying herself, she would brandish Murakumo with malice. One down, there were two more, if not more lurking around this warehouse.

Once more his allies proved themselves much more capable in combat than he was. Not that that stopped more of the creatures from appearing because of course they did. There was one for each of them. Well, each of the combatants at least. Although one of them seemed focused on Jeanne-Marie.

While Hana was cloning herself and Hikari was slinging around her swords Jonas was trying to protect the small girl that hired them. The hexagonal shields he deployed around him and Jeanne-Marie moved to intercept the Stonk headed for her. The effort ultimately proved pointless however when the sword-wielding woman grabbed its attention.

Jonas couldn't help but wonder if the woman didn't trust him to protect the girl. It was just about all he was good for at the moment since the rest of the party was handling most of the incoming creatures. Well all of them now. He felt like dead weight when compared to the women that he teamed up with. Jonas expected such things from his Guildmaster, but the fact Hikari could keep up with her was a surprise.

Once again all he was left to do was shield Jeanne-Marie and shoot off another potshot of his Vibration Disruption. This one was aimed at the Rubber Ducky Stonk currently focusing on Hikari since she drew its attention. The chains formed from his song followed the attack and attempted to wrap around the creature to slow it down for Hikari. She'd have a much easier time avoiding and defeating it with the debuffs. Not that she needed it.

This Stonk can turn the world around it into a bouncy house, this makes movement treachourous by enhancing movement rather then hindering it. Any movement skill used will send the user far beyond where they wanted to stop in a 50 meter radius of the STONK. Colliding with anyone in this range causes you to deal your [PWR] or [MAGI], whichever is higher, in damage to each other.[break][break] Cuff STONK:[break][break] Fuzzy Cuffs [PWR]. This Stonk can attempt to latch to a target, if successful it transforms into a full-body cuff that will bind the target's limbs in a hogtie fashion. Its incredibly comfortable for some weird reason. While like this the effected is [captured] and will have no access to any skills, items, abilities, core, or passive effects until they are free. This can be done by killing the STONK, or by waiting three rotations for it to return back to normal. This ability renders the STONK harmless for the duration. 5 post colldown.[break][break] ACTIONS[break][break] One of them went down, the other two were injured. They were getting frustrated now. After all, they were all brethren, pieces that made up one whole. The Stonks chittered and chattered, before deciding to send three more. Five Stonks should be good enough, right? Especially when one of them seemed to be able to make copies of themselves, the other had swords that were too sharps, and the last one did something with its music. They discounted the little girl, she was no threat to them.[break][break] The three that popped up were now trying to find the real Hana. The world was still a bouncy castle, and they were using their bouncy bodies to their advantage.[break][break] The other two, the original two that came out previously, headed towards the other opponents. One leapt towards Hikari, trying to cuff them, while the other did the same but towards Jonas. Everytime the Stonks thought they had Hana, they were disappointed to find just another clone that vanished unsatisfyingly. The duplicates kept drawing the odd creatures further and further away from the others, who had their own enemies to deal with. And then, quite suddenly, the bouncing baddies realized they were surrounded by the small army of identical armored teens.

One by one the copies struck an identical pose, the motion rippling around the circle until it reached the real Hana, the only one wielding the crystalline guitar. "Don't blink!" While the other copies kept their hands raised, she quickly brought hers down to strum the guitar. "This is it!" A wail of sound was produced, tearing through the three Stonks she'd lured into this trap.

While the others might not be quite able to see what was going on between all the floating copies blocking the way, they could definitely hear it! Not to mention all the additional buffs they'd received, on top of the two Stonks they were left to handle being debuffed even further.

Hikari could hear the sounds coming from Hana's direction, and was curious. But she stopped herself from looking, having her own opponent at-hand. Another one slipped by, which was heading towards Jonas. Hikari knew that the man should be able to handle it. After all, Hana would not have recruited him if he was not capable in his own right.

The Stonk headed towards her tried to capture her once more. With more ease now that she knew how the creature moved, Hikari dodged the Stonk, and instead lashing out with her new sword Murakumo. The sword would stab through the creature, causing it to shriek as it tumbled towards one side.

Hikari was not one to let up. Instead of pausing, she chased after the tumbling Stonk. Her other sword, Daitsuren flew ahead, slashing at the creature once more. Finally, Kenmyoren whistled past her and stabbed through the Stonk, causing it to shatter into dust.

As she her swords came back towards her, she realized that, while fighting, she felt stronger. Checking her stats quickly, she realized that she was receiving more buffs than usual. This was when she finally turned towards Hana, realizing that the ruckus there seems to also have effects on them. Though, to be fair, she still could not see what was happening with all of her copies blocking any view she could have had.

"Please tell me that's it..." She mulled, before holding up Murakumo. Hikari knew that couldn't be it, right?

Jonas had expected this endeavor to be over with by this point, especially with his guildmaster and the sword girl here. Yet somehow these damned creatures never seemed to stop spawning. Three of the now five creatures were focused on Hana, one on Hikari, one coming for him, and hopefully, that would be the last of them.

Unfortunately, Hikari overestimated Jonas' ability to defend himself at this moment. Normally he would move the floating shields between the Stonk and himself, but that wouldn't be the case this time. The protections crumbled away as the duration of his ability ended. That wasn't the only one that ended as his buff disappeared as well.

As the Stonk made its way over to him Jonas blew on the whistle attached to the chain around his neck. From its tip, a ball of multicolored energy formed like a bubble being blown. A small child-like figure jumped from the orb before rushing at the Stonk in an attempt to block the attack. All it succeeded in doing was preventing a bit of the damage as the creature rammed through it causing it to disperse.

Even the attack he had prepped didn't do much to deter the monster from charging his way. It simply dodged the ball launched at it from the tip of Jonas' whistle. Damn things were slippery and he was fairly slow after all. That also played a part in him getting hit after the Stonk continued charging at him. The creature wrapped around him like some sort of giant handcuff before actually transforming into one! “I need a hand over here!” He shouted while he struggled against the restraints.

This Stonk can attempt to latch to a target, if successful it transforms into a full-body cuff that will bind the target's limbs in a hogtie fashion. Its incredibly comfortable for some weird reason. While like this the effected is [captured] and will have no access to any skills, items, abilities, core, or passive effects until they are free. This can be done by killing the STONK, or by waiting three rotations for it to return back to normal. This ability renders the STONK harmless for the duration. 5 post colldown.[break][break] ACTIONS[break][break] All they wanted was to have fun. And this was how they're treated? These people were monsters indeed.[break][break] With a whistle, every single Stonk came together to join as one. They would converge, creating a large Stonk that is almost the height of the warehouse, and as wide as a truck. The Stonks now worked together, forming a colossal creature that roared in fury. Even the one that had stuck itself to Jonas had seemingly let him go in favour of becoming one with the horde.[break][break] The giant Stonk looked towards its opponent, before sprouting three arms made of Stonks. It then grabbed at each of its three enemies, hoping to CUFF them and deal with them instantly! As the smoke cleared, the creatures Hana had surrounded were gone. Although, unfortunately, they were quickly being replaced. Even worse, the new ones crawling out of the woodwork were somehow combining, creating one massive monster of a Stonk. "This party's getting crazy!" Hana began to rush back towards the others, continuing to leap on those bursts of sound to avoid the floor.

She'd accidentally left the others temporarily undefended when she pulled back so many of her active clones to prepare that trap. Before she could even direct some to assist Jonas, he'd already been unhanded...although now the much larger hand of the gestalt giant was reaching for him, and Hikari too. Thankfully, now that Hana was paying attention and well within range once more, it was easy enough to block the view and grasp of the colossus with her duplicates.

As the hand aiming for her snatched up a nearby clone and crushed it instead, Hana bounded towards the ceiling to get a clear shot, looking towards Jonas and Hikari again to confirm the duplicates were doing their job of running interference on the giant's attacks. "If you've been holding anything back just in case, time to use it!"

The music she'd been pumping out in the background suddenly increased in volume as she settled her guitar into a proper grip. This was definitely no longer the same breakup anthem Hana had played at the start of the fight. Jonas could tell it was a bit rawer and less refined, although something told him it was likely by the same artist. Whatever it was contained an absolutely wicked guitar solo, even if Hana wasn't quite nailing it. She was also in the middle of a fight and wearing at least two sets of gloves, and her guitar was made of crystal, so cut her some slack!

"It's time for the finale!" The armor on her shoulders suddenly flipped up to reveal hidden speakers, as sonic force blasted towards the massive beast. Hana continued to shred, as the giant Stonk did the same, the brightly colored cone of energy unfortunately tearing through shelves as well as her target. Strangely enough the system indicated the area was safe for her party members to traverse, likely thanks to a specialized skill.

The large creature seemingly was made up of itself in tiny forms. They all merged together now into one whole being. "It seems things are getting even more serious now." Hikari nodded to herself, before holding out Murakumo in an aggressive stance. She had heard her guild master tell them to use their strongest moves, and she would oblige. If only to show what she was truly capable of.

As Hana played her music, Hikari dodged and weaved. She would use one of her abilities, jyaki-buyo. It quickly buffed her speed even more, just enough to be able to dodge the reaching hand. She twisted herself, before stabbing at he reaching hand, and then running forward, creating a large gash that ran from the creature's arm up to its torso.

When Hikari finally got close enough, she engaged the final part of her core.

"Ougi - Yuudachi," Hikari whispered to herself, before sheathing all of her swords. The sky around them would darken, before celestial swords would start raining down on the large Stonk. Hikari leaped away just enough to get clearance. She held out her fan, letting the swords fall continuously onto the creature, slowly shredding it into pieces.

Almost as soon as the Stonk wrapped its body around him it released him. He didn't even need one of the others to come to his aid. Jonas' relief didn't last long however as the creatures fighting with the group came together and turned into a massive monster. “Just great. As if things couldn't get worse now we have to fight a giant.”

At least Hana's clones were running interference so he wouldn't be grabbed again. While it was distracting the enemy Jonas ran as far as he could from the creature. He blew his whistle once more to create another small figure made of energy to protect himself in case the giant fist managed to make its way to him. Not that he had to worry about that due to Hana's protection.

As his guildmaster played her new song and began assaulting the giant Stonk so too did Hikari. They both did their best to take down the massive chimera. Jonas on the other hand didn't have much more to give in regards to damage. Another ball of energy was all he could send to contribute to the attack.

It felt the attacks coming from all three of its targets. The sound was horrid, and then the swords and what seemed to be a ball of energy. The attacks pushed it back further and further, until it couldn't take it anymore.[break][break] In the end, it felt itself shattering. It shattered into nothingness. Into the abyss and the void. The giant Stonk tried to grab ahold of something to keep itself steady, but it didn't need to. The System took the creature back into its arms. One. Two. Three. It shattered into a million tiny pieces.[break][break] That is, until one little Stonk remained. This Stonk, realizing it was alone, having hid instead of joining the rest of its brethren, started skittering away. It hoped to be discreet and leave through a hole it had chewed through previous on a weakened wall.
