For what seemed like a brief moment Susame, and Min-Su would find everything in the nurse's office relatively normal, even able to bandage up, perhaps take a few medical supplies here and there. Though behind the door to the west at the end of the nurse's office something sinister was afoot. Though it was quiet at first, as Min-Su began to wrap the bandage around the clean injury muffling could be heard coming from behind the door, like the shuffling off rats, or perhaps an injured person. However, things would become abundantly more clear as the muffling sound stopped. From the door came a large thump! Then the sound of something wet could be heard hitting the ground behind the door. Perhaps they would've had nothing to worry about, if not for the door slowly creaking open at that moment.[break][break]

The door would open slowly, as the light cast by the resting flashlights would reveal a gruesome scene. Two nurses both wore rather skimpy outfits which were strange for the profession but nonetheless that was the least odd thing about them. For their faces could not be seen instead they were covered by bloody bandages that were sunken into their mouths and a single eye socket. Their clothes were ripped and torn, dingy as if they had been worn without being washed for months on end. Their fingernails were cracked and dirty, and though one would expect heavy breathing from underneath the bandages to be present no such rasping could be heard. No, rise and fall of their chest, just pale skin that was coated in blood and was littered with old festering wounds. Alongside the bone saw clutched in one of the zombie nurses' hands, and the scalpel clutched in the others. [break][break]

They turned their heads slowly and backed away from a metallic surface, revealing more of what could be seen. Leather straps and belts could be seen on the metallic surface, wrapping around a male body, their torso cut open and the skin flapped back as if they were having surgery. Their blood pooled around the surface of the metal table, and needles that had the words epinephrine, and others that were anesthetics could be seen as well. An IV drip could be seen placed in the boy's forearm.[break][break]

The boy's eyes bulged open as saw Susame's and Min-Su's visages. He struggled, his screams being muffled by a dirty blood-soaked rag that had been stuck in his mouth. It would be clear at that moment that these nurses were operating, torturing perhaps, as they had made it possible to reduce the pain enough for the boy to remain awake, to remain alive as they had cut into him. The boy's eyes began to water as he glanced down, only to see that the lower half of his leg was missing, and instead of being attached to him, it was now resting on the ground by the open door.[break][break]

All of this happened in the span of mere moments, the sight of horror before them, then the boys muffled screams and realization. The nurses turned their heads slowly in the direction of Min-Su and Susame, it looked almost as if they were insulted, angry that they had been interrupted. Raspy drawn out words escaped their bandaged mouths simultaneously as they moved to attack, "moreeeeee patients~"[break][break]
