Though that was then, back when the world still had so many people... Back before the streets were littered with monsters, and that obelisk was in the middle of the city.[break][break] Through the alleyways, something sinister slithered. Since it had been created it had been alone, simply moving, crushing, and devouring all that it came upon. It found it liked sewage pipes, as it made it easier to move around. All it had to do was move through, and eventually push through one of those black disks on the ceiling, it was in the streets. Ready to take its next meal, this time when it rose, it founds itself in an alleyway, and as luck would have it; its next potential meal. [break][break] The fowl-smelling creature's scales smelled of sewage, but its speed allowed it to wrap its scaley onyx tail around ebony skin before the smell could tip its prey off. It grabbed it from some black thing, metal, and shiny. Perhaps it would eat that next, but it looked the way it could feel this one's warmth, its blood race through its veins in its neck.[break][break]  [break] The sound of slithering became even more apparent as it peaked its visage from betwixt the shadows of the alleyway. It had the body of a serpent being around 15 feet in length, its head, and its tail littered with horns of what appeared to be bone. It held sapphire blue eyes that burned with hunger, and a blue tongue serpent's tongue that flicked at the air as it slowly attempted to drag the woman toward its gray underbelly. If one didn't know better they'd think the creature was smiling, getting a kick out of trying to kill the woman in the slowest and most painful way possible before most likely trying to devour her. Belladona Claws - They look like a glove till you flex your fist. When done three sharp claws shoot out like if they were wolverine claws. The sharp claws themselves are coated in poison. Upon contact the claws will add -1 [PWR} of damage for two posts as poison damage unless cleansed. The poison on the claws do not last long so they can only be used three times a thread.[break][break]
Shrieking Sunflower - A small sunflower that simply shrieks like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum when not exposed to sunlight. It has no combat abilities. It would just simply not shut up. A perfect gift for someone you hate and a craftable material.[break]

Discerning Eye[break]-
The irises of your eyes have small 1’s and 0’s in them that seem to make your eyes always sparkle. Your pupils can change shape into dollar signs without it affecting your sight. This vision is impaired by material, while using your sight you are able to see people's levels as well as general information about the environment around you. (Material, soil type, wind pressure, etc). This does not analyze living monsters. You can now passively see the stat rank of items that have them assigned to them and Item descriptions of items that you touch. Once per month, you can forcibly summon “The Forge” into a topic (via mod request). Whenever you are inside The Forge you can appraise items with better efficiency. There is a chance of some items having a [hidden feature] that you can bring out. This is done by a roll of 1d50 only, allowing for a single additional ability to be added to the item upon rolling a 30 or higher. [break]
Once per post, you can damage a target with a piercing glare to attempt to “dismantle” the target through appraisal. You can lock on to a target, this is displayed as a visible glowing coin on the target at your [SPD] and deals piercing damage equal to your [MAGI] - 1 rank. Additionally, you can designate a target If your [MAGI] is higher than the opponent's [WIL] you can see the name, duration, clashing stats (I.e. [WIL] Vs [PWR], etc), and cooldown information of the ability.[break]
Once per post, if your [WIL] is greater than the target's own you can cause your eyes to begin to glow and can see their immediate surface thoughts or feelings as the system will create blurb bubbles of them. There are different ways of measurement and progression thus these blurb bubbles could be pure gibberish of one’s mind and emotions or coherent thoughts. (OOC wise this is left to the agreement of those involved, etc). The higher your rank over the targets the better the chance of viewing more coherent thoughts.

True Value[break]-
Knowing the true value of things allows you to tap into their potential and bring forth more power or subdue it as you can see the strength and weak points of that around you causing your eyes and designated targets to glow. You can cause a buff or debuff by 1 Rank of a single “[core]” stat of your choosing, to targets 15 meters around. If your [MAGI] is higher than the targets [WIL] targets that are buffed have their cooldown to a single ability decreased by 1 post and targets debuffed have their cooldown to a single ability increased by 1, said ability is decided by you. This buff or debuff applies to both sentient and nonsentient targets. This ability has a (4) four-post cooldown. [break][break]

The armor naturally recovers 20% of the damage done to it every other post.
