The moment Helen heard the ghost woman’s epithet towards her, her eyes went wide with rage. Something seemed to snap inside her, something primal and ancient. Did the ghost just call her…an old hag?[break][break]

Incensed, Helen opened her menu. “That’s it, kicking your stupid ass now!” she said, unmindful of the consequences. She rushed towards the ghost and attempted to trap the ghost within her bubble. [break][break]
“I’ll show you just what an old hag like me can do, you damn talking corpse!” she said, regardless of the outcome.

A random keyboard flying and a charging woman now challenged the ghost. The keyboard did not do anything since it missed. The charging woman look as if she was going to reach the ghost before finish readying her aim for her attack but then the woman just decided to side step some sort of invisible attack. The ghost was a bit confused given the keyboard and microphone were both still floating in the air but the ghost didn't care. That delay was more than enough for her to finish calibrating her own aim. With a strum of the guitar, the keyboard flew at the woman to punish her for the unusual movement and at the girl who was behind the cover. [break][break] Whether or not the keyboard hit the woman, it should not have enough power to truly interrupt the woman's ultimate action and goal. At worst, it would make her stumble. The woman's bubble however, should she decide to continue with that action, would successfully catch the ghost since the ghost honestly wasn't moving. Now though... it wasn't a choice. Hana dropped back behind the shelf as she saw Helen rush towards their attacker. A moment later, the shelf dented in as one of the flying objects smashed into it, sending more boxes raining down onto the teen. There was a muffled yelp as she rubbed her head, fumbling for a moment before relocating slightly to hopefully make it more difficult for the ghost to target her.

"There has to be something useful in here..." She mumbled to herself as she looked over the screen that had continued to bob about in front of her. This last ability didn't seem to require any specific numbers to work, so it was worth a try. "Summon it where? Uh..." Hana looked side to side. Then upwards.

Pointing towards the closer spotlight, the shadows in the cables and connectors above it seemed to thicken, before coalescing into a humanoid form. "...gross." Hana made a face at the sight, but she would have to work with what she'd been given. After a moment of hesitation, she mimed twisting and turning with one hand, and the shadowy stagehand reached out and began unscrewing the spotlight from its housing.

Hana couldn't see the action on the other side of the shelf, but if Helen could maneuver the ghost under the spotlight then it just might do some damage as it fell. Even if that didn't work, at least she could take the tracking light out of the equation, and perhaps prevent another blinding attack in the future.

Helen would be the first to admit that she wasn’t good at video games, but the comment about her age had incensed her enough for her to start learning on the fly. Maybe when this ghost was beaten, she’d ask Zack for pointers. He liked video games, right? Boys his age always did.[break][break]

"Way to rain on my parade, but I'm always good for a water show!" She strummed the guitar which caused two more objects to float. This time they were stylus which were much harder to see. If these were to fly out, only Helen would have been able to notice given all the chaos from the abilities flying around. Unfortunately It would not matter as Helen's dash attack would put the ghost on defense. At the same time, some ghost like figure summoned by Hana spawned at the spotlights source above the ghost rocker. This apparition summoning would also fall with the intent of attacking the ghost. [break] [break] Both attacks would miss as the ghost would reflexively turn intangible and dodge both attacks. Despite being safe the ghost would start screaming. The riffs and sounds in the room with distort as screeching and whining plague her "beautiful" ghostly rock. The spotlights would suddenly flicker and stop following the two girls. Also, the two objects that where floating from the ghost's attack would just fall harmlessly on the floor... Well they were probably expensive so the owner's profits would be harm but that didn't matter in this life or death battle. The ghost would flicker back into existence and start panting with blood shot eyes. She couldn't create any more attacks but how would the girls react? Hana peeked over the shelf just in time to see the spotlight fall harmlessly through the ghost, crashing to the floor near the other two. She had been worried something like that might happen. Although, from the way their enemy was reacting, it didn't seem like the ghost could keep that up forever.

One spotlight had fallen, and the other flickered out at the same time the floating objects clattered to the ground. From all the wailing and panting, the ghost seemed upset, although this was also the first time she'd ever seen a ghost. They were supposed to spend most of their time wailing, right?

"Keep doing that...water stuff! I think it's working!" For her part, Hana continued to fight fire with fire. Or flying objects with flying objects. After a few more gestures to direct the shadowy figure, it yanked down one side of a long fluorescent light fixture, sending it swinging down from the ceiling towards the musical manifestation.

At the ghost’s display of weakness, Helen smiled her most shit-eating grin; Hana didn’t have to tell her twice. Really, this entire thing was getting pretty thrilling, despite the obvious risk to their lives that the ghost presented. Fortunately, the ghost didn’t seem to phase out of her bubble, either.[break][break]
With the ghost still fixed firmly in her bubble, Helen activated her rush again, diving straight at the creature. Hopefully, this time would be enough to put an end to the damned boss fight and get the two of them to safety. And the sooner she could get to Zack, the better.

Actually, if this involved moving people around the country instantly, she had no idea how long it'd really been since the strange event started.
