Dee Dee enjoyed the rain, it was nice and calming, and best of all you could hear little beats or tunes in it when it hit certain things, especially in a city, the people here were a bit of a surprise to Dee Dee, she had heard the place was a low risk zone rather then a safe zone after all, and that few people where here, but it seemed there was a small pocket of civilization even here, and it seemed some people tried to make it a bit like it used to be as she spotted a intact and working Cafe' of all things!

Walking over to it Dee Dee looked it over, most of the buildings and infrastructure here seemed relatively intact, she had managed to scavenge some decent stuff from the empty parts of the city and the only danger were slimes which people just moved around it would seem, she had to wonder if she could befriend the slimes though? They did look kind of cute after all! But regardless at the moment she walked into the Cafe and looked around. Still surprised that the place was in such good condition considering the state Los Angeles was in, as well as london. Not to mention how dangerous her home Country of Japan was

Walking up to the counter Dee Dee took out a pad of Paper and wrote on it, asking for a simple hot chocolate if they had any, and she looked around as she waited for her drink. it just all felt so... normal here.. it was weird after being in all the other places that looked near post apocalyptic, and then to come here and see a proper Cafe being open and running. Though the people's manner of dress on the street gave away that this wasn't the world as it used to be, seeing as many walked with weapons and armor on display, likely due to the fact that it wasn't a safe zone.

getting her drink Dee Dee walked over to a nice spot and noticed a woman sitting on a..large...head? Dee Dee blinked a bit and shook her head before looking back then tilting her head a moment and walking over and waving before taking out her notebook and writing in it, turning it around and showing it to the woman so she could read what she wrote "Hello there, you seem to be somewhat inconvenienced, I have a seat if you wanted to sit on that instead rather then the.. head? you are sitting on" the note on the paper wrote as Dee Dee took the folding metal Chair out of her inventory, considering it was also suitable as a weapon she knew it would hold up the girls weight with the armor.

Dee Dee was glad to have the extra hand, though they were not heavily pressed for the help, many hands make light work, and this allowed her and BombDee to focus on other tasks to cook the food faster and get things plated and out to the customer a lot faster since Dee Dee didn't have to stop to take a new order, it really helped the efficiency of the set up, though a few chuckles could be heard from the crowd as the Cart was meant for Dee Dee's size which was more comparable to her Summons in height and Alexie.. Alexei was massive in comparison to Dee Dee so his six foot tall frame looked very out of place behind the counter meant for a four foot tall Dee Dee to work behind and the customers were very aware of this fact.

As the work continued however the snickers died down as the food made it out to people, though a few times a few kids did come around and ask Dee Dee if she had any toys they could borrow and she would pop some out of her inventory for them to play with, simple things like hoops or jump ropes, nothing amazing but it was clearly appreciated as the small Girl continued her cooking work with the help of her massive friend and the Waddle-dee.

After a bit though the line was decreasing in size and Dee Dee took the time to type out a message to Alexei "Thanks for the offer and if you ever need help with anything lemme know, I tend to go scavenging when I have free time and maybe I can find something simple like metal or the like if you needed it? or just help with a mission again. I don't mind at all we all need to help each other after all!"

Dee Dee typed out a message as she gently pets Ragline on the head "I haven't summoned BobmDee or Kramer yet, the ride here left them a bit tired so they are resting right now, I can summon them later okay Ragline?" the Message said for the small Feline to read as Dee Dee joined up with Mr.Beast to continue to explore the island. She nodded to his question about the Key as she walked along with him, it would seem he too met the merchant before after he got here, well it was good to hear he had managed to get a few things from him.

Walking along with them She looked at the two birds he introduced and she nodded, they did look nice "I am actually trying to do just that, avoiding fighting and since it may be an option here I figured it was worth a shot, after all no need to be going around starting fights you don't have to start right?" the message she sent him read as she did agree with his Idea of avoiding the confrontation with the natives of the island.

looking up though as the birds gave a call Dee Dee continued to travel along with the large man, thankfully the birds seemed to know the way to go for their exploration, so this should all go rather well, and best of all with them doing this kind of pathfinding they had very little chance of running into any issues, so with that she took out another normal tomato and handed it to Mr.Beast before giving him a thumbs up and following along with him to continue their mission.

Though as they walked she felt a tug in her mind and so she pointed her finger and out shot a little start that poofed into BombDee who was feeling a lot better now and he gave a salute to Mr.Beast and then a little wave to Ragline as he ran over to hang out with his friend during this treck

It seemed Alexei had a few Ideas on how to deal with the lack of options Dee Dee had, though it would all come down to being careful while dealing with it. Though she liked the Idea at the same time the risks were very high and without some means to properly take care of injuries and the like it would mean quite the hefty investment in time and health to try out such a thing.

"As much as it would be a good means to find out, the risks somewhat outweigh the possible benefits especially when considering that we don't know to much about how monsters will react when cornered to such an extent, last thing we wanna find out is that one has a self destruct ability or something" she sent the message as she was working on orders.

When he asked about helping she nodded and sent another message "That would be great if you could take their orders me and BombDee can focus on cooking them up quickly! but don't feel you have to, We are used to dealing with large crowds of people wanting food" she informed him with another message as she mixed a salad someone asked for and passed that out to the person before returning to the grill to get some burgers done, all the While BombDee was using the Deep fryer to make the sides that were being constantly asked for, onion rings, fries, and tenders and the like. the Deep Fryer having been placed a bit out of the wya from sight to avoid it being in the way which would explain why Alexei didn't notice it earlier.

Dee Dee took her dishes to her food cart and started to wash them as she let Alexei go over her messages, this was quite handy, she would have run out of paper and ink or pencils long ago if she didn't have the use of the system messaging function, she was glad it was included or she wouldn't be able to communicate at all with anyone unless she spent a lot of time scavenging paper and writing utensils and that would have taken a very very long time, unless she resorted to stone carving to a black stone and some chalk.. or even a white stone and some charcoal.

She was glad to hear Alexei shared the same view as her about the world at least, this place was a hard place to make a life, so trying to do so while also competing with each other seemed rather counter productive, helping others meant possibly getting more help later and a wider base of experience after all, besides helping was the right thing to do when in a tough situation after all. And as Alexei spoke this little fact about a common goal Dee Dee nodded her head rapidly as she finished washing her dishes and started to put them away.

The question about trying to befriend a creature came up and Dee Dee thought about it as she stood behind her food cart, she hadn't tried with the giant spiders, but then again they were clearly starving and they would have rather tried to eat her then be her friend with how hungry they looked, the goblins were busy trying to eat them all when she did the mission both times, though Mr.Beast had managed to subdue a wolf to the point where it had no choice but to listen, then he gave it a chance to join him so she did see it happen now that she thought of it.

"I have actually been in a party with a man that did actually manage to tame a wolf that some goblins rode in on, only one though, so it must be possible, though he made sure it couldn't attack him as he spoke with it so he didn't have to hurt it further, then he let it choose, but maybe that's just how his class works?" she messaged Alexei as she thought about it further.

Dee Dee had seen the missions on offer and had made her way to start exploring, she didn't see a need to fight if she didn't need to after all, and as she headed in the direction of the path required she managed to notice the markers along the path, it seemed something had claimed this area... so perhaps the main path wasn't the best Idea? SO with that thought in mind Dee Dee started to wriggle her way through the underbrush to go off the beaten path, while it was tough going she simply found little places to squeeze through and continue on.

And it was like this that Dee Dee pressed on into the jungle for a bit, at least until she noticed the sound of something like birds nearby then they were above her.. and then the plants behind her vanished from the flashing of blades and Dee Dee turned to see Mr/Beast standing there with is pets and she waved to him before sending him a message "You exploring to? Wanna go together? would be a lot safer! Also hello again!" she sent him the message and a party request, as she looked over to Ragline and gently handed the kitty a tomato.

It was good to see them, she hadn't seen them since that mission to escort the caravan and she had been wondering how they were doing, but it seemed Mr.Beast was doing well and in fact had gained a few pets as well well she had gotten a bit stronger as well and she also had a new friend, though they were all resting at the moment

Dee Dee continued to nibble away at her meal, Kramer and BombDee also enjoying their own food as she looked over at Alexei, he seemed to be contemplating things again, so Dee Dee left him to it as she enjoyed her food, though as she ate BombDee gently tapped on her leg and she looked over at her two summons who seemed to be looking up at her expectantly, she knew exactly what they wanted and so she gently pets them both on the head before reaching into her inventory and taking out a large ball for them to play with, gently tossing it, causing the two creatures to chase after it, clearly making a game of it as they would bap it around and to each other.

Dee Dee then resumed her meal quite happy that she had managed to scrounge up that ball for them, it wasn't the best one she found, those ones that were really good she had already given out to kids who seemed to need some sort of toy, to keep them active, she also found dolls, and other things like that for them to play with, thankfully though many she had met had parents or at least guardians to look after them.

Looking back to Alexei as he started speaking again Dee Dee continued to eat her food as she looked up at the much taller man, and she nodded as he asked about guilds being the same as in videogames, and she continued to eat her own Tomatonator and the fries she made with it, she then nodded again as he asked about being able to make those and she opened a message window to start typing out an answer.

"Yes you can get the needed item by opening up the guild shop, you need ether a full medallion or a have a half medallion and know someone with another half that wants to make the guild with you, it comes with perks and the like though I don't know esactly what they are. As for established guilds, I am unsure, perhaps they simply haven't advertised as of yet due to a lack of supplies to provide for members? or maybe they are starting with a core group of people they know? but I know you should be able to ask around on the player forums.. likely anyone making a guild would likely have some experience with that system" she sent him the message hoping it would answer his question.
