Dee Dee was once more at it again, Though the location and the Caravan was different, and so she headed to the gathering point, she knew there would be another person this time, though the fact she didn't get a message let her know it wasn't Mr.Beast again, that could only mean one thing, a new Friend! and so the smol girl continued on, though she made sure to get a few things ready as she headed there getting some food, and making sure she had everything and then she nodded as she was all ready.

Then as she got there she looked around and spotted the wagons, and a group of Vehicles next to them, trucks by the looks of it, seemed some more people managed to get the license from the system, that would make four people in total that she was aware of, and one that was in her friends list at least. Well that was good, they could do their own supply runs then and help out people more, or use it as transportation for others for missions or the like so it was going to help everyone all round.

Well it was gonna be different for her and her partner, the people that they were going to be escorting didn't have the systems license so wagons it would be, it's why they needed guards after all, but at least it would be mostly safe on the paths they used, likely goblins or some other weaker enemies that managed to sneak by any of the small patrols that went through, but it was mostly safe work at least.

finally she came around the large trucks and a large man spotted her and called out to her, giving her a nod and Dee Dee meanwhile waved to him as she walked over, showing just how much their heights differed as she looked up at the much taller man. When he suggested they form a party and get ready to get started Dee Dee nodded and took out a notepad and started to write on it "Hello and yes making a party would be the best Idea, also my Name is Dee Dee what's your name?" she had written on the notepad before she remembered something and quickly added it before turning it back to the man to read.

the new message said in it's entirety "Hello and yes making a party would be the best Idea, also my Name is Dee Dee what's your name? Also I am A summoner, I have two Friends with me Kramer, my Baby dragon, and BombDee my Waddle-dee friend, I will summon them once we are ready to head out, I am glad to be working with you to protect these wagons, lets do our best!" she then gave him a thumbs up as the trucks pulled out and kicked up some dust behind Dee Dee, with the wind slowly blowing it away to reveal the set of three wagons that they were to guard that had been on the other side of the trucks.

As she got her partners name Dee Dee took her notebook back and listened up to what he had to say as she put the notebook away for the time being, with his name she would be able to send him messages through the system anyway so YAY saving on paper, though she heard it was his first mission and she knew that feeling, hopefully they could get through this without worry as she started to write a message using the system, for now though she followed along with him as he looked to the departing trucks, and it would Seem he hadn't been aware of the Wagons behind at least guessing by his confused look.

This was enforced by him asking about the trucks as the Caravan started to head out, and Dee Dee added that to her message she was writing him, this was further added to as he mentioned it would be easier to use the trucks, and yes that was true, but it wasn't as easy as all that, so she would make sure to add the needed detail to the message she was working on for him, this also meant she could give him one of her Beginner guides! which was newly revised to direct him to her blog on the player site he could access on his system, this would be a good first run, she had even got it all designed and well made so she could make use of it later.

finally finishing her write up she sent the message to him "Yes Welcome to the world as it is now Alexei! and don't worry this should be fairly routine, the Roads tend to be regularly checked and cleared but sometimes things slip by between patrols so that's why Caravans high guards like us, My first mission out of the Tutorial was also a Caravan guard mission! As for the trucks, you need to buy a license to use Trucks from the system shop, But that doesn't just give you a Vehicle you need to find one, and likely repair it, then get it fuel.. and you can't even fit it in your inventory so you have to make sure to keep track of it as well, and the points needed to get the license makes it really hard for those that don't have combat classes to earn it, and those that can earn it tend to use it for Transportation of personal goods or groups to go monster hunting since the noise they make seems to attract more monsters to it, at least from what I can guess, not a good Idea if you wanna just get from point A to Point B without to much issue, and the cost in fuel to make a trip from one town to another to deliver needed goods would make their use rather hard to keep up! Not to mention many classes have abilities that can heal things like horses, and a wagon is much easier to repair then a vehicle, while no real buff abilities or skills can repair one other then just knowing how to on your own, so it makes Wagons easier to upkeep in the long run!".

Dee Dee had answered in the way that made the most sense, she had some knowledge on this after all spending time with someone that had a Vehicle showed her what limitations it had especially if the person that owned it didn't know how to upkeep it, a Wagon on the other hand? so much easier to upkeep in comparison once you learned how especially with the lose of the main means to produce vehicles.

With that message now sent Dee dee pointed her finger into the air and a star shot out of it and then split into two starts that grew slowly larger before they popped on ether side of Dee Dee as she summoned Kramer and BombDee to her side, getting the boost from her passive now that they were out, she then sent Kramer to the sky to keep an eye out as BombDee gave a little salute and headed for the back to keep an eye out there.


Then with her Summons out Dee Dee retrieved the "Beginners Guide to the System" book out of her inventory and handed it to Alexei "This is a beginners guide to the system that I made myself using knowledge I gained on my own and from others, it covers many of the uses of the system you have access to now like Friend requests, party requests. the message system I have been using to type to you, and many other things, even diagrams on how to use certain things if you don't know, if you want to take a look at it go ahead and keep it, I have a lot more I made on me, and any questions can be asked on the player forum Blogs that you can access through the system you have, the directions to do so are on the last page... also my friends will help watch the wagons as we travel... oh also here" with that message send she handed Alexei one final thing, a nice fresh shiny tomato.

Dee Dee gave a thumbs up as they continued to walk, she remembered how hard it was for her, she didn't even know there was an inventory or the message system, she had to be taught all that, so being able to help a new person out was always a good thing and she hoped the book and the Blog she had set up would also heal him learn more about the system and how to survive here, and hopefully word would spread soon about the blog so she could help even more people. And As Alexei points out she put a lot of effort into the book she nodded rapidly it was something she knew could really help people out especially when she learned that some people were still in their tutorials, that meant that even as time went on there would always be new people to help teach this stuff to, and so having a written guide to it could help many of them.

As the Caravan continued on Dee Dee nodded to her companions mention of reading it later though he then moved on to ask about her Familiars she nodded and popped up a message window and started to type, and as they mentioned the tomato Dee Dee Gave a thumbs up but shook her head at being asked if she grew them herself and continued to type out her message to Alexei, She was grateful for the system, if she had to use her notebooks all this time she would have run out of pages a long time ago at this rate so the system was a big help in communication.

"Kramer is a Baby Dragon and my first summon! as you can see he can fly and is very fast, he can also let out a breath of flames, he is quite a bit stronger then he looks to and I use him usually to do quick fly by attacks and to keep some air control during a fight, and so far I haven't run into any issues with doing that. Next Is BombDee, he is a Waddle-dee! and my Second summon he is really strong and is quite capable at fighting, and thanks to some things I acquired he is a lot tougher now too, I usually use him to deal with things that seem tough but slow, he can plant land mines if I need to control an area! they are quite handy to have around and with them I rarely am ever outnumbered. As for the Tomatoes no I don't grow them myself, I trade with this one person that has a Gardener Class, they tend to trade it for things I scavenge rather then points so it is very handy, and he always has a ton of tomatoes ever since I started to trade my Scavenged things with them, I hope to have my own place to grow crops and the like someday but I don't think I will ever have a class dedicated to it" she sent the message to Alexei as they continued to travel.

though the bushes did also Catch Dee Dee's eye as she looked over at them raising an eyebrow at how.. to in place they looked they were really orderly too.. but they continued on and nothing seemed to come from it.. at least it seemed that way at first, until Kramer let out a Roar and Dee Dee looked back behind them. The bushes had been tossed aside and there were a group of seven goblins rushing towards the Wagons, Kramer let out another roar and from the side came three more Goblins, most armed with Wooden clubs, but a few had slingshots "Goblins!! take what you can handle!!" she sent the message quickly to Alexei as she rushed to a good position and fired a blast from her staff at one of the seven goblins in the rear, knocking it off it's feet.

At the same time BombDee got to the halfway point between the goblins in the rear and the wagons and crouched down for a moment before standing back up and rushing back a bit, as two goblins rushed him, or tried to as the landmind he placed exploded and sent them flying, though they were not quite out yet they were on the ground rolling in pain, leaving four more to try to rush at BombDee who was keeping their attention.

Kramer meanwhile Swooped down at the four attacking BombDee, and letting off a gout of flame on them, only catching two but they were now busy running around trying to put themselves out as they burned.

The Goblins That Dee Dee and her Summons were fighting, they started to regroup, two taking out their slingshots and firing stones at Kramer, Trying to hit him from the sky, however the baby Dragon dived and swooped around the shots, however getting close was going to be hard as they were staggering their shots. keeping the Baby Dragon on the defensive, though at the moment it was better then letting them target someone else at range, so Kramer continued to keep them busy.

The Two goblins continued to flail around on fire, trying to put themselves out as they continued to try to put out the flames, leaving them to distracted to battle.

Meanwhile BombDee was dodging around the attacks of the Goblins, he was also to busy dodging at the moment to launch an attack however the Waddle-dee was doing his job able to keep dodging thanks to the buff that Dee Dee gave to all her Summons when they were out. and so it kept him just out of reach, but not fast enough to capitalize and make a counter attack, but still they were distracted for now.

The one that Dee Dee had knocked down had managed to get back up and seen Dee Dee standing off to the side and charged at her, Dee Dee looked at them and reached out with her staff, shooting another blast at them, but the Goblin dodged, and Dee Dee followed up by taking a Fan out of her Inventory and swinging with it letting a blast of magical wind hit the goblin, catching it off guard and tripping it as the wind cut along it's body, and to finish it off the Fan vanished from Dee Dee's hand as she drew her hand back and a Throwing dagger appeared in her hand and she threw it at the goblin catching it in the head and the creature stayed there and fell over poofing into smoke as it was defeated. and Dee Dee had to take a step back and take a deep breath before she looked at her Summons.

Then she looked over to Alexei and he seemed to be able to handle three but she would keep an eye on him in case he needed help, for now she needed to plan out what to do with the stalemate her Summons had, she would have to deal with this carefully.

The Two flaming goblins finally succumbed to the flames and both fell to the ground poofing into smoke as they were unable to put out the flames which gave Dee Dee less to worry about.

Looking at Kramer and BombDee though, the two where hard pressed to get in any attacks with the goblins staggering their attacks, But Dee Dee had seen this before, they had done the same when she was escorting another caravan, it seemed to be their preferred tactic, it made sense, they had no armor so keeping an enemy on the defensive was likely the best move for them.

However that also meant they had to keep up the attack and wear the target out, it only took one quick thing to change a fight like this and Dee Dee already had plans, first she started to charge at the Two attacking Kramer, she had a lot of ground to cover but she wasn't planning on attacking them, instead as she moved Kramer continued his dodging and BombDee managed to back up a few paces from the Goblins Pressing in on him.

To Dee Dee and her Summons, the next few moments were in slow motion as Their senses synced up, and all three could sense what the others were sensing as Dee Dee activated her new ability, thankfully she had used it before to train with it or this would have been heavily disorienting, however with their senses linked she could time this better, she could see all the goblins now, even if they were not in her personal field of view, and so she took out a dagger and threw one at one of the goblins attack Kramer as she continued her charge at them before lifting her staff. At the Same time BombDee kicked off the ground getting ready to drop into a dead sprint.

And then suddenly, they switched places, Dee Dee was standing where BombDee had been and as she brought her Staff down she let out a gout of fire from her mouth covering the two Goblins in flame that had just been facing BombDee, Causing the Two goblins to try to put out the flames, Meanwhile BombDee was now in a dead sprint towards the Goblin that Dee Dee hadn't targeted with the Dagger.

The Dagger hit first, hitting the Goblin in the back and causing it to cry out, making the other look back just in time for it to get a Power Punch from BombDee right to the face Sending it flying but still not defeated. As This Happened Kramer, well aware of the timing thanks to the Shared Senses, suddenly dived down accelerating rapidly before swooping down and Swatting the Goblin that had been hit with the Dagger causing it to fully poof into smoke as it was defeated.

With that all done Dee Dee pointed at Alexei and a little start shot from her finger and flew unerringly to him where it would hit him and envelop him in a healing aura as she gave him a thumbs up. Though the small girl was clearly winded from everything she had just done.

The two flaming goblins ran around as the last remaining one started to get up... only for it to be swatted back into the ground by Kramer followed by another power punch by BombDee making it disappear into a poof of smoke as it was defeated, Dee Dee then moved away from the flaming goblins since she knew they couldn't put out the flames Throwing a Dagger at one and blasting the other with her staff causing them both to get hit and poof in defeat as she looked over to see how her Ally was doing.

The Good news was Alexei seemed to be perfectly fine, well... tired anyway, but her healing aura seemed to be keeping him on the mend, and she headed over to him and gave him a thumbs up before typing him a message. "Goblins are rather weak even in groups but they make up for it by being somewhat smart with attacking in sequence to leave no openings... best way to beat them is to disrupt their attack pattern and then take one out before they can get back into a rhythm, they might be weak but they are aware that they are weak and so they move to try to cover it as best they can, and yes they are rather common around these parts but they are never in groups larger then 10 by the roads since Patrols tend to keep their numbers low" she sent the message to Alexei.

She took another tomato out of her Inventory and handed it to him, before sending another message "This is why even though I am higher level I try to always come to do these missions, some people think it's a waste of time to do the lower ranked missions, but newer people still need help dealing with things like this and I think us higher level people should help out, besides I am not really all that strong alone, I just happen to have my Friends with me all the time, more people make a job much easier after all! and hey when we get to the destination I can treat you to a Tomatonator!" she sent the message and gave him another thumbs up

Dee Dee gave a thumbs up to Alexei as he tanked her, she was happy to help someone out since it meant more people that could help other people, and the more people that understood the more people that could teach others eventually, so it all worked out in the end in helping even more people. Though she figured he wouldn't know what a Tomatonator was, since it was something she sold at her food cart "A Tomatonator is one of the meals you can buy at the Maximum Tomato, which is a food cart I run, they are delicious!" the message that she sent to Alexei clarified for him.

With the Caravan up and moving again the group started heading out, it wasn't so much the distance that was the issue, it was the fact that the ones driving didn't have combat classes and patrols sometimes missed groups of monsters or they moved in after a Patrol had gone by, so Alexei's question made a lot of sense "We should actually be there soon, the village is barely a days travel out, I am not sure if you have noticed but we travel a fair bit faster and father then we used to now that we have the stat system, we are faster and more able to endure the fatigue, I mean think about it, we are keeping up mostly on foot with horse Drawn Wagons, granted they are not going anywhere near top speed, but we are keeping up with them fairly well." Dee Dee pointed out in her message as they continued.

"As for my Summons I have to ask them to help me, they are my friends after all, and while they are an extension of myself they are also their own creature, I just think of how I would ask for help from a friend when I summon them, and they appear! When I first got my powers I tried doing it like a command and nothing happened, that's when I realized the mindset I needed and tried to ask like I was asking a friend and Poof Kramer appeared to help me! People would call them Summons, I call them Friends because that is what they are to me, they help me because they want to, not because I am some master of them or something" Dee Dee explained as they continued walking.
