before, it felt like it could still be some type of nightmare but too much time has passed for it to not be a new twisted reality. it's why when he learned of a safe zone, he praised the wicked universe while teleporting inside THE HUB and placing his gun into his inventory for the sake of feeling normal for once. holding a gun felt so violent all the time and with the smug glances or nervous looks, fox was starting to feel more and more like a monster than a player trying to survive.[break][break]
on one hand, they still needed to find the rest of the kingstone crew. it felt impossible knowing that jemma was alright but where in this forsaken world were jazzy and the rest of them. he spent far too much time searching for them when he knows deep down that he should be leveling up, trying to catch and stay with the front group of players gaining resources and advantages over those simply playing to exist. he still needed to meet someone who he could see the power difference between the two of them, who knew how much of a mountain fox needed to climb.[break][break]
