[ C-Rank Mission: Lost Spirit’s Requiem ]”Ah, I see, this must be our “Lost Spirit”... poor thing.” Mr. Beast, along with Natrion and Ragline, stood on a floating island in the Devil’s Triangle. He came here with Dee Dee, his fellow Utopian guild leader to complete some of the “starter quests” in this new Zone. Earth-chan gave everyone access to the same quest formula to encourage them to travel to this zone, but the individual details of each seemed to differ. They stood on a cliff overlooking a field of dull, tall grass. Flowers occasionally added a touch of color to the field. A single figure with a ghastly form lumbered slowly through the grass. They had a gladiator-style helmet on, and a spear straight through their chest. ”Right then, let’s see if we can meet up with them and see what is causing them to linger!”Without a second thought, Mr. Beast hopped down into the field and made his way to the ghost. His pets followed right beside him. It was potentially dangerous, but he trusted Earth-chan and the quests they gave him. His face blushed as he moved through the field, eventually stopping next to the ghost. ”Hello? I see you have been impaled… is there anything we can do to help” The ghost paid the man no mind. Mr. Beast scratched his chin, but Ragline stepped forward to touch the spear impaling the ghost. As soon as his paw touched the spear, the ghost froze in place. His body shimmered and shifted into a glimmering violet portal. ”Ah, good guess, my friend! Dee Dee looked over the area as she scooted along with Mr.Beast, it was nice going on another mission with a Guild member, and this time it was with Mr.Beast, she had already done a fair bit with Idir, though Mr.Beast had been out on a training camp for a while but now that he was back Dee Dee was glad to go adventuring with him again, and so here she was scooting along with him to check out something in the Devils Triangle.

As they walked she popped open a tupperware container of Gumbo and finished off the contents, and she felt her body getting healthier and hardier, so that would be handy for the coming mission, she then put the container away and assigned her pet gear to her friends, Ruby Collar for Kramer, Heart of Stone for Jimmy, Combat Armor for BombDee, Punk Tsunami and friendship bracelet for Geist, Deerstalker hat for Chomps, and the spider costume for ton, as for the precious pet sweater for the time being would go on CaveDee since it was good Defense for the little guy.

With the gear distributed Dee Dee had her normal team of Bombdee, Kramer, and Jimmy out for now incase they had combat to deal with, her skill also activated to boost their synergy bonuses by 5% boosting them all quite well now and she felt quite buffed up for the mission. Looking over the little ledge she seen the man Mr.Beast was talking of and when he hopped down Dee Dee simply walked down the little ledge using her sticky slippers, scooting along to end up beside Mr.Beast once more, With Jimmy following her and Kramer gliding down with BombDee in his arms before placing the Waddle-dee down with the others

Looking over the man as Mr.beast talked to him Dee Dee could already spot a bit of a problem, one that Mr.Beast asked about and then Ragline poked the spear the when the man didn't answer, doing so caused the man to change into the portal they would have to go inside and deal with.

Dee Dee gave a thumbs up to Mr.Beast when he asked if she was ready, and so she followed him into the portal ready for anythign, be it combat or maybe a more exploratory job this time around.

[ D-Rank Mission: Lost Spirit’s Requiem ]Stepping through the portal brought their group to a place that looked similar to the field they were just in, only except for dull grasses and flowers, the foliage was all crushed from battle. Two armies faced off against each other, red ghosts and blue ghosts who were both similarly dressed to the original ghost that opened the portal. A notification popped up for Mr. Beast, informing him that his Synergy buffs were enhanced by one of Dee Dee’s skills. ”This is a dreadful place, I’m glad to have you at my side here, Dee Dee, along with everyone else.” Ragline nodded along and waved at the summons. The battle showed now signs of fading, and ghost-soldiers were constantly fighting. One fight, only meters in front of the Utopians, had a red ghost slay a blue ghost, only for the blue ghost to get back up moments later and the fighting to continue. ”Oh my… it looks like they’re stuck in this combat loop! Surely that’s why the soldier brought us here. Perhaps we should try our luck at finding him?” As he spoke, a violet, misty trail emerged from the portal and weaved itself into the battlefield. Like a string in a labyrinth, it seemed as though they were meant to follow. ”It looks like we have our first clue, then. The soldiers are so preoccupied with fighting that they don’t even seem to notice we’re here, but at least that should make navigating this area easier. Dee Dee Scooted after Mr.Beast and looked around at the battlefield, it was clear what was going on as she watched the ghost get back up and Mr.Beast made his observation. Dee Dee nodded "always glad to go into something like this with someone else" the word bubble popped up with her words as she followed along after Mr.Beast and Ragline.

The battle was being fought fiercely, and each time they fell they would get back up and continue on the fight, it was horrible like Mr.Beast said, and the path they walked lead them through the battle and not one specter seemed to even notice them, hopefully they could find the way to end this or at least put the ghost that brought them here to rest it was the least they could do after all.

Continuing to scoot along with her friends who stayed away from the ghosts as Mr.Beast suggested as they didn't want to be pulled into it, and to avoid any attacks that were being made that might be going wide or deflected, it was safe though a few times Dee Dee had to duck under a thrown Javelin or arrow, "Be careful and watch out for stray attacks and weapons it's a battle field after all" she advised.

[ D-Rank Mission: Lost Spirit’s Requiem ]Following the trail led to a clearing among the battle, a spot where the other ghastly soldiers were keeping their distance to let just two fight. One of them was the soldier that led them here, this time with a blue aura and with a spear of his own in hand. He was fighting a red ghost who held a sword and shield. ”There! We’ve found our ghost!” As Mr Beast and his allies made haste to the ghost, however, the other soldiers fighting around them blocked the path. ”Please, I need to speak with them!” The soldiers did not move, but their fighting grew more intensive, threatening to damage the party if they got too close. The soldiers formed a full ring around the two in the middle. ”Dee Dee, I think the ghost that brought us here was their leader! Following along further into the battle the group came upon what seemed to be a duel between commanders, or at least between important figures from both armies, and as she moved closer with Mr.Beast they were blocked by the other soldiers moving in even as they continued to fight clearly making it difficult for them to get close, and when they tried oncem ore the fighting intensified and a stray weapon sent to wards Mr.Beast but it was stopped by his friends.

Dee Dee blinked as Mr.Beast made his assumption at the reason they were there but Dee Dee looked around for a moment and had a few thoughts of her own on the situation as she considered a few things "Is this a fight we were brought here to stop? Is it a needless fight? What are both sides Fighting for? Are the Blue Ghosts Defending or Attacking? We don't know the answers here all we can see is the current situation, We need more information before we can assume we are here to end it" her Word bubble popped up

I don't like seeing this fighting any more then you do But what if they are fighting to defend something from the red ghosts? or what if the red ghosts are fighting to protect something important? We don't know the answer here, Maybe we will have to look further? Even if that's not the case, maybe there is something we have to do to let the ghosts let us near those two first? Forcing our way in is a possibility but with how many their are that would be dangerous, I think it's better to look around for further clues at the very least we now know where to find these two right?" the word bubble continued as she watched the two fight.

Despite the circumstances, Mr. Beast was one who believed ANY situation could be solved without need for harm ”But that's a very good idea, my friend! Let’s see if we can track down what caused this fight. Those two seem to be the leaders, but…” The man scoured the battlefield, looking for any sign of what the armies were fighting for. As he glanced around, now that what he was looking for changed, so too did the battlefield. Spectral bricks and stones began erecting themselves surrounding the entirety of the fight. It formed a wall at first, but continued to grow larger and larger. beyond the walls, seats formed, places for onlookers to witness the fight. ”This is… a gladiator match? But there's so many!” Mr. Beast ran past the fighting soldiers towards the wall, where a series of banners draped themselves over the walls. The banners alternated, one crimson with the emblem of a tiger, and the other blue with the emblem of a wolf. There was a central banner with words written upon it that clarified as the group got closer. This was an exhibition match between two faux armies, a fight for spectacle and betting amongst the crowd. Dee Dee started to look around as well as Mr.Beast agreed somewhat with her assessment, though as he commented that there must be a peaceful solution Dee Dee was not sure about that, after all if one group was attacking something dear to the other group in an attempt to take it for themselves or destroy it or harm it in some way there was likely not a peaceful way to resolve this, but she would always hope for a peaceful solution.

As she Got Ready to Scoot away to look around the battlefield, but then the Arena appeared around them, Dee Dee watched as it built itself around them seemingly now that they were looking for something else it was brought to their attention, but the other soldiers stopping them from getting to the leaders made a bit more sense, and so Dee Dee followed Mr.Beast to check out the banners and that's when they can upon the one that announced the fight and Dee Dee nodded to agree with Mr.Beast, it was clear as she looked around.

Dee Dee looked around, maybe they wanted their fight to be watched? to feel like their fight had a witness? that their show had meaning? but as she considered this it seemed Mr.Beast had a different interpretation, and she looked up at the tall man and tilted her head, he still seemed set on stopping the fight and she blinked a few times, stopping the fight she didn't think was the issue, the fight already happened, the ghosts were still doing the fighting telling them the fight was over didn't seem like it would be the answer but she could give it a try she could just be wrong
