HOTSPOT!

Hotspot is a modern day, sci-fi fantasy RP page. Taking inspiration from Solo Leveling, Lone Necromancer and Dislyte. Several years after a mysterious light landed on Earth, it created a Mass Awakening and rewrote reality as we know it. Players find themselves in a gamified world with ‘System’ alerts from our very own Earth, which has granted everyone unique powers (made by staff) that you must use to fight strange monsters.

Where were you during the Mass Awakening? What were you doing? Whether you’re a student fighting out of a school that got turned into a dungeon, or thrust into a deadly game of ‘King of the Hill’ in your own apartment complex. The beginning will be dangerous for everyone, but the rest can be up to you to decide. Exploring the world as we know it will uncover truths that reveal Earth is far more than just 'a game'. But this is something we will take part in as a community.

Our most prolific poster and the smallest character on site, Dee Dee is always there to help! Even when she's sent 'there' unexpectedly by the system. Recruited by Earth-chan to assist newbies that might prove interesting, Dee Dee sometimes appears in Tutorials to guide new characters through their first mission, and can often be found helping others wherever she can. Co-founder of the Utopia Guild along with friends and partners Mr. Beast and Idir, she's almost always seen followed by an impressive menagerie of summons. After her Guild helped save Christmas, Utopia's base in the Draco Islands now features a warehouse full of excess toys being stored until next December. Always ready to investigate a mysterious disturbance, Enigma is the inheritor of the oldest Guild on site, and is one of our original founding posters. After their base was forcibly relocated from New York to the exotic Devil's Triangle, SIGMA has dedicated themselves to opening peaceful negotiations with the fairies and other strange residents of this mostly unexplored zone. One of the most powerful characters on site, Engima is a subtle yet distructive force, and is currently recruiting interested parties to join him in his Guild's investigations.
