Tristan witnesses his brother’s struggle; sometimes he has to use both hands to draw steadily enough on that empty patch of newspaper. He crouches down to get a better look - and a better look doesn’t help. To him it seemed like random scribbles - but he knew that in this child’s mind it was much more than that. [break][break]
Parker finally retires from his lying position, only to lift up with both hands the patch of newspaper. Proudly he holds it up to his brother, a weak but vigorous voice shouting, “Tristan!” [break][break]
The drawing has not changed much - still too abstract for him to comprehend. But there was a certain something that led him to understand - it was of him, indeed. If only he could watch Parker draw forever.

Concrete Jungle:
Drawing upon your connection to the streets you ran upon day after day, you can reshape your environment into something more familiar. For two posts, concrete will appear under your feet as you run, allowing you to create paths over hindering terrain, projections or bridges across gaps, or walls to allow you to reach greater heights or create cover. Everyone knows that speed generates friction and friction generates heat. When you run fast enough, everything gets real damn hot and you can make sure that becomes someone else's problem. This ability may only be activated while you have at least 4 [Flow]. When activated you can spend up to 12 [Flow] to turn your speed into heat and concussive force, causing you to immediately dash your [SPD]/2 meters in a straight line, even through the air and land an explosive dropkick to an opponent. The damage this deals and any extra effects are based on how much [Flow] was spent when activating this. This armour doesn't seem to protect you at all but when you're wearing it everything else just seems a little clearer, it seems just a little easier to run and never stop and things go just a little slower around you. While wearing this, the first attack against you each round counts as moving one rank slower than it actually is and you are freely able to run along any solid surface so long as you don't stop moving on it for longer than one post. Two times per thread you are able to enter a trance like state, granting you the [Sandevistan] status for two rounds, once this duration ends however there is a two round cooldown before you can enter it again. While under the [Sandevistan] status you can dodge AoE attacks if the damage stat is lower than your [SPD] and all attacks, other than AoE attacks, count as one rank slower against you. Lastly, once per thread at the cost of taking two ranks higher damage from all sources for two rounds, you may double your current stacks of [Flow].[break][break]Blessed Sneakers
(Unique) Pure white running shoes with a red cross emblazoned on each sole, when worn they increase your SPD and MAGI by +10% each. For one post you can increase your SPD by +1 rank and travel across bodies of water or other liquids as if they were a solid surface, so long as you do not end your movement on top of them. This has a three post cooldown. Five times per thread, whenever you deal SPD damage with a class effect or ability, your target takes additional holy damage equal to your MAGI rank. This bonus can only apply once in a single post. If you defeat a demon, devil, or similar enemy with this holy damage, you do not lose a usage of this effect. [break][break]Speed Road

[Rare] A Silver Record award after the hit Monster Mash! took the world by storm, generating 200,000 singles sale within a span of three months. Once it takes that much damage, this item breaks and cannot be used again within the thread. To note, when you place a finger on the record itself and open your mouth, the song Monster Mash! starts playing for three posts.
