GABRIEL with a life of pure hardship and unknowingness knew that he could claw his way to the top by sheer determination and hard work. When he was accepted to study at Imperial College London School of Medicine after finishing his degree in Biology at ITMO University in St. Petersburg, he could feel that to be the very moment his life was about to ascend into something more who he was at the orphanage or his life barely scraping by once he was an adult. It was all figuring out how to scavenge enough to make it through, but getting into med school was the shift needed into the current life finishing up med school and in England. When he got in, he remembers the cheers of his friend group so vividly while at the pub and it's been a core memory ever since. [break][break]
The Oathbound is a healer whose efficiency at reaching patients, healing patients, and keeping themself alive are a mutually beneficial cycle. To reach someone you have to enter harm’s way, to heal a patient you're willing to sacrifice part of yourself, and to keep yourself alive you rely on your party who you topped up using your blood, sweat, and tears. This manifests in three distinct effects:

Immediate Care: Once per rotation, for each ally in a thread, you can dash at your [SPD] up to 10 meters in their direction. If an ally has been injured you must use this ability to attempt to reach them, and the max distance you can dash is tripled.

Care Under All Duress: After dashing to an injured ally with Immediate Care, you can treat them with your magical set of medical tools to close their wounds, healing them for your [VIT] -1 Rank. You lose 5% of your [VIT] each time this ability is used.

Sterile Wounds: Grant an ally, or yourself if alone, +10% to the damage they deal for two rotations. You heal your [VIT] for 20% of any damage dealt by anyone affected by this buff. If this eliminates an enemy, instead heal for 25% of your [VIT]. This core ability has a four post cooldown.[break]

You’re a first responder as The Oathbound. Sometimes you need to reach everyone and apply more healing then most would think feasible. For two rotations, anytime you dash to an ally you heal them for 25% of your [VIT]. This does not stop the compulsive use of your core if they remain injured after this healing.
