Honey had a... tumultuously friendly relationship with her would-be 'guild' members. The few that there were. Idir was an absolutely insane individual and there was absolutely no trusting that loose cannon in the wild without another's supervision given her level. She was, at the very least, not going to do that at all. The next one who had come was some freakshow Snow White, he looked like a body builder had been an accident with some weird clown mask and it had permanently overtaken his face. The fact he was a walking pet shop was even weirder, mostly because he had the sort of face a mother would struggle to love... nice guy, but it was hard to look at him. The last had been the oddest, talking entirely through a speech bubble.

Dee Dee had turned out to be a person obsessed with a franchise character, and honestly Honey was more surprised the girl wasn't a comedy gag with the bubbles. All she would need is some old time film gear and she could be an entire zoo movie! Complete with tiger and... adult dragon. Honey needed to remember that that thing could probably kill her. The thing Honey obsessively hated about the guild master was her guide book. It was such an absolute waste of time and energy where the junior soul chemist was concerned. Who wanted to sell their secrets FOR FREE! It was still a morbidly awful idea, but that was enough about those three. She wouldn't make it to her new friend if she couldn't cooperate with Snow White.

"They said the spirit should of been around here no? Do you perhaps see anything like a phantom Mr. Beast?" Honey would ask scanning from the center of her large field of sunflowers. The girl was essentially always buried meters deep into the flowers and she occasionally looked at them and nodded, though she didn't speak to her flower friends in others company. She absolutely did not share her friends with others.[break]

”Hmm…” Searching for some kind of lost spirit in the Devil’s Triangle of all places was turning out to be a bit more difficult than Mr. Beast had originally imagined it would be. Here in Earth-chan’s reimagined world, a place like this was exactly where he expected to find ghosts and ghouls, but so far… they were coming up short. He shook his head. ”No, no luck yet. Perhaps we- oh!” Ragline lifted his head from behind a sunflower to peer up at Mr. Dove as he was darting towards them. He had gone to scout ahead, and puffed his chest out triumphantly when he landed on Ragline’s head. ”Oho, it seems like we have a lead! Guide us, my friend, and we’ll follow right along!” Mr. Beast had given Mr. Dove a couple of pats on the head before the bird took flight again, beckoning the party to follow. Securing his Panoply, and making sure his bracers were fastened, the man flexed to ensure all was well. ”Fret not Miss Honey! I’ve brought my armor in case this spirit turns out to be aggressive. Surely it’s just lost and needs guidance, but one can never be too prepared! Honey had to hand it to Mr. Snow White here, for as massive and hideous as he outwardly was, he was at least winning points back in the personality section. Though his murderable rat of a companion certainly was not. Honey was not going to do so openly, but if she got the chance to accidentally kill that ragtag piece of filth she definitely would. If he was not there Mr. Beast actually would have had an even higher position in her list of surivors, but he was not. The rat was being a pest, and her smile as she walked hid her violent thoughts with a complacent kindness.

"I am not worried Mr. Beast, I am with company after all. There are many capable hands and paws around us, or talons? I'm not versed in the terms for animals feet. I am sure we can find a new home for the spirit though, and if nothing else I can see if it will lay to rest with me in my field," Honey would state with a smile. The casual nature of words when speaking about the undead was certain different in that case from how one would expect it to be. At least by most standards, no one knew a coroner to be completely normal when speaking of the dead.[break][break]

”Why, that’s quite the nice thought. I’m sure they’ll be appreciative of your field, if that ends up being the case!” With Honey not being worried, Mr. Beast let his dove show them the way. Ragline hopped up onto his shoulder, viewing the world around them with awe in his little button eyes. ”Haha, for my friends here, I’d say paws are most accurate for Ragline, and talons for Mr. Dove. The missus as well, though hmmm… I suppose for Natrion, fin would be the proper term!” As they walked, The dove led their group to a wooden bridge that stretched up to a floating island. ”My, this place sure is peculiar. I wonder what sorts of inhabitants might be found around here. Perhaps spirits like the one we’re searching for are the norm? Hmm…” The island at the end of the bridge was covered in trees, with cobwebs and gnarled branches spread out every which way. The dove fluttered over the tree line, coo’ing to beckon the group forward. ”Ah, well, I suppose we now know how the spirit got lost! You can barely see anything through here! Still, it seems this is the way forth. Shall we, Miss Honey?” Her flower fields spreading throughout the area only made the woods even thicker than they already were, but with Mr. Dove to guide them, Mr. Beast was confident that the group could make their way through. Most of that made sense enough, not that she was about to argue to begin with about the legitimacy of Mr. Beast's naming of the parasite's extremities. Or the bird's and his fish-sword. Walking forward with the pack Honey wouldn't actually see much from within her field. Her field of vision narrowed by the sheer expanse of her flowers as it were, and her core said it improved as her WIL stat got higher? That seemed wild to her, but perhaps that was the joke WIL-d. The growth was uncontrolled and expansive.

I have no reason to distrust your directions or pet partners," A thinly veiled lie, Honey had every reason to distrust that rat on his shoulder. She wanted so badly to get into a fight where her barbs accidentally caught him in the 'excitement'... maybe Mr. Beast would sell the dollie anne and she could see how he liked dirt and flowers? She was getting distracted in anger again.
