Forest supplies were something that Idir was good at, and pulling his weight for the guild was something that he believed was the right thing to do. There wasn't much that Idir could do yet, and his fighting style was different from the rest of the guild in terms of him transforming into the creatures. However, heavy labor wasn't an issue for the seasoned hunter at all. "Hunting and gathering, are some of the basic foundations of a tribe. Even though this is more of the gathering portion, I shall help with that. In addition to something being a proper replacement for the actual trees, I was always a fan of substituting the parts of creatures for supplies. What do we need the trees for? Stability? What could be more stable than the bones of a dragon? "

It was just an idea, but Idir doubted there would be any spriggans in this area. At the very least, they would have to use what they had available. With this realization, it meant that a hunt would ensure order to gather the necessary items.

"But In the meantime, I will just tag along. We might come across some food as well. There is never enough of that with all of the summons you have to feed. The diets might not be the same, but thinking longterm will do you well. "

”Goodness, that’s a great idea! This is the [Draco Islands] after all, so perhaps we’d even get a bonus for finding one to help our cause!” Mr. Beast was ready to drop the boulder idea and follow along with Idir, when BomDee brought over a hammer and wedges. ”This is… oh! This is perfect for the boulder! Thank you, my friend!”

Well, at the very least, it was possible the sound of cracking stone would attract something their way that wanted to fight. Idir and Kramer went off to hunt, and Mr. Beast gave Ragline the go-ahead to search with them. Eagerly, the cat ran over to hop onto Kramer’s back for a ride. Ragline was carrying the banner that Mr. Beast had bought for him rolled up and slung over his back, using vines from the tropical plants for a sling.

”Natrion, my friend; now that BomDee has supplied us with some tools, let’s get a cut started on this big rock! Ready?” The serpent noddeed, and leapt toward the man. He flipped through the air, shrinking and changing form to become a wicked, hooked blade. ”Here we go! Hiiiyah!” With the sword in hand, Mr. Beast lunged for the boulder, scoring it vertically.

”There we go, that ought to do it, I’d think.” The man nodded, satisfied, and looked at BomDee. ”Using that as a guide, do you think you would be able to get the wedge in there so we can start splitting this thing, BomDee?”

Dee Dee made sure Idir was aware she would be fine after all in emergency she could resummon her friends to her, but for the moment she figured she would be the most safe since she wasn't going to be in any real danger, she was staying near the guild base after all and that made it relatively safe since she could if she needed to run inside to hide, but she also had the doves and the wolf from Mr.Beast with her as well as Jimmy who was quite strong on his own as well besides they were a team and letting Idir borrow Kramer for a while would be fine while BombDee could hang out with Mr.Beast!

Regardless Dee Dee continued to dig the well with the aid of Jimmy, they needed to find water and she needed to make sure the hole was large enough to store quite a good amount of the stuff, it wouldn't fill right away and she would need to remember to line the bottom with rocks so that the silt would filter down below them so they wouldn't get silty water, but that could all be done once she actually hit the water line, moving all that dirt was rather easy though with the help of Jimmy who was able to just grab large amounts of it and take it out of the hole they were digging.

BombDee on the other hand gave a little Salute to Mr.Beast's question as he grabbed a wedge and a hammer and rushed over to the new Fault Mr.Beast and Natrion had made in the boulder, he placed the wedge and smacked it a few times with the smaller hammer driving the wedge into the fault a bit till it could hold itself up, but with only the smaller hammer and only one wedge it would be impossible to split the boulder, however thankfully they had a ton of wedges and he had already given Mr.Beast a larger Hammer, Bombdee then gave a salute to the large man before rushing off to the cart to grab more wedges and a Waddle-dee Sized mallet for himself to help with the splitting.

Idir was quick but Kramer wasn't all that slow himself, though the man did get a substantial lead over Kramer the Dragon was able to track him Via scent and when Idir came to a stop Kramer slowed down as well and stayed low, the Dragon used to hunting with Dee Dee, granted then Dee Dee would match his pace but he didn't mind to much having to rush, avoiding sticks and making to much noise was also fairly second nature by now thanks to his owner, Looking to Idir as he gave his orders Kramer nodded and waited as Idir circled, then he took to the skies when Idir was in Position, he did much the same tactic with Dee Dee when she was hunting and so he gained altitude and the swooped in on the beasts before swatting one with his tail knocking it to the ground rather harshly, it was dealt with, but there were more in the herd so he headed to the sky and came back around for another go, though Idir would be able to strike before he came back around.

With Idir attacking the creatures, he didn't bother to transform this time around. He was strong and fast enough to where punching them in the back of the necks to paralyze them and stop them from moving was a clear enough kill. Plus it was clean, Idir didn't want to spill too much blood and attract any predators. They ere the new ones here in the Draco isles, and the last thing that Idir wanted was to get way over his head. "Ragline, catch the one on the left! Kramer, the right!"

There were three more that split in different directions, but Idir went for the one in the north and wrestled it down as he put it in a chokehold. They had eniough to feed the creatures as well as themselves, but Idir was trying to be as careful as possible for this hunt.

Mr. Beast hummed along as he, Natrion, and BomDee went to work hammering away at the boulder. It took them a while, but bit by bit the crack was getting bigger. Finally, it reached a point where he thought it was just about to crack in half, so he and the others back away. "Ah, I believe this should be perfect. Look there, Natrion!" Mr. Beast pointed to the bottom of the stone, where it was now only being held together by a small connection in the rock. "Please use your pressurized water to blast the rest of that away! I want to make sure we keep our distance, for safety of course!"

Nodding, the serpent fired a jet of water at the bottom of the boulder. It took a second, but after a moment, the stone creaked and finally split in two. With a loud CRACK!, the boulder was separate, and each half tumbled to the ground with a thud. "Very good work my friend! Now comes the fun part!" Looking between BomDee and Natrion, Mr. Beast smiled as he pulled out a rope. "We get to haul these slabs back to the base! KAHAHAHAHAHHA!"

Ragline darted out of the way, making sure to keep safe from their enemy. Idir had come up with a great plan, so while he darted to the middle and Kramer to the right, Ragline dodged to the side again before finally lunging up. He let his claws out to latch onto the beast's neck and try to wrestle it to the ground. No success... if only he were stronger! Still, from the position he was in, he wasn't entirely useless! After all, there was only so much you could move with a cat hanging onto you!

The bottom of the well was going good, she had enough stone to cover the bottom of the rather large well she had ended up digging, she was done a LOT faster then she thought she would be, but then again she had an ant helping her so maybe it made perfect sense that she was done so fast? Regardless as she laid the last pieces of stone they easily had a foot and a half of loose stone at the bottom of the well that was mostly even on the top layer but the pieces didn't fit super close together, this would allow the silt and dirt to filter and rest below and around the stones rather then be caught up in the bucket they would be attaching to a rope to gather water. Now this would do for a while but Running water would require a bit more work and a LOT more material but Dee Dee could do it, it would just take much longer, that was a project for another time, for the time being she headed back to the surface and took a seat to rest a bit with a Tomato snack, making sure Mr.Beast's pets and well as Jimmy all got one as well.

BombDee helped with the wedging and eventually they were left with just a tiny bit of Stone holding the massive boulder together, and BombDee was about to walk over to smack it with a mallet before Mr.Beast had a better Idea and suggest they stand back, so the Waddle-dee nodded and moved back with him as they let the serpent finish splitting the stone with a jet of water at high pressure, and then the stone split right in two and fell over, BombDee started clapping at the display before picking up his mallet and was about to get to work when Mr.Beast mentioned they would drag them back to the base as is, Looking at the two massive chunks of Stone then back to Mr.Beast then back at the Cart he had pulled all they way with them, BombDee returned his look to Mr.Beast, with an expression on it that made it clear that he didn't think they could move those two massive lumps of stone without breaking them apart, he then took out a little notebook and flipped through the pages of it before apparently finding what it was looking for and showed it to Mr.Beast "Smaller pieces?" apparently Dee Dee had made this little note book for BombDee to communicate with others easier.

Over with Kramer and Idir The Dragon nodded and flew high into the sky to keep an eye out for anything the continuing struggle could be getting the attention of, and then Idir let out a rather loud shout as he attacked the creature that Ragline was currently tryin got wrestle down, and the beast itself bellowed, through it all Kramer kept an eye out for anything that might be attracted to the sounds going on from their hunt, as well as the echoing thwack from Mr.Beast's group working on the stone and then the loud Crack as the boulder finally split.
