This was an interesting trial, to say the least. It preyed upon the idea of human nature when faced with significant changes. The situation was highly unusual, and it was evident that people's behavior and attitudes towards each other had drastically changed. As they traversed the hollow hills, everybody looked at each other quite differently and kept themselves at a distance. Idir mostly observed and said nothing, but he could sense the tension that gripped everyone.


The group was on a mission to find any signs of the fungal creature that was known to be shapeshifting into one of their own. The only way to identify it was by identifying the one imperfection that gave it away. The tension was palpable, and suspicions were high. The group was aware that the creature went for the slender body types first, which made them highly vulnerable. As the group continued its journey through the hills, the first two deaths happened overnight, even though they were all together. It was a stark reminder of the danger they were in, and it gave each survivor two days worth of food. However, after studying the scene of the death, Idir proposed something.


"We can't go on like this. A fight will soon break out, and even though more deaths will create more reserves, that's not what you want. I have an idea."


The group was receptive to Idir's idea, and it led them to split up and explore different areas. They were determined to find any clues that would lead them to the creature, but the search proved more difficult than anticipated. The tension between the survivors was still high, and suspicions were rife. Idir, however, was confident that he wasn't the doppelganger. He had figured out the way the creature killed, which was by choking with its fungal spores and vines. He also knew that it targeted the women, which meant that they needed to be extra vigilant.


"It's targeting the women...." Idir warned.


The group's task became even more daunting as they tried to protect their female companions while searching for the creature. The situation was perilous, and they knew they had to find the creature before it found them. The group was determined to make it through the trial, but they knew that the odds were against them.

Little did they know, it was a trap within the information that Idir left. Of course, it targeted the women, but not only the women had slender body types. The focus was shifted, and for Idir, the time to attack the creature was now. 

The story was supposed to end there, or, at the very least, it should have ended with the tutorial. However, as Idir inspected the area, something strange happened. There was no completion, no congratulatory message, and not even a hint of what they were supposed to do next. There wasn't even a quirk from Earth-chan that explained much of anything. Feeling a bit puzzled, Idir decided to pull up the tutorial mission to see if he might have missed something important. To his surprise, everything was still the same, and the mission would not end unless the creature was defeated. This was the main body, he thought, as he crouched down to examine it. The creature was dead, so why was there an increase in the number of creatures listed that they had to kill?

*Ding*

And just like that, the number increased from two to three, along with a ration pack being transported to Idir's inventory. Idir needed to investigate or, at the very least, stop the fellow survivors from dying in case they knew anything. He had to be quick, or else something worse might happen.

"I must hurry," he said to himself, feeling the weight of the situation.

Using his speed, Idir started to run through the forest toward one of the players he saved and went to get help from. It had been a while, and with the noise that was made throughout the fight, he should have returned by now. He couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. Not only was the creature dead, but the number of monsters they had to kill increased.As he ran, Idir's mind raced with possibilities. Was it a glitch? Or maybe it was a trap? There could be other players who were being targeted, and he had to do something before it was too late. He was still unsure of what he was up against, but he knew that he had to act fast.

Finally, Idir reached the player he was looking for, and he asked if they knew anything new.

"What's happening? Why isn't the mission ending?"

The player was equally confused, and they had no idea what was going on. However, the player mentioned that they heard strange noises coming from the north. It wasn't much, but it was a lead that Idir needed. He took a deep breath and headed north, ready for whatever lay ahead. He knew that he had to be careful and keep his wits about him. As he moved deeper into the forest, Idir couldn't shake the feeling that he was being watched. The trees seemed to close in around him, and the sounds of the forest grew louder. Idir didn't know what to expect, but he was ready for anything. He had to find out what was happening and put a stop to it before it was too late.

Idir journeyed on, his heart racing as he drew closer to the source of the commotion he had been tracking for the past fifteen minutes. He couldn't shake off the feeling that something was gravely wrong, and his instincts told him to proceed with caution.

Finally, Idir stumbled upon a group of people engaged in a fierce battle against several fungal creatures. These creatures were unlike any Idir had ever seen before - they were larger, more aggressive, and more adept at regenerating wounds. Their movements were large, average in speed, and erratic, making them difficult to defeat for some.

Idir quickly assessed the situation and realized that the group was severely outnumbered and outmatched. They were doing their best to fight off the creatures, but they were struggling. Idir knew he had to act fast if he wanted to save them. The creatures were multiplying their numbers by killing the survivors, and their strategy of fusing into a bigger being to avoid decisive blows was irritating.

Idir had fought these creatures before and knew that they were especially vulnerable in the head and the right side of the chest. Using the group chat function, he quickly spread this information so that the group could focus on their targets more effectively.

"If you want to live, aim for the head and the right side of the chest. That's their weak spot!" he yelled, hoping that his message would get across to the group in the middle of the chaos.

Idir waded into the fray, his claws as he cut down the creatures one by one while aiming for the weak points. He could feel the adrenaline pumping through his veins as he fought with all his might. The creatures he targeted with the focused area of attacks stayed down, with him being too fast for the creatures to counterattack with their slow movements. That's what he wanted to show the other group of surviving players. The group soon picked up on Idir's strategy and began to aim for the weak spots as well, and together, they managed to turn the tide of the battle. Even more surprisingly, one of them started to run away.

"One left, don't let it get away."

Was it going to stall them out? Resources will eventually run out, and resources were fueled by death. In addition to that, the power of the creature was also fuled by death, Idir had no desire for this to go on and play into the hands of the fungal being.
