"To win any battle, you must fight as if you are already dead." A quote from Miyamoto Musashi an ancestor on his mothers side, a monster of a swordsman who was never defeated in battle. The man lived and died by the sword in a similar way Yuuki was also forced to live and die by the sword so much that the sword became apart of his soul. As with everything in life nothing is gained with out sacrifice as such Musashi believed a sword was a implement for killing and once is drawn its not sheathed until blood has been spilled; but there is more to a swords man than just skill with the blade honor among the samurai was just as important for dishonor was a fate worse than death. Musashi also believed that one must not be just agile in foot but agile in the mind and be willing to adapt to a ever changing battlefield. Musashi was also a master tactician who fought thousands of battles in his head vs an opponent before ever engaging them; in fact he was so skill with a blade and tactics he won a duel with an oar.“Know your enemy, know his sword.” was also a belief of his for if you knew who you fought you would know how they fight Musashi. Truly was a sword saint and lived and died by his own sword.

This class functions through the use of [Hurricane] Categories. The user can have a maximum of a Category Five and each Category has both a passive effect tied to it and something that allows the Wandering Sword to spend Categories to activate an additional effect. The Wandering Sword can gain one Category each round after fully dodging an attack up to a max of Category 3, after that it requires dodging two attacks fully in one round to go up to Category 4 and then three attacks to go up to Category 5. If the Wandering Sword takes damage, they lose one Category, though this can only happen once per round. The Wandering Sword starts each thread at Category 0.
[break][break]
Additionally once per round as a basic attack when the Wandering Sword dodges an attack they may immediately make a melee counter-attack at their [PWR]-2 Ranks in slashing damage as they manifest a blade of cutting winds.
[break][break]
Category 1: While in Category 1, the Wandering Sword increases the damage of their basic counter-attack to [PWR]-1 Rank. Additionally they may spend one Category to make an additional counter-attack in their turn, dealing their [PWR]-1 Rank in slashing damage.[break][break]
Category 2: While in Category 2, in addition to the effects of the previous categories, the Wandering Sword gains the ability to step on the air causing ground-based hazards to be one rank less effective or deal one rank less damage. Additionally they may spend one Category to gain an additional dodge over their usual maximum.
[break][break]
Category 3: While in Category 3, in addition to the effects of the previous categories, the Wandering Sword gains the ability to replace one stat check each round with their [SPD]-1 Rank to attempt to resist it. They may also spend two Categories to count their [SPD] as one rank higher for all purposes for a single round.
[break][break]
Category 4: While in Category 4, in addition to the effects of the previous categories, the Wandering Sword can make two counter-attacks each round instead of one, they may also spend two Categories to immediately dispel one debuff, status effect or lingering AoE provided their [SPD] would be high enough to resist it or is higher than the highest stat of the AoE's caster.
[break][break]
Category 5: While in Category 5, in addition to the effects of the previous categories, the Wandering Sword may reduce damage using their [PWR] instead of their [DEF] for the first attack they suffer each round. They may also spend all of their Categories to unleash a massive blast of cutting wind five meters wide and twenty meters long dealing damage equal to the Wandering Sword's [PWR]+1 Rank to all targets in the area and causing them to bleed for E-Rank damage directly to their [VIT] each round for two rounds.

STAT BONUS
+4 SPD, +2 PWR, -4 MAGI, -1 WIL [break][break]PASSIVE: Dancing Storm
You are uniquely suited towards movement, free-flowing like the wind, as soft as a breeze and as harsh as a hurricane. This class gains a special additional dodge each round that can be used without reducing their ability to attack on their turn, this special dodge also allows them to dodge a status effect or debuff provided their [SPD] would beat the normal stat check, or is greater than the attacker's highest stat. However the wind is cut lightly and your [DEF] is always treated as 1 rank lower when protecting you against damage. [break][break]Upgrades when a stat other than [SPD] reaches Rank A.

core
The Wandering Sword is a class that focuses on energy and movement, to be free and flowing, never contained, never restrained. This class knows that the dance of steel is a finely honed art where the slightest mistake can mean death and that grants beauty to the flashing of swords and the crimson spray on the ground after a dance.[break][break]

Gale-Cutter:
Speed against speed, a flash of steel to end the fight. When being attacked, the Wandering Sword can activate this ability instead of dodging. They then compare their [PWR] against the damage of the incoming attack, if their [PWR] is lower they reduce the damage by one rank, if their [PWR] is equal they negate the damage but not the additional effects and if their [PWR] is higher they negate the damage, additional effects and additionally deal slashing damage equal to their [PWR] as long as the attacker is within the Wandering Sword's [SPD]/3 meters. Once used this goes on a three round cooldown.[break][break]Upgrades at [PWR] or [VIT] Rank B.[break][break]

Tempestbane
[Rare] A sleak, precise katana whose hilt is slightly curved, with turquoise wrapping and an elegant knucklebow. What it lacks in raw strength compared to other blades, is its speed. Every third basic attack will charge the blade up with a mysterious power, as heavy winds explode outwards, dealing damage in a ten foot area around you equal in rank to your [SPD], capping at A-Rank. Using an ability will reset the countdown. [break][break]Windrunner’s Charm
[Rare] A royal blue colored weapon adornment, with two worn looking wooden orbs that part the string into two loose tassels. As long as you are at Category 3 or above, counter-attacking an opponent marks them as a [Tailwind]. Opponents who suffer from the [Tailwind] will have their main attacking stat reduced by [1] rank if their [SPD] is not greater than your base [SPD] without any buffs or changes. Only one opponent can receive the [Tailwind] status at a time. Attacking another enemy while [Tailwind] is applied will make the most recently counter-attacked opponent the [Tailwind].
