It happened suddenly...swift like the wind. Thieves and murderer's were running down an alleyway. after hitting their mark. They weren't expecting her. The awakened scion. The dagger of the night. The queen of justice. was right behind them hot on their trail wooden staff in hand as her eye's shone with a blazing fury she was catching up with them when one of the men spun around with a unsheathed dagger and slashed at her chest. She barely reacted in time as a cut was seen on her body. She narrowed her eyes and shouted in a red hot rage. As she would charged at them with her staff and threw her hand outward's
* A pop up screen was visible in front of her she narrowed her eyes questioningly. Before she came upon an ability? more like a spell of some kind. *
"What is going on?" She thought to herself as she bobbed and weaved to avoid her attackers assault.
she sighed before giving in to her curiosity
"Arthur's Embrace" She yelled as a sudden flash of yellow divine light shook the earth. as erupted into a flash of light.

Alternatively, she may throw this dagger at her SPD, to deal -1 Rank damage in MAGI. Dagger can travel up to 10 meters in a straight line. [break][break]
HEOLSTOR[PASSIVE] Mordecal can melt with any and all shadows, sinking into a world of her own. While in this state, she gains [stealth] and a 10% increase on her SPD. She cannot be targeted as long as stealth remains but she cannot target others nor attack unless the stealth is removed. Forcefully breaking this stealth, or if it is dispelled by an ability, a small shockwave of darkness deals -1 Rank damage MAGI to herself and anyone within 5 meters. If broken, Mordecal needs 2 posts to recover her passive. She may not attack in the same post after emerging from the shadows. [break][break]
TAKAN [ABILITY] By making contact with a target, if her WIL is higher than the main stat used to calculate an ability or effect, Mordecal may do one of two things. She can prevent the user from using that effect or ability , or she may copy said ability, corrupting it into a version of her own for 2 posts. This has a 3 post cooldown regardless of effect. A copied ability becomes an additional ability for Mordecal.
Like a beacon calling her home, the bright light that burst forth tore the darkness asunder, and apparently most of her men. They were not dead, just a little taken aback by the sudden disappearance that the darkness afforded them. The heist was one that they had planned for such a long time, only to be hindered by some shepherd with a hero complex. [break] [break]
Mordecal stood tall as she witnessed a paragon of goodness stand against her hard work. She raised an eyebrow and cringed at her scream. “Who in the world calls out the name of their ability like that nowadays? Cringey is what I believe the young'uns call it nowadays… and for my men to be done in just like that.” She clicked her tongue in disapproval and spat on the ground. [break] [break]
The Queen of Thieves, as such was her moniker, descended from her hiding place and stood just beside the light. From experience, Mordecal knew better than to touch anything related to abilities. “Fancy, but I’ve prepared the darkness so much better… prepare to dance girlie!!” [break] [break]
Whilst Everylin was busy casting her ability, the Queen conjured a black dagger out of the shadows cast by the light, and threw it at the shepherd. The dagger flew straight and true, with dark wisps flickering in the air. Not only that but she let herself sink into her shadowed world, where she could move freely. As a blob of darkness on the ground, she swiftly approached the shepherd.

She gasped at the sudden insult her eyes narrowed
"Me? Cringe? This coming from the old windbag who thinks she's tough shit? Nah, see I don't a lecture from a prehistoric fossil"
She said with a smirk on her face only for it to dissapear when she saw how fast and agile this old woman truly was. her eyes couldn't keep up with what she was seeing. She used her core as a light radiated from her as She inflicts the {Blind} condiiton on the old woman or at least trys too. She still dosen't know the full extent of her abilitys yet. and then she dashes up to the woman and strikes with her staff

The closer the old woman got to the shepherd, her eyes narrowed and began to notice a light that surrounded her body. Inch by inch, she felt a little sensation that made her uncomfortable and in her years of expertise, this often spelled danger. “Seems like my dagger attack did damage her but left her unfazed if she’s biting back… but we’ll see soon enough if her bark is worse than her bite!” [break][break]
Then it happened. She got too close to the sun and it burned! Everylin’s passive dispelled her own shadow world, and she began to feel the darkness around her destabilize. She was forcefully ejected from her own shadows, causing a shockwave of darkness that would damage them both. Just so, she narrowly avoided getting bludgeoned by her staff but a flash appeared before her eyes, blurring her vision. The shock wave had landed her on the floor and she lay there motionless, with her vision impaired. Did she faint or was she dead? There would only be one way to find out. [break][break]
{Summary} - Everilyn receives F-Rank Damage from basic attack
- Since passive has been dispelled forcefully, F-Rank Damage to both Everilyn and Mordecal if Everilyn doesn't dodge.
- Mordecal dodges Everilyn's basic attack but is afflicted with blind. 2 post requirement before passive can be used.

Everylin was indeed wounded from that attack. a trial of blood trickled down her chest. soaking her clothes in a crimson colour. As soon as her light erupted, She saw that the woman fell to the ground. Was it real or was she faking it to get the tactical advantage? there is only one way to find out. And as much as her alarms are ringing to not get to close. She will have too. "Heya, Lady are ya dead?"She walks up to the seemingly fainted lady. Her staff in hand. as she reaches out and pokes the girl with the blunt end of her staff. with just enough force to jolt her if she is indeed faking it. While keeping her distance her eye's soften. As much as she deserves this. She is still just a old lady. And Everylin has a soft spot for the elderly and children."Whether or not you're faking this or you're actually rendered unconscious. I'll be taking my leave now. Just don't let our paths cross again. Kay?"She says to her with a smile on her face while winking one eye and throwing up a peace sign
