A replica of the greatsword known as Veracity from warhammer 40k that was given to Amelia as a gift on her 21st birthday by her best friend. It was a very important gift to Amelia as the sisters ot silence were her favorite faction as she shares the ability of not being unable to speak however hers is less of a choice not to as opposed to a vow taken. Despite it being a replica it was a fully functional greatsword if needed however Amelia never had to actually use it as such.

When silence is your life, the noise of surroundings can be deeply unpleasant and sometimes it's easier to just make it all go away. This desire for emptiness and quiet has transformed the replica of Veracity into an altogether more unsettling weapon known as [Silence]. A large heavy blade made of a bleak, black metal that seems to shiver with threads of half-seen silver and purple. It is through this weapon that the Null Maiden's power is channeled.

This class functions through the use of [Untouchable] Stacks, a buff unique to the Null Maiden enabling them to shut down their opponents. The Null Maiden starts each topic with zero stacks of [Untouchable] but each time they use an ability or take an attack from an opponent they gain one stack, to a maximum of 3 per round, up to a total maximum of 10. They can spend these stacks to do a number of things and control the fight around them. If they gain 10 stacks of [Untouchable] then they also gain the [Pariah] buff making them completely negate the next source of damage they take but they lose [Pariah] in return. They can only gain [Pariah] a maximum of twice per thread and they must lose at least half of their maximum [Untouchable] stacks before they can gain [Pariah] again.

Deny The Witch - The truest expression of the Null Maiden is to shut down the unnatural powers of the opponent should they attempt to use them. Whenever an opponent uses an Ability, the Null Maiden can attempt to negate the effects of the Ability. This has a base cost of 3 stacks of [Untouchable] and compares the Maiden's [WIL] against the opponent's either primary stat for the ability or highest stat if the ability has no primary stat. For every rank in difference, the Maiden either spends 1 less Stack(If the Maiden's stat is higher) or 1 Stack more(If the target's stat is higher). To a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10. If they do not have the necessary stacks this ability either fails or the Null Maiden can force it to work at a cost of 25% of their maximum VIT for each missing stack, though this can only be done twice per topic.

Aura of Malice - The unnatural aura of empty energies that surround the Null Maiden can be put to a weaponised effect. By spending 1 stack of [Untouchable] per target, the Null Maiden can cause them to gain the [Provoked] status effect, if their [WIL] is equal to or lower than the Maiden's [VIT] forcing them to target only the Maiden with attacks for the next round. Additional stacks of [Untouchable] can be spent to increase the length of the [Provoked] status effect. Lastly, while an opponent is [Provoked] the Null Maiden cannot benefit from any form of stealth buff or status effect, they are always visible to successful targets of this ability.

Armour of Contempt - The strength of faith and focus can do a lot to keep fighting even when the body should have long shut down. Upon receiving a hit, the Null Maiden can spend stacks of [Untouchable] in order to reduce the damage they take by one rank per 3 stacks that they spend, this reduction takes effect after [DEF] breaks. If they spend 6 or more stacks at once, if they were struck by a weapon or item with an effect, that weapon or item loses all abilities and effects for 1 round.

Lastly, the Null Maiden is a class of focused combat and through this [Silence] refuses to ever strike first. Once per post upon taking a hit, they may counterattack with [Silence] dealing their [VIT]-2 Ranks in slashing damage. Additionally once per post they may block an attack if it deals their [DEF]-1 Rank or lower in damage, or reduce its damage by one rank if higher.[break][break]

This upgrades when two of [PWR], [DEF], [VIT], or [WIL] reach Rank A, with the upgrade being dependent on which stats are used.

Only In Death:

By activating this ability, the Null Maiden chooses one opponent and gains the [Hammer of the Emperor] status effect for two rounds. While this effect is active, the Null Maiden gains +20% to each stat that chosen opponent has higher than their own, they may use their class defensive ability and counterattack an extra time and they gain an additional [Untouchable] stack, not counting against their max per turn, when landing an attack against this opponent. Once the duration ends this ability has a 5 round cooldown.[break][break]
Upgrades when either [SPD] or [WIL] reaches Rank A, only one can be chosen for the upgrade.[break][break]

Does Duty End

The Null Maiden’s job is never-ending. Activating this ability allows the Null Maiden to use its [Pariah] ability, resetting their stacks of [Untouchable] to zero healing the Null Maiden for 8% of [VIT] per stack removed. This ability can only be used once in a thread. [break][break]

Still Have Faith

Staunch is the mind and body of a Null Maiden, but stronger is their faith. Guard yourself with an unbreakable resolve. Cleanse yourself of any and all debuffs currently affecting you. If this puts your opponent’s abilities on cooldown heal 15% of [VIT]. This ability has a [Five Post] Cooldown.[break][break]

Burn the Heretic

When activated the Null Maiden chooses one opponent. When they successfully use their defensive and counter attack they deal additional damage equal to their [WIL] -2 Ranks as additional Fire Damage to the enemy. This ability lasts [Two Posts] and has a [Five Post] Cooldown starting after its duration.[break][break]

And They Shall Know No Fear

Surge forward when an ally within [5 Meters], per SPD Rank, would be struck by an attack or ability used by an enemy interposing yourself as the target of the attack. Gain three stacks of [Untouchable] instead of one when taking the blow.[break][break]

If that attack or ability deals damage based on its user's [Magi], you gain a temporary barrier for the attack that covers just your body and blocks for your [DEF] -1 Rank before any other armor or [DEF]. This ability has a [Four Post] Cooldown.[break][break]

Passive: Bulwark of The Empty Soul

While fighting within your [Void Citadel] you gain the ability to rapidly heal your physical form by drawing on the endless nothing around you. Whenever you negate an ability, shut down an item or switch off a passive or core, you immediately heal for 10% of your [VIT] per untouchable stack you spent, up to a maximum of 30% at one time.[break][break]

Your [Deny the Witch] gains the ability to be used offensively. When you strike an opponent with your counterattack you may spend either 6 or 8 [Untouchable] stacks, reduced by 1 for each rank your [WIL] is higher than the target's highest stat. If you do this, you may switch off one of their Passives(6 stacks) for 1 round or switch off their Core(8 stacks) for 1 round. You may not sacrifice [VIT] to make up for lost stacks for this. You may instead spend your [Pariah] status to do either of these abilities, doubling the duration to 2 rounds.[break][break]

Lastly, when you apply the [Provoked] status effect you also increase your [DEF] by 1 rank against the next attack the [Provoked] target makes against you.[break][break]

Deploy Geller Field

The Bastion of Silence demands that all things return to normality and they do this by deploying the empty void itself as a fortress. Activating this ability summons a [Void Citadel] around the Bastion with a range equal to their [WIL]/4 in meters. While in the [Void Citadel], the Bastion gains 1 stack of [Untouchable] at the start of their turn and any time they negate an active ability they increase the cooldown of that ability by one round. Additionally the damage they deal with [Silence] is increased by 1 rank while within the [Void Citadel] and their Core block is increased to equal to their [DEF]. The [Void Citadel] lasts for 2 rounds however each successful ability negation, passive or core switched off or item shut down or destroyed this duration increases by 1 round with no maximum. Once it ends it goes on a cooldown equal to the number of rounds it was active for +1. [break][break]

A heavy claymore of black steel that seems to have small, barely seen threads of silver and purple run through its darkened blade. This is a required item to utilise the abilities of the Null Maiden class and its base effects are detailed in the Null Maiden's core.[break][break]

An egg the size of a basketball. It is pitch black in shade, and feels like and tastes like too much fresh grated sea salt. Will hatch after 100 IC posts after purchase of egg! [Hatches at 111 Posts][break][break]
