When a Malice Collector helps defeat a staff-made monster with a non-[Malignant Blade] weapon, they can absorb the enemy's malice into the weapon for [100 points]. If you help kill a [Gift] user, you can transform their Gift item into a [Malignant Blade]. These add the [Malignant] tag, adding a powerful, once-per-thread ability to the weapon, along with a temporary debuff. While you can forge and enchant your weapons as normal, abilities granted by the [Malignant] tag do not upgrade through forging and can only be activated by the Malice Collector.[break][break]
Additionally, a Malice Collector can channel wrathful energy to enter a rage for two posts, increasing their weapon's damage and damage caps by 1 Rank. This can only be done again after three posts without raging. [break][break]

As part of this attack, you can also apply a [Bleed] equal to the weapon's damage -3 Ranks for 2 posts. The Malice Collector is a berserker-type class focused on its tools rather than the wielder. Equipped with a small arsenal of weapons claimed as trophies, they infuse these with the negativity and malice left by their previous wielders or the creatures they have slain. At its core, a Malice Collector is a weapon-focused class centered around finding, enchanting, and using powerful cursed weapons called [Malignant Blades].
