Blue skies, warmth of the sun, feeling the wind flow through your hair, the beautiful vastness of the world. Fields of tall grass that sway and dance as currents flow through them, reaching out to your finger tips. It's the deep breath you take when you realize you've been holding it for too long. It's the comfort knowing you're experiencing life with everyone else on the same world - the same home. Fowl feels shelter when there is none, when the sky itself is atop him, and the clouds roll over his eyes like blankets, and the sun kisses his back in greeting each morning.

Passive: Skyclad Your command of the storm allows you to fly, rising up to 3 meters into the air for every rank in [MAGI] and moving at your [SPD]. While you are actively flying, rushing winds provide you with a protective buffer, allowing you to add your [SPD] -1 rank to your [DEF] when absorbing damage. This bonus does not apply to any armor or other protection. Unlike your natural [DEF], the [MAGI] bonus requires a one post cooldown if broken. [break]

core While flying high above the battlefield, the Storm Rider summons bolts from the blue to strike their foes. Once per post you can direct lighting to strike one target within 20 meters, dealing your [MAGI] rank in lightning damage. Once damaged, the target gains the status effect [Thunderstruck]. This status fades after two posts, with further attacks resetting the duration. [break][break]
Targets that are [Thunderstruck] take additional lightning damage whenever you deal lightning damage, equal to your [MAGI] -1 rank. Instead of dealing this damage, the next time you deal lightning damage to the target you may choose to remove this status to deal your [MAGI] -1 rank in lightning damage to a different target within 5 meters of the original target. This new target gains the [Thunderstruck] status. [break][break]
If two targets with the [Thunderstruck] status are within 5 meters of each other, you may deal your once per post lighting damage to both of them with one attack. You may also remove both [Thunderstruck] status effects to transfer to two separate targets, dealing the additional damage as usual. [break]

Blitzstreak For two posts, you increase your movement [SPD] by +1 rank as you crackle with electricity, dealing your [MAGI] -1 rank in lightning damage to any enemy you move past. Each enemy can only take damage this way once per post. Enemies damaged by this ability gain the [Thunderstruck] status effect for two posts, but this duration cannot be reset or extended. This ability has a four post cooldown. [break]
