A winged serpent that towers above the average human, possessing a wise gaze and impressive wingspan. Its cold blue scales and pure white wings evoke the regal majesty of the moon. [break][break]
Frigid Blast: Once per post it can fire a beam of chilling cold as a basic ranged attack dealing its [MAGI] rank in damage to one target within 10 meters. [break][break]
Winged Flight: The serpent is able to fly at its [SPD] normally and ascend approximately 15 meters into the air. Its body is too slender for riding, but it can briefly carry a load roughly the size of a normal human in its tail for one post before needing one post to recover. [break][break]
Crescent Halo: An imperfect halo of pure white light appears above the serpent's head, healing all allies within 3 meters for 50% of its [VIT] once per post for three posts. Enemies within that range are [dazzled] for three posts as well. The [SPD] of the serpent and its allies is considered to be one rank higher than normal when compared to [dazzled] opponents.
