Mission Name: A Farmer's Woes[break] Repeatable? Yes[break] Mission Rank: D[break] Mission Location: Anywhere[break] Description: Farmers all around the world have been displaced and their livestock have either went missing or died due to the cataclysmic changes that unfolded. Farmers have been wanting livestock that’s a bit…sturdier than ordinary creatures but they lack the strength to procure the monsters themselves; so, with the aid of the system, they’ve started handing out missions to players! Players need to find, defeat, and tame a monster that’s reminiscent of old earthen livestock such as finding giant chickens to lay eggs, boar monsters, or even cattle esque creatures cowgirls? Once a player accepts this mission they are given one monster tamer collar that when equipped onto a defeated monster they immediately become docile towards all human players and they must immediately escort this monster back towards the farmer's residence. Failing to escort the monster back towards the farmer in a reasonable timeframe or utilizing the monsters for the player's own purposes (i.e using the monster to fight in battle) results in an immediate failure of this mission. [break] Death Enabled? No [break]
"Well makes sense I guess, least I only have to deal with a beast rather then other people.. other then bringing it back anyway" Rojin mumbled as he walked along, he had to find something called a Cotton Sheep, they where usually shy and kept away from people but were something that would be useful to the farmer, Truth be told he only took the mission cause it would give him points to live his life with, and it was something he could easily handle alone and not have to be annoyed with the presence of others. They even seemed to know where they were, which annoyed the hell out of Rojin, it meant they didn't want to go do it themselves, they said they were shy and would run, but clearly they would turn to attack if cornered, something quite possible on the floating islands of this area, but did they mention that? Of course not, they just told him they would have to subdue the beast and the put the collar on it.. "Don't even give all the info they know about the thing they want you to get for them... bastards.." he grumbled as he searched for the sheep.

Finally finding the herd of these creatures he looked at them from a distance, they were in fact very very fluffy, "Hmm.. well at least some of the creatures of this damned place have some good points to them... likely better company then most people would be anyway... actually... look more like a mix between a plant and an animal.. makes sense given the name I suppose... now then lets see.." he looked around and spotted what he was looking for, one that was a bit farther from the group, and best of all in a direction that he could more easily corner it, the rest of the flock would likely run, and he would be able to catch that one for the mission he had to do.
Stepping out of the bush the old man raised a hand and flicked towards the one lone sheep an impact hitting it and making it let out an alarmed bleat, causing the rest of the flock to react in alarm and start to scatter, and the one that was struck started to run "that's right.... head that way" he followed, keeping up rather easily as he flicked again to hit it in the side to mek it turn a different direction.

As he chased the Cotton Sheep Rojin continued to herd it with little impacts caused by him flicking the air, making it take turns that would eventually lead it to a precipice and eventually they reached such a spot, with nothing below but a long leathal drop to the waters below, the creature turned around and was about to go back but Rojin walked out of the bushes "Now you have nowhere to go" he said as he looked at the sheep, he really didn't like having to harm it, it was just an animal... plant... it was both.. ether way it wasn't like people, animals didn't forget.. take care of one, it would remember, mistreat it, it will remember, they were honest creatures.
But that was the mission and as much as he hated it he wanted the points to live his own life, besides he wasn't killing the creature anyway "Well then... lets get on with it shall we?" he said as he tightened his grip on his cane as he watched the sheep like creature dig in and then lunge at him with a charge, it was fast but he had distance and so he moved to the side but then moved once more to keep the sheep from running off striking it in the leg so it wouldn't be able to run fast if it did manage to escape.

The Cotton Sheep was a bit hobbled but it attempted to ram him again and Rojin simply moved to the side, a charging animal was easy to avoid especially when it was slower due to an injury "Good try but your not getting out of this.." he said as he took the chance to hit another leg with the cane, causing the sheep to topple and fall over bleating in a scared tone as it tried to get up to flee but fell again. "Don't worry I won't be killing you, that would be pointless for me.. but it's clear you can't fight anymore... so" he took out the collar and moved closer, the sheep trying to stay facing him but he was faster now it was hobbled.
As he got into position he got the collar ready and then with a swift motion his movement increased thanks to his ability, he moved in and placed the collar on the sheep, and it went to work quickly making it look less feral and it looked up at him with curiosity instead of fear and let out a little bleat, "there much better" he said as he sat down and pet the sheep, it was actually very soft "Should consider getting one of you for myself sometime" he said as he pets it and took the time to wrap it's injured legs.

After taking care of the Sheeps injuries he stood up and gently picked up the sheep in his arms, the sheep gave a happy bleat and nuzzled the old man making him chuckle gently "eh your not to bad are ya? Well wish I could keep you.. but I ahve to take you back now, so sit tight, but I do think if I can I will get one of you for myself, maybe they will give me one of those collars so I can get one?" he mused feeling genuinely pleased to have the soft animal-plant hybrid creature in his arms. it wasn't to noisy and it was docile. and so he headed back, gently holding the sheep and being careful as he went through the bushes with it in his arms, avoiding a few other creatures he seen on his way.
Eventually he made it to the farmer that made the request and he placed the Sheep in the pen with the others and the mission complete popped up as the man thanked him "Just take care of the thing got it? don't want to have done all this work just to have you lose it"[/b[ he said a bit gruffly to the young man and the guy nodded and agreed before Rojin reached over and pets the sheep a bit before heading out mission done.
