Finally, it was time for Andy to try out the main part of his core at last. It took him much longer than expected and required him to start a farm, but here he was. In the kitchen of said farm, he looked over the variety of items he was planning on using today. A packet of seasoning to add to the meal. A cast iron wok to cook it in. Last, but not least the [Ingredients] he'd painstakingly gathered. [break][break] While he got a few food-related items during his travels he'd only received three [Ingredients] so far. Well two, but the Springing Mixer on the rolling cart could create one as well. After so long of attempting to collect suitable [Ingredients] he'd gained enough to allow him a few options. Not many, but it was better than being forced to combine only two items. A few eggs, prime rib, and a mix of greens. Not bad. [break][break] Once he was sure that everything was ready Andy finally summoned the Kitchen Forge for the first time. A pair of large swinging metal doors appeared in the center of the room and swung open for him. His heart raced as he caught sight of the red knife emblem floating above them. Even though he wouldn't be doing the cooking himself the thought of getting to experience a new food excited him beyond compare. [break][break] Andy entered the Kitchen Forge and it was far beyond his expectations. He looked over at the dapper-looking chef before rolling the cart over to him so he could begin. “Hello Chef. My name Is Andhrimnir Larsen. I look forward to seeing you cook and what I can learn from you. This massive salad is tossed with beautifully prepared blue eggs, which contrast nicely with the yellow and white cheeses involved. Once per thread you can enjoy a portion of this meal to raise a random stat by +20 until the end of the thread. In addition, due to the extra seasoning added to the already spicy dragoncow eggs, for the next three posts you can breathe fire, dealing your MAGI rank in fire damage to any enemies within melee range. The next post after any target takes damage in this way they will take additional fire damage equal to your MAGI -1 rank. Due to the sheer size of this big salad, you worry you'll never finish it. At the end of a thread where you ate a portion of it, roll 1d6. After you have rolled a 1 three times, this item is finally fully consumed. [break][break]

Music blasted through the speakers of the carefully designed kitchen as Andy finished his last experiment. He'd spent the day mixing various ingredients and testing flavor combinations. With so many new foods to try he didn't know where to start so the kitchen was littered with mixing bowls, cutting boards, and utensils of every kind. He was speckled from head to toe with batters, sauces, and some odd black goop. [break][break] After looking over the disaster he caused he felt a strange sort of pride. Andy hadn't gotten this excited over something in quite a long time. Even before he came to the new world. With his list of new meats to try gradually dwindling there wasn't much left to get him through the day-to-day. Even the big moments were few and far between, but this new world was different and had so much more to try. [break][break] He decided that cleaning the mess could be saved for later. For now, he wanted to see what his new partner would cook up when given the chance. With Andy's new ability, the possibilities were limitless. Not only for himself but also for the chef in his forge. What more could he ask for? [break][break] With that in mind, he summoned the double doors to the Kitchen Forge once more. He wiped his face of all the gunk and slung the hand towel he used over his shoulder before walking in to greet the chef. “Why hello again. I can't wait to see what you're able to produce for me this time.” Andy handed the chef another mix of greens from the Springing Mixer displayed in his Mystic Wok. Why not use the renewable resource before moving on to the bigger things? “I trust your judgment. Make for me whatever you wish.” He then produced a rack of tiger ribs and a bottle filled with some unknown mixture to choose from. A ferocious meal fit for a king! This salad features contrasting yet complimenting flavors, with the marinated meat and refreshingly smooth dressing fighting for dominance of your palate. When eaten you gain [stealth] against anything that did not see you consume this meal, only detectable by those with MAGI or WIL higher than your SPD. This lasts until you deal damage with an attack, and the attack that reveals you deals additional damage equal to your PWR. After a one post cooldown you may attempt to regain [stealth] if you are unobserved by any enemies, but you will now be detected by any hostiles whose WIL or MAGI is the same rank as your SPD. This meal additionally provides +20 to all six core stats whenever you are in [stealth], lingering for one post after. This meal can be consumed three times before being fully used up. You may regain one usage of this meal by adding a Spring Mix [ingredient] to it, but the stat bonus is removed after three uses regardless. [break][break]
