Dee Dee took her dishes to her food cart and started to wash them as she let Alexei go over her messages, this was quite handy, she would have run out of paper and ink or pencils long ago if she didn't have the use of the system messaging function, she was glad it was included or she wouldn't be able to communicate at all with anyone unless she spent a lot of time scavenging paper and writing utensils and that would have taken a very very long time, unless she resorted to stone carving to a black stone and some chalk.. or even a white stone and some charcoal. She was glad to hear Alexei shared the same view as her about the world at least, this place was a hard place to make a life, so trying to do so while also competing with each other seemed rather counter productive, helping others meant possibly getting more help later and a wider base of experience after all, besides helping was the right thing to do when in a tough situation after all. And as Alexei spoke this little fact about a common goal Dee Dee nodded her head rapidly as she finished washing her dishes and started to put them away. The question about trying to befriend a creature came up and Dee Dee thought about it as she stood behind her food cart, she hadn't tried with the giant spiders, but then again they were clearly starving and they would have rather tried to eat her then be her friend with how hungry they looked, the goblins were busy trying to eat them all when she did the mission both times, though Mr.Beast had managed to subdue a wolf to the point where it had no choice but to listen, then he gave it a chance to join him so she did see it happen now that she thought of it. "I have actually been in a party with a man that did actually manage to tame a wolf that some goblins rode in on, only one though, so it must be possible, though he made sure it couldn't attack him as he spoke with it so he didn't have to hurt it further, then he let it choose, but maybe that's just how his class works?" she messaged Alexei as she thought about it further. alexei |

"That sounds really interesting." Alexei found himself thinking of his own class. He knew it was called the Winter General, and yet, at this point in time, he could only really create one soldier, so to speak. The ice golem he made was his "troop", and so he didn't truly feel that his class was a "General" just yet. Perhaps the system will provide him with more skills that support his team as a leader-based class.

In fact, now that he thought of it, his class worked best when there are other people working with him. Most of the bonuses goes to his team, of course. Alone, he cam fend for himself. With a group, he is able to provide damage-soaking, as well as an ability that slows and blinds their enemies, a marvellous way of defeating them in an easier manner.

"Perhaps you can try it out?" He suggested, though he was sure it was easier said than done. "Though, I suppose you will have to make sure that the creature isn't attacking you or anything." That would certainly make it hard. "Do you have any means to keep creatures at bay while you try to befriend and tame it?" His own class isn't as complicated or as intricate, he felt like.

Dee Dee nodded to Alexei's mention that it sounded interesting, though she never really got the chance to really try it out due to most monsters being far to strong or dangerous to try to pin down rather then talk to, she was very small after all and didn't weight much, so she couldn't pin it down like she seem Mr.Beast do to the wolf, she was also not very intimidating so that wouldn't work and she didn't like the Idea of intimidating something into listening to her ether. "I could try it out, but I have no means to stop a creature from attacking me, I am to small and light to physically stop it, and my friends are much the same, so the best I could likely do it try to talk to one that is already not attacking right away and hope for the best, but with the system already letting me know I have a limit of how many of them I can have it's probably better I am not trying all over the place with everything I run into since I would run out of space really quickly" she pointed out in her message as she sent it over to him. Just then a group of people showed up and started to make a line for food so Dee Dee called BombDee and Kramer back to her and they started up the cook top again and got back to work, the ball still out there for people to enjoy as the orders came in for more burgers and fries and other foods she provided from the cart. alexei |

Alexei nodded at her message. It was fair, and true. "I could try to help you out, though I'm unsure as to how." He was thinking of his own skills. What can he do to trap a beast? This might be possible if his White Out skill could slow, blind, but not damage, though he was sure the damaging portion of the ability itself is something that is attached and cannot be taken out. His other skill was creating a golem, which can take the aggro from the beast, but might fail, and then attack Dee Dee.

"If I find a way to stun, or wrestle down a creature, I'll be sure to tell you." Alexei responded, before continuing, "Though we can always try weakening it to a point, and then stopping our attacks and try to tame it that way?" That was possibly the better option. "I'm not sure, however, as to how beasts in this world act when injured." He shrugged. Some might be willing to listen, while some might not. The problem is identifying which is which.

As they continued their conversation, Alexei realized that there were more people coming to the stand. It seems that more than a few people were looking towards eating something more sensible than hunted meat. "Would you like for me to help you out by the way?" He asked politely. "I don't really have anything to do at the moment." Plus, it was a way for him to repay the free food.

It seemed Alexei had a few Ideas on how to deal with the lack of options Dee Dee had, though it would all come down to being careful while dealing with it. Though she liked the Idea at the same time the risks were very high and without some means to properly take care of injuries and the like it would mean quite the hefty investment in time and health to try out such a thing. "As much as it would be a good means to find out, the risks somewhat outweigh the possible benefits especially when considering that we don't know to much about how monsters will react when cornered to such an extent, last thing we wanna find out is that one has a self destruct ability or something" she sent the message as she was working on orders. When he asked about helping she nodded and sent another message "That would be great if you could take their orders me and BombDee can focus on cooking them up quickly! but don't feel you have to, We are used to dealing with large crowds of people wanting food" she informed him with another message as she mixed a salad someone asked for and passed that out to the person before returning to the grill to get some burgers done, all the While BombDee was using the Deep fryer to make the sides that were being constantly asked for, onion rings, fries, and tenders and the like. the Deep Fryer having been placed a bit out of the wya from sight to avoid it being in the way which would explain why Alexei didn't notice it earlier. alexei |

Alexei slowly nodded at her pragmatism. The success of his idea would not be ideal at all, in fact, Alexei was sure that failure would be much higher than his success rate. The dangers were too much, especially depending on the type of creature they would be looking for, as well as their level at that specific point in time.

Shaking his head, Alexei responded slowly and meticulously. "You're right. Perhaps we'll find a better way one day. I would be honoured to support you in this endeavour, as much as you supported me in my very first mission in this place." He gestured around them, before slowly taking his place at the food cart.

Truth be told, Alexei had never truly worked a day in his life. Well, besides school, and his military career, he had never needed to work at all. Charity work was something else, of course, but even then, he never really raised a hand to do manual labour besides for his own career. Taking orders was, however, simple enough. The menial task was repetitive since most of everyone ordered the Chef's Special. It seems that this stand was something of an attraction, locally, perhaps. Not famous, but known well-enough that people often will come by when the stand is up and running. Alexei did his best to support Dee Dee, as she and her summons got busy with their work.

Dee Dee was glad to have the extra hand, though they were not heavily pressed for the help, many hands make light work, and this allowed her and BombDee to focus on other tasks to cook the food faster and get things plated and out to the customer a lot faster since Dee Dee didn't have to stop to take a new order, it really helped the efficiency of the set up, though a few chuckles could be heard from the crowd as the Cart was meant for Dee Dee's size which was more comparable to her Summons in height and Alexie.. Alexei was massive in comparison to Dee Dee so his six foot tall frame looked very out of place behind the counter meant for a four foot tall Dee Dee to work behind and the customers were very aware of this fact. As the work continued however the snickers died down as the food made it out to people, though a few times a few kids did come around and ask Dee Dee if she had any toys they could borrow and she would pop some out of her inventory for them to play with, simple things like hoops or jump ropes, nothing amazing but it was clearly appreciated as the small Girl continued her cooking work with the help of her massive friend and the Waddle-dee. After a bit though the line was decreasing in size and Dee Dee took the time to type out a message to Alexei "Thanks for the offer and if you ever need help with anything lemme know, I tend to go scavenging when I have free time and maybe I can find something simple like metal or the like if you needed it? or just help with a mission again. I don't mind at all we all need to help each other after all!"alexei |

Alexei nodded to himself as he took the orders. Throughout it all, he found himself enjoying the meticulous process of taking orders, and sending the orders to Dee Dee. It was reminiscent of his first year in the military, where routine was enforced. It was, in and of itself, a calming task, despite the fact that there were a lot of customers, and some of them were not so happy with the wait.

As the crowd slowly dissipated, Alexei found himself sighing in relief. He turned towards Dee Dee as he read her message. Without pause, he nodded happily, "Of course. I would love to work with out once again. And if you find anything that you might think may be useful, I wouldn't mind trading for it. I don't have much now." He gestured to empty pockets, "but I will do my best to compensate you for things that you might find!"

Looking around, Alexei found himself feeling a bit drowsy. Tired, really. He turned to Dee Dee before bowing slightly. "I believe it's time for me to head off. I will need to find quarters to sleep for the night. However, if you don't mind, perhaps we can go on a mission together once again soon?" Alexei asked hopefully. There was more he could learn from Dee Dee, and she seems capable enough to show him how things are done here in this new world of theirs. It would be very beneficial if Dee Dee helped him out a bit more as he settles into this new world.

The Crowd finally dissipating Dee Dee started to do the dishes, some may have complained about the wait but it seemed they stopped the moment they bit into the food, and Dee Dee never really bothered to much if someone complained about the time, after all everyone else had to wait for their food as well so all in all it was just someone being impatient rather then it actually taking a long time. Also with the smell of food cooking in the air she could guess that would make people a bit more eager to dig in. Then Alexei addressed her and Dee Dee looked over to him as she worked on the Dishes, she nodded in reply to him asking about trading and the like, really she didn't need compensation overly much especially if she found something that he really wanted, she wasn't gonna be stingy about that kind of stuff anyway, only if it was really hard to find thewn she might ask for something small in return that perhaps the man might have come across? Though the Fact that it was late wasn't lost on Dee Dee as Alexei looked around Both BombDee and Dee Dee let out silent yawns just as Dee Dee finished the dishes, "Yes we need to break down the cart and find a place to sleep too, thankfully we know a few places that we can rest, and if we do get the chance to go on another mission together that would be great" she replied to him with a message as she started to pack up the Food Cart, BombDee heading out to grab the chairs and tables that he had set out previously so they could be stowed away. alexei |

Alexei nodded as he read the message. He would do his best to help out the clean up as Dee Dee and her summons did most of the leg work. He really didn't want to mess anything up, and therefore did not get in their way. Instead, Alexei did his best to help carry items, or do general clean-up. He was, at least, knowledgeable at these because of his stint in the army's cafeteria.

When everything was done, Alexei would smile at Dee Dee. "Thank you again, for everything." He nodded, taking a step away from the woman towards the north. He was hoping he could find some form of shelter there. "I really do hope to see you around. I would say good luck, but I'm sure I need it more than you." Alexei chuckled, "in any case, good luck out there, and stay safe."
