Box-Making class... how awful could your life be that you were offered skilled box making as a class? It turned out not at all. Noelle had spent all day traveling across town to gather some boxes and some easier points for her progression. Introducing herself to a man who had once run the largest moving company in LA. It was impressive in that sense, he had literally materialized boxes from trash! It was kind of neat, neater too was the weightlessness of the boxes. They were unweildy in the configuration of box they were.

That hadn't stopped her though. Being handed two string straps to fit over herself she had taken no time to start her walk back. Reflecting on what she she should do in the mean time of her walk and then after. She was the cautious type usually so risks sounded awful, more so when she looked at what she could do... a lot or almost nothing... that hurt a lot.

She hated to say it, but she needed to pick up her skills soon... she had wanted to wait, but Purple Rain wasn't reliable unless she was fighting some weak-minded boss monster, and she really didn't want to invest all of her stat points into MAGI just to keep an unreliable power competitive. Perhaps after its upgrade and she could rely on it more? She would have to watch for that exact scenario.

Noelle would take in the sights around themself and openly smile for once. She wasn't in danger, she wasn't in pain, she wasn't starving. It was nice, and almost normal if she wasn't in a post-apocalypse LA with what seemed to be a fetch quest as a job to do. A long draw of air inwards and outwards. Left and right. Across the street, Noelle had to think about her build. That was an odd thought all things considered in that sense; her "build". She had to make a more riveting position for herself. Her class had to do with illusions that manipulated stats... perhaps she could focus more on that. Swinging combat deeper in favor of her and her allies rather then the insanity that was 'Purple Rain'.

Unreliability was something she needed to avoid, or be able to make reliable... perhaps for that reason she just needed to live long enough for that. If she could survive blows long enough to use Purple Rain then SHE COULD rely on it. Which was good, it just left her vulnerable to other tanks. She would have to likely invest in her defenses heavier and heavier in time. She wasn't reliant on a stat to alter others, and she could assist in combat in many ways... perhaps that was the way.

Walking up to the building that she had been meaning to enter into, she would look back and forth before walking up to the door and knocking. It was a half-ruined apartment building that a good chunk of survivors had moved to rebuilding to some degree given their safety. It had been where she had originally gotten the request and now here they were returning after two hours of walking from across LA to give the boxes to the orderer.

"Mr. Mulancy? I have your boxes! You in there?" Noelle would open the door and look around. Pushing in to set the boxes down inside the main foyer area. She wasn't getting paid that much, so she was not about to get paid out that much. Cracking her neck and walking back outside she rubbed her neck and closed the door. Walking back away.
