A large common room for all guild members to hang out and socialise. With this purchased, your current social area is upgraded and members who finish a social thread together of at least [6 posts] gain a special synergy passive skill. Can be bought up to three times for each rank beyond 3. Upon purchasing at Rank 4, the tier creates a designated board for your city. Naturally this will increase the points generated by your [Guild Store] to +50 points per rank in revenue to go towards the Guild Fund! At purchase at Guild Rank 5 and 6 this structure will develop and improve a new ability based on the location and guild they are centered around.
