Dee Dee had arrived in the city and was already off to find a place to set up her food cart, after all it was best to make points where ever one could, and people were always hungry, so when she got to the city she had flown off, after dealing with delivering the ice and then spending time there, unaware that she just missed Arcana at the gate, she simply flew on her star to a park she knew of and landed, before summoning all her friend out and then taking the parts of her food cart out of her inventory. BombDee and Kramer already getting to work setting some things up like tables, chairs, and signs advertising the "Maximum Tomato" Food cart while Dee Dee assembled the cart and cooking stations, Jimmy meanwhile was doing the busy task of climbing onto Dee Dee's head and taking a nap as usual, but that was normal for the larva.

after a bit of set up of the tables and chairs BombDee helped Dee Dee assemble the Cart and stations, and a crowd was already forming her food cart did have some regulars at this point, and not to mention some were just curious since they seen someone fly in on a star and then start building something so likely that was another reason more people gathered, regardless Dee Dee finished setting up everything and gave everyone a thumbs up as her word bubble Proclaimed "The Maximum Tomato is Open For Business!" and Kramer got the cooking surfaces up to cooking temperature with his flame breath and a line started to form and the smells of cooking meat and other foods started to waft into the air.

There was cooking to be done now and Dee Dee for one was glad to be doing it, also working the food stand was always nice and warm and after that mission in the arctic it felt nice to be around so much warmth and to get her body moving without that prevailing cold pressing in on her, also now that she wasn't out in the deep cold she could have her friends out again, since she doubted they would have faired to well in that cold, she would have to gather the materials to make them some cold weather gear later before she heads out there again. At Least one of her Items let her keep one of them out to help her mobility there at the time, Regardless she and BombDee continued to work as people placed their orders for food.

Arcana

"Well I am glad I was able to answer too I don't mind helping out someone with cooking after all, and yeah I just need to see the menu so I know what it is I am making, And yeah this one was a great one, got it when I leveled up! same with the Warp star! I can now fly around if need be" the words appeared in the word bubble as she gave a thumbs up, and she looked over the menu so she could see what she was going to be cooking and nodding to herself, she then took position by the cooktops and then realized a small problem... namely her stature, but before she could ask about it Andy produced a Stepstool and she gave a thumbs up and took it happily and hopped up on it giving her just enough height, she then realized standing on it would mean taking time to hop down and get things which would slow her down.

To deal with the new Issue she summoned BombDee "There now I don't have to go running around for things BombDee can get them for me and I can focus on helping to cook!" the word bubble read as the Waddle-dee gave a little Salute and seemed ready to work, as he started to wander the stall and learning were everything was kept "I would summon the others but I don't wanna take up to much room here, and while I am used to working around them I know you don't have the same experience so it's better to keep it down to just one extra" the words appeared in the word bubble next as she looked over the cooking utensils.

"Unless we need emergency cooking heat in which case at that time I can summon Kramer for his flames, other wise we should be fine with just the three of us I think" the word bubble read as Dee Dee gave another thumbs up and then produced a tomato for Andy "Oh right here, a nice tomato to start the shift!" the bubble read as she handed one to BombDee and then nibbled away on one herself.

Dee Dee looked at the girl as she didn't hop on and instead mentioned cards, and then asking them to keep her involvement a secret, well considering how things worked she could just not mention her sure but it seemed an odd request, just as she was going to answer Hana mentioned the star and then she hopped off, Dee Dee looked down at the star and noticed that it indeed was shrinking and so she hopped off as well, funnily enough unlike Hana she didn't sink into the snow and seemed to light to do so, perhaps due to her small and light build? ether way the star poofed back into a pushy and Dee Dee popped it back into her inventory for now as Hana talked to the girl they met.

On mention of still being able to fly Dee Dee nodded, she could fly to, as she had Kramer in the Friend Shaped Charm since she figured being able to breath fire and fly would be handy but she knew Kramer wouldn't like the cold so this handy charm let her have him technically out and about, give her a stat boost, and let her use his powers as her own so it was quite the handy little Bauble to keep with her in situations like this.

thankfully the boots she always wore were good for all weather, it also helped that the large coat covered all the way down to her ankles easily, so they could barely see her feet as she stood on the snow and she looked quite warm in the get up as the word bubble popped up again "Unfortunately my Star ran out of juice so it needs to recharge now so looks like we are walking out way up, the good news is I have food and heat sources if we need them as well as a few things we could use for shelter and even extra clothing!" she gave the girls a thumbs up.

"As for your request I can not mention you if you want, though I don't know why you wouldn't wanna be thanked but I guess you have your own reasons?... OH right here!" Dee Dee had heard her talking about trying out her cards so she most likely was new so she took out one of her Guidebooks, it was clearly hand made and the title of it was "Waddle-Dee Dee's Beginner's guide to the system!" with a little hand drawn Waddle-Dee version of Dee Dee on the cover with a word bubble over it with the words "Let's Learn Together!", and it had "Don't Panic" Written in big Friendly Letters on the back cover. Inside was a Wealth of information about the system, like the store, guilds, missions, everything a person could need to get their bearings, as well as slang people used and the explanations there of, and it was all written in easy to understand language that avoided any buzzwords, so anyone could learn from it.

Hana Sakuyuki Arcana

Now normally Dee Dee would bring her own food cart, however this time a request came in on the forum for someone that could help run a food stand, and she thought it would be in poor taste if she brought hers along as well, Granted she kept it all in pieces in her inventory anyway so if she wanted she could pop it out, set it up, and get to work at it as well if required, but considering the situation she figured it wouldn't be needed. with all her things ready she nodded to herself and used the fast travel feature of the waypoints to get to the area. Then She pulled out her new Warp Star and hopped on, she was told where it should be so she flew on over.

Flying over the Area Dee Dee was able find the place and get to it rather quickly, and so she flew on down towards the location of the stall, a few people pointing up at the flying star with the small girl on it, and as she landed the star seemed to poof and then disappear as it went back into her inventory, Dee Dee looked and seen the one at the stall was in fact Andy and she waved over to him as she took out her word bubble and let it float near her head as she walked over the words appearing in the bubble "Hello again I didn't expect that it was you asking for help to run a stall here! and I see the Menu is rather a good one!" the words appeared in the word bubble floating near Dee Dee as she looked over the stall and and she started to get accustomed to where everything was "Oh right I am the one that responded to the help request by the way" the words appeared in the bubble again for him to read.

Dee Dee listened to the man as he talked and she started to collect the cuttings and some roots and dirt with them, she wanted to make sure that there was some here that they could regrow so they could come back for more at some other time as she also took the time to make a mark on her map so she could come back later and she had a lot of other places that she had marked to gather again some other time, though hearing the man continue on with a few questions and thoughts. the whole finding a way to use the volt deer as a means to get electricity, it could be done yes, but it could be done is other ways after all taking care of a deer would be harder then say a generator or something like that, each side of that option had it's own pro's and cons.

she finished taking the cuttings and roots she needed rather quickly since she wasn't out here for ingredients for herself she was just here to get the things needed for her friends to grow more, it was another link in the chain to get things up and running after all. After that she looked over to Andy and started to type out her answer to him "Oh yeah the Volt deer could be used for that but they would be hard to care for if someone doesn't know what to do, they could be harder to use then say a generator or something for some especially depending on where they live be it rural if there are any safe area's like that, or in the more urban Safe zones, since there is little to no grass and the like needed to feed the deer. As for the Rush Hogs, yeah getting truffles would be great! as for the meat it's nice and Tasty! I recommend it if you manage to get some or manage to hunt a Rush Hog Boar, I know Kramer likes it fresh off the pig without even cooking it!" Was what the first part of the message she sent to him said.

Dee Dee had hunted a few before, she needed to make sure she had meat for Kramer, BombDee, and Herself, when she wasn't even aware of the system store, not to mention before the flash her parents helped her to learn survival and made sure she could hunt and kill her own food, as well as skin and clean it if needed.

"As for the forge I have gotten a nice set of pet armor from combining some metal element with the previous pet armor I had before, it made it tougher and more durable suddenly if needed, it's really handy for if Kramer can't Fly in an area or BombDee has to hold off more enemies then normal. And I got a nice Scepter that is really good too! the results of the Forge really rely on what the Blacksmith that works there decides to do with the materials you give her though but I think it will always be at least a bit better then what you started with... maybe.. but I have a feeling that luck helps" the message finished as she took out some pork cutlets as their lunch and she started to eat with her summons as she waited for Andy

The spiders had started to run by this point, Dee Dee could see the completion bar on the quest info going up towards completion as they fled, though the larger ones were staying to fight, so Dee Dee had her friends focus on those ones, but there was only the two left, as the rest were quite quickly making for the exits, So she took the moment to circle around the two remaining large spiders while Kramer and BombDee rushed them from the front.

BombDee smashed one of the Spiders to the Side who was quickly Swatted by Kramer, the two attacks easily enough to cause the spider to poof into a cloud of smoke as it was defeated, the last Spider though rushed forward and attacked Kramer, it's fangs digging into nothing thankfully as Kramer had on the combat Armor Dee Dee had given him, but the spider took the time to jump back and kick BombDee to the side, scratching the Waddle-dee, though thanks to the ruby collar he was wearing as a bracelet, he was already healing though it was slow.

Dee Dee took advantage of the opportunity of it being distracted and came up from behind the Spider and slammed the heavy hammer down on it once... twice... and it poofed into smoke, and with that the bar showed the mission was complete and the webbing started to simply and slowly disappear. Taking a breath Dee Dee took out her Tomato Tomato and had it duplicate, giving one to BombDee and having one for herself as they left the clump of trees. the job was done and she was glad it was should make things safer in the area for the time being.
