Dee Dee decided that looking over the Devils Triangle a bit more was likely a good Idea, she had only been in the area one time, and so she wasn't to sure of the entire layout of the place. So going to the place to look around made a lot of sense to her, it allowed to her get her bearings and let her make a map of the place for other people to use Via of her guidebook, Granted it meant she couldn't have her Summons out all the time as there was a lot of climbing she had to do, so instead she had Kramer in her Friend shaped orb allowing her to fly and use dragons breath if she needed, just to buy her time to summon her other friends if she got in trouble.

So rather then climbing she simply flew along making a map and taking notes for later adding to her guidebook, it was all quite a lot of work, but it was something Dee Dee always liked to do, simply because she knew it would help a lot of people out so that alone was worth all the work, and as she landed to look around the area and get a good spot for reference for the distance to the town and then she heard a voice and she looked up and over her shoulder to see Hikari there.

Dee Dee waved to her and took out a tomato "here you go enjoy a snack" the Word bubble popped up as she listened to her question "Oh I was here making a map of this place for people who wanted to look around the place, and for other information to add to my Beginners guide!" the Word bubble proceeded to explain for her as she showed the taller woman her map that she drew so far.

Hikari

Dee Dee took out her own tomato to nibble on as she stands there and looks over the map. making sure she got the measurements and details right as Hikari comments on the map and her making of it. when she asked if it would update the guide book Dee Dee's word bubble popped up once more "only the ones that are linked to my sub-class all the other ones I will have to make a new edition with the new maps, but that's already underway and made a bit easier by the fact that Hana's guild is helping me with printing for the time being at least till I can get a printing press set up". She then looked over the map once more and nodded to herself before putting it away.

On hearing about rumors She looked back up at the much taller woman and blinked a few times, then shook her head, tilting it to the side as she had a little think about it then she nodded "Now I think about it, yeah I heard there was an event taking place in this area, something about investigations! I guess coming here to make a map of the basic area was a good Idea in light of that, help people from getting to lost while here" the Word bubble replied as Dee Dee continued to nibble away at the tomato snack she was having.

"Other then that just using my time to make things better in anyway I can, also getting my bearings in areas so that I can make maps for others and myself so I don't get lost in them, exploring new areas after all is one of those things that is required if you're going to make a good guide for people, so here I am expanding what I know and contemplating what to add to the newest edition!" she further explained through the word bubble.

Hikari

Sounded like Hikari had joined Hana's guild! That was good news she had hoped others would help Hana considering her goal in this new world, she sure was ready to go help Hana if she did ask for help from her own guild, after all Japan was her home to but Dee Dee had realized so many people needed help in this world and she had so many skills that could be helpful, the popularity of the guidebook proved that much, and she had heard of people slowly gaining in levels due to her work, so that was good news all around as more people got stronger then they could make other places safe for people to live in! Though Hikari seemed to misunderstand Dee Dee about the printing press but that was okay she just nodded.

"Well I realized when I got out of my tutorial that I had lacked a lot of knowledge that others seemed to have, but not everyone taught me things, and some didn't seem to know about certain functions of the system, some didn't even know how their classes worked or how to even access the system menu or their own status! I seen a few people give tips to their own party or friends but they kept using Jargon and slang that not everyone understands, when I asked for clarification cause someone else was listening in and trying to understand I was told to not bother them, it was then I realized some people were also trying to keep the information for just themselves and their friends! The Idea all came to me at one point to turn my own notes into the guide to help as many people as I could" the word bubble expanded rapidly to let all the text fit.

Speaking of her Guidebook Hikari mentioned the problem they had discovered before and Dee Dee looked at her a moment, thinking on that a bit more, she was right of course, if they left them alone they could get stronger and they could hurt more people, they were using her guidebook to trap people, it was clear they knew about the book the leader might have even used it's knowledge to make the group he put together run a lot smoother, thinking on this for the past while Dee Dee was not wanting to let them get away with it, but at the same time after looking into things, if they had no actual crime reported then the makeshift police force didn't do much about it since a lot of it would be he said she said kind of deal.

"If we have no proof we can't really take them into the makeshift police in Unison Central, the problem is we know what they are doing but with the items and system the way they are they would have no physical evidence and even if they did they could keep it safe in their inventory where no one could see it let along take it... we could capture a few but it could easily be seen as a he said she said thing... meanwhile they have been hurting people... or worse.." she looked out over the edge of the island clearly thinking while the word bubble let Hikari read it.

"The Issue is I know what needs to be done, we can't imprison them, and someone like this might not listen or care if people know of them, with how the system works they wouldn't need to see other people other than to rob them and hurt them... since they could get food, items, clothing, anything they would need from the system... but if they are targeting people... they are scared of fighting monsters... that means if I want to stop them without killing anyway... I would have to be scarier then a monster so they would even consider listening..." the word bubble continued.

Hikari

Dee Dee knew Hikari was right, leaving them alone was not going to solve anything and in the end only make things worse, intimidation would be the best means, but that would require frequent visits to ensure they remember who and why they were scared in the first place, her friends could be very scary, especially the newest one, the guys doing this likely would have numbers but not strength in levels due to them targeting other people and likely getting next to nothing for points... unless the system rewarded that kind of stuff? She didn't know though she never attacked someone for no reason... or really ever attacked someone until that small convenience store.

She looked to Hikari could she face not doing anything? likely not since she knew of the trouble and she was already alerting everyone with her guidebook and through her Blog, but at the same time there were so many that didn't have access or didn't know about the guides.. not to mention she already knew that at least a few of them had read her guidebook or were aware of her and her work, worse yet she did remember they mentioned using some of her info in the book to set up things like their ambush meaning she didn't just stumble on this situation it was like what Tommy had warned, people could use information you provide for horrible things.

The word bubble popped up as Dee Dee took out and looked at her Guidebook "For every person that invents a lightbulb there is one that invents the Atom Bomb huh?" the word bubble read as she looked at her guidebook. it wasn't her fault that they used her information, she made the information and the book with good intentions, and had it shared to help people, it was those people that had decided to use it to hurt others, information was important and they decided to use it with no responsibility, but there was no prison, the Unison central delt with local issues.. and many would likely resort to Frontier Justice.

Putting the book away she looked to Hikari "Beating them and intimidating them is the most I think I can do.. I will give them one chance to stop.. after that.." she looked out over the edge of the triangle "After that I have done all I can really, My Father told me sometimes there are people you just can't help, because they don't want that help, they will still do bad things and then what happens to them after that is their own fault.. but you have to give them a chance to stop first" the word bubble expressed for her as she looked back to Hikari.

"If even after this they decide to keep going, then they got their chance I suppose, the world is dangerous now, farm more then it used to be, and people like them only make it harder on those that are trying to live peacefully and well... but can.." the word bubble stopped as she got a message pop up and she looked a bit confused as she read it. Then her eyes went wide. what she read changed her thoughts as her expression went back to the blank expression she always had on her face.

"My farmer friends Farm was just raided... Well.. we should go find them.. and deal with their leader..." she closed the message window as she looked to Hikari "But we need a plan first... going in quickly without one wouldn't end up well..." The word bubble read, and she seemed calm but her hand was clenched tightly and shaking a bit. though one might wonder if she was shaking out of Fear or Anger.

Hikari

Dee Dee listened to Hikari. Targeted? maybe... a few in the last group knew of her and one recognized her, it's possible they looked for people that she knew or had contact with her, maybe as an intimidation tactic, that was possible, it was also possible they just hated the system food since it tasted more bland then normal hand made food and a farm would be a good place to get that food, but at the same time, it was specifically her friends farm, and while it was over in the UK away from the US and New York where they found the first group, the UK was used for farms since it had good soil so many would think it was just they wanted food. but from the message he was the only farm hit and he wasn't the closest to any of the waypoints meaning they went for that farm specifically, and they only hit that farm no others.

She wasn't completely naive she knew what Hikari meant, she worried it would come to that, but she would still give them that chance, her farmer friend wasn't hurt, just lost some crops and supplies, nothing important, nothing irreplaceable, but the fact they targeted them? That was what made Dee Dee's clenched fist shake. Hikari suggested an ambush "An Ambush would mean we would need to know where they would go... or that we need bait to lure them where we want them..." her word bubble popped up as she started to think of the situation, an ambush would be best but at the same time since they took the first group by surprise they would likely be more careful.

Looking over the side of the floating island still Dee Dee had to think on all this she had summons, but she needed to be stronger to deal with this that meant more EXP, and she needed some equipment, She remembered Kitty had a book shop and heard it could give bonuses, she could also get some weapons and armor from one of the other merchants who could pick what came out of the mystery boxes, "We are gonna need more strength, some extra equipment.." she opened her status window and looked at her level and then to her Core ability "and I need to gain a few levels before we do this to make sure everything goes well" the word bubble expressed all this as she planned.

"I know a few good shops that sell things that could come in handy... books, giving boosts to items.. There are a lot of things one could get to prepare and I suggest we look at what they have before we do this" as the word bubble presented this information Dee Dee shared the location of Kitty and Jeanne's shop as well as where she heard Vanilla's was.

Hikari

Looking over her funds Dee Dee knew that she could buy quite a few things, and her EXP... she was close to getting high enough level to actually upgrade her Main class, she just needed to grind out some EXP and she would be ready, Other then that she would likely buy some items like a book and see what else they had for sale at the shop Kitty and Jeanne ran, as well as see the costs for getting her things enchanted at that Vanilla place, Maybe even use her forge for some of her items, she had quite a few and she also had some materials that could likely work really well together not to mention a skill to help her make good gear.

"We have to assume that some of the people we ambushed the first time went back to report despite the warning we gave them, so we can't pretend to not know them... the best thing would be to disguise ourselves to do the job of Bait, ether both or one of us..." The Word bubble had popped up to display for Hikari as Dee Dee was thinking about what her Father had told her about strategy granted that was for games and the like, so she had no clue if any of this would even work, but it was the best she had to go on.

"We have to make ourselves seem weaker, some of them may be aware of me, ether from the Guide or from people talking about me, so I can't be the bait unless they try to target me... I know they won't go after my Gardener friend since they are in a safe zone so they can't be attacked, not like the farm, and going to attack the farm again so soon wouldn't work out for them... I don't want to pull my Guildmates into this ether but maybe bringing them into it might be a good Idea? I really don't know" as this was displayed for her she had a lot to consider now. She had a guild to help people and now she found herself dealing with something that was technically outside of the purview of the guild, though granted at the same time she knew both Idir and Mr.Beast likely wouldn't enjoy the idea of people going around attacking other people like this group was doing.

As for items she looked to Hikari "Just remember Items can offer options you don't normally have, sometimes it's good to get items that don't seem to match your class or normal loadout so you are more unpredictable or to make sure you are not easily countered by a simple tactic, being flexible is needed when going against very smart monster... or in this case people.." she advised as she though about other things she could do to tip the scales. "Time line wise, maybe a week at the longest.. I need to hit the level I need to upgrade my Main class first, I don't know what it will do but I will be stronger for it"

Hikari

Looking at how things were Dee Dee considered Hikari's plan there was just one issue she could see with isolating the leader, if they knew they were coming or at the very least that they asked where they were, they could very much just make sure they were never alone, and she had to assume one of the guys that didn't seem scared of her might have warned him, but they were not awake to know they asked about the boss only that they ambushed them so for all the boss knew someone else had just jumped his guys ether way this was going to make things over all difficult to get the leader alone. "The issue is getting the leader alone would be hard, and he would have to be strong to lead these guys.. or just have a class that makes it easier for him I guess but if it's one that helps him lead and direct people I don't see why he would ever want to be alone.." the Word bubble popped up as Dee Dee thought further.

"Gathering information on them would be a good Idea but by the fact that we only stumble upon the information because you and Andy got attacked by them before... finding information on them might be harder then we think especially if they are attacking people with an ambush and leaving them without gear and unconscious in an area with monsters, the fact no one who has a guidebook has told me on the blog or in person before means they don't tend to have people talking about them... or they threaten them with something to keep them quiet..." the bubble continued to fill as Dee Dee considered the alternatives.

Granted all this knowledge was from watching crime shows and playing games like that with her parents if any of this was actually applicable was going to be a long shot, but she also had some training in tracking people for search and rescue as well as some forensic training due to her parents getting some classes in that as well for her and them so she did have a very confusing skill set.

"Ether way this will be difficult to do, but if we do take out the leader alone we have no guarantee they will stop, it's possible some other guy will just take over.. we might have to take out the whole leader group the leader has around him... failing that we might have to take out all the leaders of each splinter group as well after that depending on how tenacious they are about continuing to do this kind of stuff" the Bubble finally expressed.
